Why do others try to control me???

This is a comment I received and responded to in relation to a post about special does not mean better, and since I thought it was especially special……..I thought it would be nice to post it. Thank-you to the person who sent it to me. I greatly appreciated your response as it strongly inspired much that I know and helped me to put that knowledge into words. Apart from that, it always feels very good when something we already know is understood in even greater breadth and depth than before.

 

COMMENTER:
It happens often that people when they want to try to control me, and they fail because I notice, they act as if I were better than them. I know that is not true, but nevertheless, I have to live with it. There are many people who control peoples’ lives because they probably don’t have a life of their own, or they like to project their frustrations on others. Special could also mean being able “to read between the lines.”

MY RESPONSE:
People often try to control others because they don’t like what “that person” is doing believing others behaviour will threaten them in some way or another. At the very core of who we all really are, it is known we are supposed to feel good but many have forgotten they have the complete and absolute power to make themselves happy and are instead trying to control other people and circumstances to produce the good feelings they desire.

Anyone who has lived for any decent period of time will usually come to understand that this is a futile endeavour but without knowing they have the power within them to move their thoughts and therefore their feeling responses into better feeling places, they are lost either continually trying to control others or to giving up hope of ever feeling better and remaining in an uncomfortable, not good feeling place. Both of these options are completely unacceptable when it does not have to be this way when we can;

1. Decide to make an effort to feel better than where we currently are apart from the physical conditions we may be experiencing. I know, not an easy thing to do when we have not practised doing this, but one must start somewhere don’t you think!!!
2. Knowing no other can assert anything into our experience for all things are created and attracted to us through the power of our focused thoughts that the Law Of Attraction responds in kind too, both wanted and unwanted whether we are aware of these truths or not.
3. Being kind to ourselves and others because that’s who we really are, and if it’s not possible in the moment, at least turning away and not responding negatively.

In response to others acting as if you are better than them when you are understanding you are not, this is often because people can sense when another they are observing is in a vastly different vibrational, emotional place than they are and will react in a variety of different ways depending on where they are. For Example someone in a very good feeling emotional place that is observed by someone in a low not so good feeling emotional place will often get strong negative attention directed towards them even though they are not giving this energy out!
Those that observe that are vibrationally closer to someone in a high good feeling emotional place are more likely to admire what they see but whether they will actually approach such a person depends on exactly how good they are feeling. In other words looking at others hi-lights within us how we really feel about ourselves but if we don’t know this we project any negativeness outwards to those we believe have created it where in truth it is our own beliefs, thoughts and feelings that have created this resistance within us.

I don’t believe people try to control others lives because they don’t have a life of their own, they try to control others because this is what they have been taught they need to do in order to feel happy, and everyone is trying to feel happy. It is true that many project their frustrations onto others because holding onto much negative energy without making an effort to feel better unconditionally apart from conditions is like putting an oxygen tank under pressure…..It’s only a matter of time before that pressure cannot be held in any longer and the tank explodes. Although most will temporarily feel better after this release of negative energy, it is short lived for as the Law Of Attraction responds to that which they have given out in the form of thoughts, words, and actions, that energy increases in power and momentum before being delivered back to where it first originated……
This is why reacting to strong negative energy others send out is not ideal for then negativeness they have released is passed on and although they will still receive back that which they have originally given out, now we will also receive back the negative energy we have received and in turn have given out and the chain of pain continues on and on……

Unless we start to understand through our own life experiences how this life is really working by paying attention to how we feel and noticing what is turning up in our lives. Anyone that does this from a pure place of wanting to know how to create a better life will eventually receive the answers they so desire!!!

And yes, special means different things to different people and I would agree being sensitive to oneself and others is very special indeed……

And so it is……

Once the seeds of truth have been planted….They cannot be removed!!!

Just as a tree, the mighty oak came from the smallest of seeds that found itself in the optimal conditions it required to grow….So it is when a human being comes into a receptive mode through their own life experiences. This is the next logical step in any living organisms evolution.

The Soul or Non-Physical counterpart of all physical beings on this planet knows the truth when they hear it because essentially they are the truth, and is the main catalyst that is drawing and attracting truths to the physical part of who we are through our experiences. This is so we may more fully understand what our purpose is and how we are creating our lives thus giving us the opportunity to move more fully into the joyful expression of who we really are.

This is not a desire that is held only by our Non-Physical counterpart but also by the physical here and now part of who we are in the form of our own desires to everything we experience and observe. For example, every time we experience something whether it is wanted or unwanted we immediately know what would be an improved experience, and this knowing is also known and held at the same moment by our Non-Physical counterpart.

Our Non-Physical counterpart resides in and is the pure positive energy of joy, love, and truth therefore does not hold misconceptions, false beliefs or negative resistant thought patterns but knows the physical part of who we are has picked up many of these untrue perceptions, false beliefs and negative resistant thought patterns through the living of this and previous physical lives.

We are constantly guided by the Non-Physical through our emotions and what we are currently experiencing in our life depends largely on how much we have listened to the Non-Physical part of ourselves. The more we have made an effort to move into better, good feeling positive emotional places as we move through our lives the more blended the physical and Non-Physical parts of us become and the more knowing we are about all things.

The seeds of truth have always been within us and when we are confronted with Universal truths, deep down we know it. If these truths don’t align with the truths we are now living and have learnt along our physical journey it can upset the status quo causing us to turn away from that which we are unsure of in fear of the unknown.

This does not matter for once the mind and intellect have grown and we have been inspired with strong desire through our own personal experiences to understand and know more about the truth of life…..We are now in a fertile condition like the mighty oak with all that is required to bring this knowing into our full physical awareness. Once all conditions required for the successful revealing of truth are present, it’s not a matter of if this will happen, but when this will happen.

The length of time for this knowing to be completely understood depends on how willing we are to do the work of reassessing and changing beliefs we are coming to know are no longer serving us in a positive way. This can be more easily said than done as any beliefs we’ve held strongly over time will have much momentum behind them that we have literally been living and observing in our life experience. These limiting beliefs do take time and effort to move into higher vibrational places by doing our best to find the best feeling emotional place we can to whatever we are currently experiencing.

It is also very likely that we will be surrounded by many others that believe strongly in our old belief systems for we have attracted people, places and events that are in a similar vibrational place as where we have previously been. That’s the Law of Attraction in action!!! Responding to our vibration and aligning us with vibrational matches. Again this doesn’t matter, for even if we ourselves or those around us are resistant and not cooperative in this time of change, opportunities will be continuously presented to us to help us release any resistance we have until all doubt is gone and our understanding is clear as to the best and easiest way to move forward.

One that has been in the place to hear and feel the seeds of truth cannot remove this knowing, even if it was only for a fleeting moment they knew it. For those surrounding one that is coming to know the truth but may be trying to prevent that truth from being known for fear of the unknown, this is not possible and a futile attempt to control forces that will never be controlled from a place of fear or any other place for that matter.

We are all capable of the most amazing things….The seeds of this greatness lie within us all, not one among us was forgotten. There has never been a better time than now to start moving into the full knowing of all that we can be and all that we really are…..And it’s letting these seeds flourish within our being that will get us everything we are really wanting…..And more!!!

And so it is….

When we only notice everything that’s “UNWANTED”……That’s not that good!!!

Why is noticing everything that’s unwanted in our lives not a good idea. When we focus intently on anything wanted or unwanted we attract similar feeling circumstances into our experience, and I don’t know about anyone else but I definitely want to attract more wanted circumstances and less unwanted into my life!!!

 

Many are also coming from a place where they believe without intense focus on all we are not wanting and all the problems we may be currently experiencing in our lives, nothing would ever get better!!! That’s not a bad idea if we can focus for a short time on the problem and then turn quickly into the vibrational vicinity of the solution we are seeking.

Focusing on the problem (unwanted) can produce both wanted and unwanted circumstances depending on the direction of our focused thoughts and feelings, our vibration.

For example, if we are making an effort to feel better about unwanted circumstances that may be turning up in our physical experience or we are observing unwanted circumstances around us, being determined to focus on the best of it is a very good strategy. As we focus more on what we’re wanting within any given situation, experience or moment in time especially unwanted circumstances, we emit a specific vibrational frequency that the Law of Attraction will respond in-kind too. When any vibration is held onto over time with emotional intensity, we will attract matching vibrational manifestations in the form of thoughts, feelings, and eventually physical manifestations. This is evidence of the dominant vibrations within us, whether we are aware of it or not.

Making the decision to do our best to feel better and to focus on the best of whatever is turning up in our experience is always a good thing, but one also has to be mindful about gently acknowledging whatever resistance or unwanted circumstances that are turning up, especially if we’ve had many experiences with the same emotional feeling within them as this is a sure sign we need to release some resistance thoughts or beliefs we may be holding. Many of us are often not aware we’ve been having resistant thoughts and negative emotion as we do acclimatize to how we feel until it becomes our normal place to be. What once felt really bad, becomes normal if not moved into a better vibrational place. It’s often not until something unwanted unfolds in our experience that we have an opportunity to know for sure we have a vibration within us that has attracted a specific experience into our lives….And even then it can be a little tricky to work out what thoughts we’ve had going on that caused this or that. It’s much easier to focus on feeling better to whatever is turning up rather than trying to remember all the thoughts we are or are not having.

If whatever we’ve attracted has come from long-held beliefs we have about life that we no longer consciously think about anymore, it’s very helpful to think about what our core beliefs are and to reassess whether we really think they are serving who we are now and what we are wanting from this life.

It’s not for others to say what we should or shouldn’t believe, this is an individual choice based on what we are wanting and how we wish to live our lives, but one thing is for sure….
We are all living a life very close to the beliefs we hold, and if that life is far less than what we are wanting to live it’s a very good idea to become aware and reassess any limiting negative beliefs we may have by making an effort to move them into a better feeling more life-affirming direction….

We all have the free will and the power to do so if that’s what we’re wishing…..And we can start right now, from wherever we are by making a decision to do our best to reach for the best feeling emotions we have access to in each and every moment of our lives!!!

And so we can….

Condemnation of any other never gets anybody anywhere they are wanting to go, this is for sure, even if it does temporarily feel good to do!!!

 

When we see anyone in our life doing something we don’t think is in our or their best interests, it’s virtually impossible not to feel some negative emotion about it, especially if it’s someone you are particulars close too or it’s a subject you feel particularly passionate about with strong underlying beliefs held behind it. It’s not about trying to eradicate any feelings of negative emotion we may have, this is not a very realistic goal in the world we’re living in now, it’s about knowing and exercising our own god given power to move into a better feeling place, therefore, drawing what we are wanting rather than what we are not wanting into our lives.

We choose to come into this physical world to experience and decide what we are wanting to live and to then focus positively and purely as we can until this is the dominant and strongest vibration within us on whatever is important to us. It’s never wrong to say this is how I want to live, this is what I am wanting to experience in my life, that is exactly what we came here to do, but problems can arise when we focus intently and strongly on the things we are not liking and don’t want to experience rather than focusing on what we love and are wanting to experience. If we are able to diligently focus more on what we are wanting and clear any resistant that turns-up by making an effort to move to the best feeling place we can find when faced with unwanted circumstances, it’s only a matter of time before we will see signs of our improved vibrational place in the way of thoughts, feelings, and eventually manifestations that match the dominant vibrational place we have consistently achieved. This is the Law of Attraction responding to the vibrations we emit through our focused thoughts and feelings with every living species on this planet being responded to equally. Not one sits outside of this all-encompassing powerful law, whether we are aware of it or not!!!

The strength of negative emotions we may feel when experiencing unwanted circumstances will depend greatly on how much momentum we have going in a positive direction versus how much momentum we have going in a negative direction. Whether the momentum we have created is positive or negative directly correlates with what will be predominantly turning up in our physical manifestations as the Law of Attraction responds to the thoughts and feelings, the vibrations we’re sending out.
It’s interesting to realise that when we focus negatively or don’t make an effort to move negative emotions into a better place when observing those we love doing things we don’t feel are in their or our best interests, we are adding power and momentum to what we are not wanting to experience and making it more unlikely that we will the recipient of what we are wanting. This is how we help to inspire the exact circumstances or behaviours we are not wanting out of others!!!

The truth is no matter what we do, we cannot truly control any other in our experience. If we believe we have power over others, this is an illusion, for one must freely give their power away to another, it is always a two-way street. We are all free to choose that which we do our actions, that which we say our words, and that which we think and feel no matter what someone else thinks, says or does about it. The best we can hope to do is to make peace with what others around us are doing especially those we love and care about, for this gives us the best possibility of experiencing and inspiring more of what we are wanting and less of what we are not wanting and lets the other know…..
Your way may not be the way that I would choose, but I know you came here to live your life the way you want to live not how someone else thinks you should live and I trust that you are doing the best that you can and I will do the best that I can to make my experience better by feeling good and focusing on the things I’m wanting to experience and all that is already wonderful in my life.

If we don’t feel we are able to feel better about what someone close to us is doing because it goes against something we strongly believe, a belief we do not wish to change because we believe it serves us very well, or maybe it doesn’t serve us well, we’re just not prepared to make the effort to change, because lets face it, long-held beliefs are not that easy to change even if they aren’t serving us very well. If judgement, resentment, and blame are allowed to grow, this often accumulates until the dissolution of the relationship happens. Although this is often difficult, it is a very good opportunity to release resistance and move to an even better feeling place that will attract even more wanted circumstances into our future experiences…

Yes……there’s a silver lining to every cloud, no matter how black that cloud may be, but we do have to believe it’s there to find it and to make it our daily work to move ourselves into the close vicinity of it by focusing on all the good that is already in our lives!!!

And so it is….

Turning away from what we don’t like…..Is a temporary solution!!!

It’s definitely a good idea to avoid focusing on circumstances we don’t like and aren’t wanting to experience in our lives by making an effort to turn our attention to what we are wanting rather than what we are not wanting. But it’s important to know this is more of a temporary solution, especially on subjects that are very important to us. For important subjects that we’re experiencing strong negative emotion too, it’s likely we’ll also be dealing with many situations our thoughts have attracted as the Law of Attraction responds to our strongly held emotional place with all kinds of manifestations that are a match to the dominant feelings within us.

 

This can make it difficult to look the other way so to speak, which is part of the reason why whatever turned-up has turned up!!! It’s a message to us from the Universe saying…..“This is the direction of your focused thoughts, this is what you are creating in your life, would you like more???” If our answer is no, a change in the direction of our thought is required. If our answer is yes and we are liking what’s turning-up, continuing our already positive focus will create more experiences we’re wanting. Even slight improvements in a thought that are maintained and held onto over time can produce greatly improved manifestations in our lives.

Remember, consistency is the name of the game. It’s not enough to have one improved thought and leave it at that. All things we’re wanting to bring forward into our experience need positive focus that’s been thought on long enough to achieve power and momentum. Once this momentum of thought is achieved it requires less and less effort to maintain our improved vibrational place as this will be where we now naturally are.

If we simply turn away from unwanted manifestations and ignore our negative emotions without making the effort to move them into a better feeling vibrational place, we have prevented adding power to our already unwanted vibration by observing and feeling stronger negative emotions, but without improving how we feel, we’re unlikely to attract improved circumstances on this subject.
This is often the case when experiencing similar unwanted circumstances over and over again. Different places, different faces, but similar experiences. Similar circumstances turn-up when the vibrations that caused this or that to be attracted have not changed much. That’s good news if we’re experiencing wanted circumstances in our lives, who would want to change that??? But if what we’re experiencing isn’t what we’re wanting in our lives, it’s a good idea to start trying to improve our thought somewhat, even if we only make a little vibrational movement each time we bring these thoughts into our mind.

I know it’s not the easiest thing in the world to improve our thoughts on subjects we’ve felt a certain way about for a long time. Especially when we’ve received plenty of evidence to support our long-held beliefs, but once we’re starting to understand how we’re creating our life experiences and that all we’re experiencing is attracted to us through our own focused thoughts that the Law of Attraction is responding and adding power too, I don’t really see what other choices there are???

I can only speak for myself when I say, I know what I do my best to choose every single time…..

And so I do….

A blessing in disguise!!!

This is another way of saying….When we are knowing how this Universe and the Law of Attraction is working in our lives, we now understanding that everything that turns up in our physical reality, especially unwanted circumstances, are attracted to us through our own focus and helps us to move more fully into that which we’re wanting to experience in our lives. This statement especially relates to unwanted circumstances as being a blessing in disguise, because things we’re wanting that turn up aren’t disguised at all.

Although this is true, sometimes we don’t notice the small positive things that turn up because we’re strongly focused on the bigger circumstances were wanting to experience. Of course it’s good to be focused on what we’re wanting to experience in a good positive feeling way, but being purely focused on our end result in exclusion to anything else can somewhat blind us to the good that’s currently in our lives. Even the smallest wanted circumstance that manifests is worthy of taking note of, focusing on and appreciating because as the Law of Attraction responds to our good feelings and thoughts of appreciation, we create even more wanted circumstances in our future experience….And let’s not also forget, feeling good is feeling good!!!

Sometimes when we focus solely on the end result we’re wanting, even if we are positively focused, there’s often a vibration within us about the fact that what we’re wanting hasn’t materialised yet, especially if it’s something we’ve been working on for a long time. It can be a bit tricky to ignore the fact something we’ve desperately wanted hasn’t yet turned up, and depending on how strong this vibration within us is, it may prevent what we’re wanting from manifesting or our results may be a slightly mixed bag of wanted and unwanted circumstances.

So the moral of the story is….

~ Although it’s very important to improve our thought and cultivate our belief about the circumstances we’d like to unfold in our future experiences, it’s equally important to  focus on the smaller wanted details that are manifesting right now. This relaxes our focus into a better feeling place as it’s almost impossible to focus strongly on the good that’s around us now….And then be annoyed that this or that hasn’t turned up yet!!!

~ We all love it when things we want happen, but often it’s the unwanted circumstances that turn up in our experience that propel us forward in the direction we’re really wanting to go. Especially once we’ve released the resistant thoughts that attracted the unwanted circumstances in the first place.

~ Unwanted circumstances are never punishment but just a natural consequence of the creative power that’s within us all. This lets us know where our thoughts are in relation to what’s manifested, with positive good feeling thoughts attracting wanted circumstances and negative thoughts attracting unwanted circumstances.

~ When we start to understand how we create our experience and what unwanted circumstances really are, (A blessing in Disguise!!!) It makes it much easier to move through negative circumstances in a positive way, releasing resistance and moving  into a better feeling, higher vibrational place…..And that’s very good news!!!

And so it is….

Why do we sweat the small stuff???

There is always an underlined reason for anything that shows up in our experience. Dealing with                     things when they are small can prevent a bigger problem later down the road.                                                                                    Paulette De-Har

Usually, the more important a subject is to us, the more likely we are to move it into a better vibrational feeling place. Whereas with less important subjects, the negative emotions we may be feeling are less intense in strength and duration, and is something many are prepared to live with. Most will not make an effort to move unwanted negative emotions into a better feeling vibrational place until they feel forced to do so as the increased intensity of their emotions gain enough momentum to produce matching unwanted manifestations reflecting where our often long-held and recent vibrational place has been.

Even if we don’t give these seemingly less important subjects that much attention, they are pulsing within our vibrational energetic body emitting a vibrational signal that the Law of Attraction is responding in-kind too. With time and focus we will experience physical manifestations that are a vibrational match to our dominant thoughts and feelings regarding all the subjects we spend time contemplating.

It’s only natural we would make more of an effort to feel better about subjects that are more important to us, but if we don’t also make some effort to move the lesser subjects into better feeling vibrational places, our increased negative emotion attracts stronger circumstances highlighting what we’ve got going on. This gives us the opportunity to move our thoughts and feelings positively by dealing with whatever has manifested in a positive way. Often physical manifestations are required for us to take notice of something within us that we may or may not have been aware of. As you can imagine, it is much easier to disregard and live with negative emotions than it is a negative physical manifestation we’re experiencing.

When we’re making positive progress on moving important subjects into better vibrational places, this has a positive effect on our General Vibrational Place. This gentle work we do to feel better usually raises all subjects to a higher vibrational level with the vibrations of less important subjects also being raised without consciously having to give them much thought. We may notice over time these lesser subjects feel much better than they previously did without actively doing anything. But of course we did do something, the improvement is created and a positive side effect of moving subjects that are more important to us.

Another consequence we may notice happens as we start making an effort to feel better is a greater degree of sensitivity to our negative emotions as we become accustomed to being in a better feeling, higher vibrational place. This causes what negative emotion we do feel to feel stronger than it may have previously. Although initially this may not sound that good, in the long-term it’s a very positive attribute that helps us to move subjects more quickly into a better vibrational place that if maintained attracts more wanted circumstances. I agree that stronger feeling negative emotions don’t feel good, but on the plus side we’re more likely to move these subjects into higher vibrational places before we experience the full physical manifestations of our previously not good feeling emotions….And that’s a very good thing!!!

So the moral of the story is….

~ Many less important subjects are improved without giving conscious thought to them, but we may also notice we become very sensitive to our negative emotions causing us to move unwanted emotions more quickly into better feeling places before we attract and experience negative manifestations from them.
~ As we learn more about how we create our lives through our focused thoughts and feelings, our vibration, its common to experiences more emotional highs and lows than we normally do.
~ Our emotional highs are from all the subjects we’ve made an effort to improve that have attracted more wanted circumstances, whereas the lows are resistance that turns-up giving us the opportunity to release our negative thoughts and feelings so we can experience more of what we’re wanting.
~ When we initially start improving our thoughts and feelings, our experience can be a bit up and down feeling like a roller coaster ride until we’ve moved many not good feeling subjects we’ve had into better vibrational places, and as we continuing doing this our experience greatly improves….

But don’t take my word for it, for each of us holds the power and knowledge within us of how this life works and the best current path to take that will move us into more of what we’re wanting to experience, and when we seek it consistently with a pure heart, it cannot help but be found….

And so it is….

All emotional states….Are a temporary state of being!!!

Although this is a truthful statement, as always nothing is completely black or white, but includes many shades of grey especially when it comes to our physical experience on this planet.
This statement speaks to the truth that we have control over the emotions we feel as they come in response to the thoughts we think, and when we have mastered the thoughts we will allow ourselves to think through the power of our focused mind, we then have the ability to be the deliberate creator and producer of the emotions we’re wanting to experience rather than purely a reactor to what happens around us with little or no conscious control over what we think and how we feel.

As we think any thoughts and hold them in our mind for a short period of time, the Law of Attraction adds power to those thoughts making it much easier for us to think similar thoughts on whatever subject we’re giving our attention to at that moment. The accumulative effect of this over experiences and time is very strong and can be why even when we’re making an effort to improve our thoughts, we easily slip back into the well established vibrational groove (Ooooooh, that’s cool, “Vibrational Groove.” Hehehe….) we’re most commonly at, our General Vibrational Place.

Ultimately we do have power over the thoughts we think and how we feel, but when we’re trying to improve our thoughts on a subject we’ve felt a certain way about for a long time, it’s not the easiest and quickest thing in the world to change. It does take time and focus to improve our vibrational place but remember, just as the Law of Attraction added power and momentum to our old thoughts the same will happen with our new thoughts, and once the new thoughts are the strongest vibration within us on whatever subject we’re giving our attention too, they will be the thoughts we have the easiest access too and what we’ll be creating our future experience from, and that’s a very good place to be!!!

As we become more aware of how this Universe and the Law of Attraction works, things we may have previously not taken notice of that we prescribed little or no meaning too, start taking on much deeper meanings and we start to recognise and see these signs and what they possible mean for us. They aren’t always good feeling or wanted signs, but they are always what we need to move forward in the direction we’re wanting to go. It’s when we can see all that happens in our experience, both wanted and unwanted as being opportunities for deeper understandings and knowing (especially when dealt with positively) that we’ll be propelled forward and that’s when we start to move into accessing the full power of who we are!!!

Every person that comes forward into a physical life knows this, for this knowing is part of what makes us who we really are. If those that surrounded us as we grew up didn’t know and teach us how to focus on what we’re wanting by directing our thoughts and feelings in a positive direction because they themselves didn’t know, we may have experienced temporary memory loss, forgetting that we are the creators of our own life experiences. I say “temporary memory loss” because it’s not possible for anyone to permanently eradicate part of what makes us who we are and it’s only a matter of time before those that have forgotten these truths find themselves on a journey of remembering and discovery.

No matter where we are on our journey and how much we’ve come to remember and understand about this life……There’s always more.
~ It’s not a race to see who knows the most.
~ It’s not about declaring ones self to be better than others.
~ It’s about being able to create the life we’re wanting to live and to possibly pass something positive on that we know may help others live more of the life they’re wanting to live….If they’re in the place to receive it of course???

I don’t know about anybody else….But that sounds pretty good to me!!!

And so our journey together continues….

Will I break my New Years Resolution???

No, I definitely won’t break my New Years Resolution!!!
How do I know this…..Because I don’t make them.

I’m not for or against anyone making any sort of decision at any point in their lives whether it’s on New Years or any other time, especially if we’re feeling inspired to do so.
But it’s a good idea to consider and become aware of some things that may either hinder or help us work towards whatever it is we’ve set down for ourselves to achieve.

The most important factor to ask ourselves when making any decision is….Am I in a positive feeling vibrational place about the changes I plan to make???

I’m assuming that thought has been given to what we’re wanting to achieve, what we believe we need to do and the possible changes we’re prepared to make to achieve what we’re wanting. If we haven’t given thought to what we believe we need to do to achieve our desired goal, our words are likely to be a bit empty and hollow, more of a wish or dream that we don’t really believe is possible. This is not necessarily a bad thing because we all need to start somewhere….Don’t you think???

It’s not often that the instant we decide to do something our belief, what, when, and how to do something is automatically known to us. It’s a process that takes some time and focused thought before all the required components are fully revealed through our experience. Taking the time and using our positive focus to get our thoughts in a place where we believe what we’re wanting is not only possible but probable, we give ourselves the best opportunity to move forward in a positive way. When we maintain that vibration place over time with emotional intensity, it’s only a matter of time before the best way for us to proceed is revealed to us as the Law of Attraction continues to respond to our positive vibrational place adding power and momentum to it….And that’s a very good thing!!!

It’s a good idea to have some sort of plan about what we think we may need to do to achieve something, but it’s just as important to be open-minded and flexible enough to change what we may have thought we need to do into a new direction as different maybe better alternatives are revealed to us as our thought improves. Being too rigid and specific in our plans and not being prepared to try a different approach that we had not previously considered can send us down a path that may be more difficult to achieve whatever it is we’re wanting.

When we initially make a decision to do something, we often have positive thoughts behind it, otherwise we wouldn’t feel the need to declare it to others. Not that many people will tell everyone what they’re intending to do if they don’t believe they can do it. Something to consider about doing this is it often puts undue pressure on us, especially if we encounter unknown bumps in the road, (and lets face it that happens all the time) and our path diverts from our original destination.

I know many people are wanting to be supportive of others but when we find ourselves in a position of having to explain what we’ve been doing and why what we’re wanting to achieve hasn’t eventuated yet, and other questions we may not yet have the answers too, this can be difficult to feel good about.
The best answer to such questions is, “When I know….I’ll let you know!!!”

Sometimes it’s better to keep our decisions to ourselves until we have some positive momentum behind what we’re doing. This gives us the opportunity to find our way without the added pressure of others watching and questioning what we’re doing. Of course no one can really put pressure on us, only we can do that to ourselves. Some may think this pressure can help them to achieve what they’re wanting, and in some circumstances this is possible, but more often it doesn’t, especially if things are taking much longer than what we’ve expected.

The moral of the story is….

~ Any decision we make from a good feeling place is a wonderful thing, whether we start in the New Year or any other day of the year.
~ Make decisions from the best possible feeling place we can find avoiding taking action from a less than good feeling place.
~ Continue to make an effort to improve self-belief and how we feel as time passes and be open to change as new circumstances unfold that may move us in an improved direction.
~ Unwanted circumstances are an opportunity to release resistant thoughts we may not have been aware we had to our own desires.
~ It may be a good idea to keep our decisions to ourselves until we have a good amount to positive momentum going behind us.

And mostly, be kind to yourself xxx

And so our journey continues….

It’s easy to feel good when good things happen….

Now isn’t that the truth!!!
But the trick is, or more to the point, the truth is….

It isn’t just how we react when good things turn up that matters and may determine our future experiences, although this is important. Just as importantly, it’s what we do when things aren’t all going our way that also effects what we may attract into our lives. Our future experiences are created by the length of time we focus, and how much emotional intensity we give any subject. Whether our focus is on something that’s happened in the past, is happening now, or is something we’re imagining that hasn’t yet happened doesn’t matter, it’s the strength of our focus that matters and creates.

When unwanted circumstances turn-up, sometimes we’re prone to give them a great amount of focus. This would be good if our focus was directed in a positive good feeling direction on all the good that may come from our experience and possible solutions or changes we may need to put in place to move forward in a more wanted direction. It’s not about pretending we like things we do not, that’s never a good thing as it doesn’t work through negative emotions within us that may be attracting unwanted situations into our experience.
Dealing with unwanted circumstances in positive ways means we’re much more likely to move through any emotional resistance we may have to whatever manifested so that similar circumstances don’t turn-up again in the future!!! Now that sounds very good….Don’t you think???

If we’re in a vibrational place that isn’t too far away from this perspective and if we’re feeling generally happy in our lives about many things, it’s not too hard to redirect ourselves into a better feeling place when unwanted circumstances happen. This is because power and momentum is achieved behind how we feel as the Law of Attraction responds to the vibrations we are constantly emitting, and when we focus strongly and positively on anything, whether it’s wanted or unwanted, we release resistance and create even more wanted future experiences. It becomes our normal good feeling vibrational place to go to and be in without having to make too much effort to get there…..And that’s so awesome!!!

Once we’ve come to understand how we’re creating our life experiences through our own observation of how we feel and what manifests, it may take some time and effort to move our thoughts and feelings into a better vibrational place if we’ve focused for some time with negative emotional intensity on unwanted circumstances.
The good news is…..Once we have an awareness that we’re creating our life it’s not possible to undo this knowing and it’s only a matter of time before we start to exercise the true power that’s within us all.

The power to feel good apart from whatever’s happening.
The power to focus strongly on the good that’s around us.
The power to acknowledge what’s unwanted and move forward positively.
The power to create what we’re wanting in our own lives.

That is a TRUTH that’s worth believing in!!!

And so it is….
