Who doesn’t love a good Bible story that’s been turned into a movie!!! Probably lots of people, but I love them, so of course I wanted to spread the Good News about it. Hehehe….
So I met my lovely husband at the pictures last night (hope he reads this!!!) With great anticipation of seeing something awesome, and I have to say, I wasn’t disappointed.
Although I am not religious, like many that have been brought up in western culture, I know this story fairly well. The movie stayed pretty much in line with the legend of Moses and how he came to free his people from slavery in Egypt.
Even though it was set in ancient times with struggles vastly different to what many are experiencing now, it brings up many subjects that are just as important in the times we’re living now, as they were back then.
For me it was a movie about choices, belief, and faith.
Making a firm choice that often comes from an experience we’ve had and then putting all the positive thoughts we can produce (belief and faith) behind that choice, even in the face of unwanted manifestations, (resistance from our own negative thoughts) and working through those challenges until clarity is once again achieved resulting in renewed and strengthened belief and faith in ourselves and what we’re doing.
Holy Moses…..I make it sound so easy!!!
It can be easy, but that depends a lot on where our general vibrational, emotional place is, and how long we’ve been focused on circumstances that may be unwanted in our lives??? The longer we’ve spent focusing on anything, whether it’s something that’s already happened or is currently happening and whether those circumstances are wanted or unwanted, the Law of Attraction responds equally to all vibrations (thoughts and emotions) that all living beings emit.
Once power and momentum is achieved behind our focused thoughts, it’s only a matter of time before circumstances that feel the same as the vibrations we’ve been sending out are returned to us in full Physical manifestational form unless our vibrations are changed before they have gained enough momentum to materialise. This is Universal Law….No exceptions ever!!!
So what is the moral of this story???
~ Relax and go to see an awesome movie!!!
~ Put all the positive energy you can muster behind the choices you make.
~ When unwanted circumstances turn up, know you have the power and strength to overcome those challenges, if that’s what you’re wanting to do.
And as Moses says, “Don’t believe in what everyone else tells you, believe in yourself.” And I whole heartedly agree!!!
And so our journey continues…..
