Will I break my New Years Resolution???

Lampost3
No, I definitely won’t break my New Years Resolution!!!
How do I know this…..Because I don’t make them.

I’m not for or against anyone making any sort of decision at any point in their lives whether it’s on New Years or any other time, especially if we’re feeling inspired to do so.
But it’s a good idea to consider and become aware of some things that may either hinder or help us work towards whatever it is we’ve set down for ourselves to achieve.

The most important factor to ask ourselves when making any decision is….Am I in a positive feeling vibrational place about the changes I plan to make???

I’m assuming that thought has been given to what we’re wanting to achieve, what we believe we need to do and the possible changes we’re prepared to make to achieve what we’re wanting. If we haven’t given thought to what we believe we need to do to achieve our desired goal, our words are likely to be a bit empty and hollow, more of a wish or dream that we don’t really believe is possible. This is not necessarily a bad thing because we all need to start somewhere….Don’t you think???

It’s not often that the instant we decide to do something our belief, what, when, and how to do something is automatically known to us. It’s a process that takes some time and focused thought before all the required components are fully revealed through our experience. Taking the time and using our positive focus to get our thoughts in a place where we believe what we’re wanting is not only possible but probable, we give ourselves the best opportunity to move forward in a positive way. When we maintain that vibration place over time with emotional intensity, it’s only a matter of time before the best way for us to proceed is revealed to us as the Law of Attraction continues to respond to our positive vibrational place adding power and momentum to it….And that’s a very good thing!!!

It’s a good idea to have some sort of plan about what we think we may need to do to achieve something, but it’s just as important to be open-minded and flexible enough to change what we may have thought we need to do into a new direction as different maybe better alternatives are revealed to us as our thought improves. Being too rigid and specific in our plans and not being prepared to try a different approach that we had not previously considered can send us down a path that may be more difficult to achieve whatever it is we’re wanting.

When we initially make a decision to do something, we often have positive thoughts behind it, otherwise we wouldn’t feel the need to declare it to others. Not that many people will tell everyone what they’re intending to do if they don’t believe they can do it. Something to consider about doing this is it often puts undue pressure on us, especially if we encounter unknown bumps in the road, (and lets face it that happens all the time) and our path diverts from our original destination.

I know many people are wanting to be supportive of others but when we find ourselves in a position of having to explain what we’ve been doing and why what we’re wanting to achieve hasn’t eventuated yet, and other questions we may not yet have the answers too, this can be difficult to feel good about.
The best answer to such questions is, “When I know….I’ll let you know!!!”

Sometimes it’s better to keep our decisions to ourselves until we have some positive momentum behind what we’re doing. This gives us the opportunity to find our way without the added pressure of others watching and questioning what we’re doing. Of course no one can really put pressure on us, only we can do that to ourselves. Some may think this pressure can help them to achieve what they’re wanting, and in some circumstances this is possible, but more often it doesn’t, especially if things are taking much longer than what we’ve expected.

The moral of the story is….

~ Any decision we make from a good feeling place is a wonderful thing, whether we start in the New Year or any other day of the year.
~ Make decisions from the best possible feeling place we can find avoiding taking action from a less than good feeling place.
~ Continue to make an effort to improve self-belief and how we feel as time passes and be open to change as new circumstances unfold that may move us in an improved direction.
~ Unwanted circumstances are an opportunity to release resistant thoughts we may not have been aware we had to our own desires.
~ It may be a good idea to keep our decisions to ourselves until we have a good amount to positive momentum going behind us.

And mostly, be kind to yourself xxx

And so our journey continues….

If you want it bad enough…..You’ll achieve it……Really???

HoldMoon
I often wonder about the things that are commonly said, and think maybe not much forethought is put into some comments such as….If you want something bad enough, you’ll achieve it…

This can be said from a positive feeling place to encourage someone who may be close to achieving what they have set out to achieve, but when these words are spoken when one is far away from achieving what they are wanting and may have struggled for quite some time in the pursuit of their goal, it can be quite deflating. It often implies we just haven’t tried hard enough, which is so often untrue it’s unbelievable!! (Unless we’ve tried so hard for so long we’ve given up because it becomes so emotionally difficult and exhausting to continue from this resistant, not good feeling vibrational place)

It’s true to say, when we’re in the pursuit of any goal, the more we focus positively, the greater the likelihood of achieving our set goal is, but on the flip side of this equation is, if our focus is negatively driven, even though our desire can be very strong, the likelihood of achieving our wanted outcome is greatly diminished.

Intense struggle always promotes more struggle (Remember, Law of Attraction) unless our thoughts are moved into a more positive vibrational place where we believe things have the potential to work out for us…..Even if we aren’t currently knowing how. That’s having true belief and knowing how this Universe works and the power we have to create our own life experiences. This belief is difficult to produce without knowing how it is we’re creating our life.

If we’re not knowing we are the creators of our own experience, and even sometimes when we do know, we may attribute unwanted circumstances that turn up in our lives to outside external forces such as God, the government, or other people, and although there are external forces that do have an effect in our lives because we give these subjects our focused attention, we have control over whether we focus on the positive aspects they bring into our lives or all the not good aspects they may bring into our lives…..And that changes everything about our experience and what we will be attracting because we always get that which we give prolonged focused attention too, with strong emotion, whether they are circumstances we’re wanting or not.

If we’ve strived for something for a long time without receiving the results we’re wanting, we probably do need to assess what we’re doing and change something. When we change and hopefully move our thought into a better feeling place, unwanted circumstances often turn up so we can release any negative resistant thoughts we’ve had going on that we may have previously been unaware of.

If we are able to work through what has shown itself to us, our own resistance, this moves us closer to the vibrational vicinity we need to be in to allow what we’re wanting to start flowing into our experience, but it does take some time before we may see improved results, especially if we’re highly focused on the end result we’re wanting, for this can prevent us from seeing all the small improvements that are happening along the way.

This is often what happens when we achieve what we are wanting but it doesn’t feel that great because we realise our journey was very hard work or a struggle, and it wasn’t fun.

There is not one of us alive that does not truly want to achieve what we are wanting in our life, it’s just a matter of how connected we’ve been to our Inner Guidance, the Non-Physical part of ourselves that’s communicating to us through our emotions and if we’ve known what those emotions are indicating.

It’s when we come into vibrational alignment, (our good feeling emotional place) where the blending of the Physical and Non-Physcial parts of us takes place, and that’s when much of our struggle ends and gives way to more of what we are really wanting to experience…..And that really is awesome!!!

And so it is….

The goal is to love everything….Or is it???

P44
Well, if we believe it is our job in this physical life to love everyone and everything, our life experience may be extremely difficult.
As we make an effort to move to better and better feeling (vibrational) places, all will usually come to the place where they may think this is what they are now required to do… And I say “good luck with that one!!”
It’s not possible to look directly in the face of something you find strongly unwanted and “love it,” although you may, and can if you are wanting to, move yourself to a better feeling place regarding it.
But if our goal or intention is to try to love unlovable things and our desire is maintained over time with strong emotion, the Law of Attraction will respond to our dominant vibration and bring many unwanted, unlovable circumstances for us to deal with. But as soon as we have moved one unlovable circumstance to a better vibrational place, along comes another and another and another for there are millions of things out there both wanted and unwanted so there will be a constant flow of not good feeling circumstances coming into our experience for us to move on vibrationally.
There are too many things in this world both wanted and unwanted to bring everything into a good feeling place, for you would need not just this lifetime, but many lifetimes to achieve such a goal.
In truth we have not come here to love everyone and every experience, but we have come to put our focused attention on that which we do love and are wanting to experience that the Law of Attraction will respond to in-kind.
We already have many things within us, especially if we have lived for some time in this physical body without knowing how we were creating our reality, that may need moving to a better feeling place, so I find it quite unnecessary to look out into our world trying to find more unwanted circumstances to focus on, and bring into a better vibrational place?
Of course there is nothing wrong with doing this, and there may be many benefits, but it does make for a difficult life experience in many ways. We usually realise after a short period of time, that this may be a futile endeavour and start putting our attention more on what we are wanting to experience and what we feel good about.
Once we have thought negative thoughts they cannot be taken back, but they do become non-attracting with the lack of our focused attention. It does not matter what stage in the creation process we are at, for we have the ability to gradually change our thoughts at any point, but it would be true to say, it’s much easier before a physical manifestation has come into our reality, for once this has happened, now we have the observation of something in front of us that we have to deal with. It’s much easier before the physical manifestation has happened to change one’s focus in a more positive direction.
So for the full physical manifestation of anything, there needs to be power and momentum that is achieved through focused thought that’s maintained over time producing strong emotions.
The stronger the emotion we’re feeling, the closer we are to a physical manifestation that will feel similar to the thoughts that originally created it.
It matters not whether the emotion is positive or negative, positive emotions are creating and attracting wanted experiences and negative emotions are creating and attracting unwanted experiences.
So our emotions are very important and are communicating valuable information to us about where we are and what we are creating in relation to what we are wanting.
I would never seek unwanted circumstances to love, but I do make an effort to put my attention on things I do love and see the best in them and to move to better vibrational places regarding subjects that are important to me…otherwise I let the world take care of itself.
Remember putting your attention on circumstances you are not ready to move to a better feeling place on only adds power to that which you are not wanting. It’s a good idea to leave these subjects until you are generally in a better feeling place and able to deal with them.
But really it doesn’t matter too much, for once we truly know how we are creating our lives, it’s only a matter of time before we start improving our thoughts and start living the more improved life experience we came here to live!!
And so our journey together continues….

Do you think setting goals will get you where you’re wanting???

SaharaPopOut
A goal set with positive focus and expectations is halfway to being achieved.        Paulette De-Har

That’s a very interesting question, isn’t it?
And the answer depends on where you are coming from. For example, if you make goals for yourself and feel good about them, believing you will be able to achieve them, that is definitely a goal worth setting and you will be well on your way to achieving it as long as you stay focused in a positive manner. So what happens when we make a goal and feel good about it to start with, but then do not follow through with positive thoughts. If we do not maintain our belief and positive thought regarding the goals we make, it’s very unlikely that we’ll achieve them.

This often happens when looking at the pros and cons of any situation, what we’re really doing is including negative thoughts into our vibrational (emotional) mix, meaning, depending on whether you’ve focused more on positives or negatives, this will determine how things will unfold in reality. Of course it’s very normal to look at all possibilities when we’re trying to move forward in our lives, but if we focus intently on everything we think could possibly go wrong and may prevent us from reaching our goals, more than how everything may work out well, this will be the strongest vibration within us, and the Law of Attraction ensures we’ll receive back that which we have vibrationally given out.

There is no such thing as NO in this attraction based Universe that we all live in. For example, when we say yes to something, it’s included as a possible future manifestation, and when we say no to something, it’s also included as a possible future manifestation. Saying yes with positive focus attracts wanted circumstances, whereas saying no with negative focus is attracting unwanted circumstances. A positive focus on any goal that’s maintained over time with emotional intensity must eventually bring that which we’re wanting, whereas maintaining negative focus over time with emotional intensity must eventually bring that which we’re not wanting.

This is often a consequence of doubting our ability to create what we are wanting or we may not see a path that will get us where we are wanting to go, so we give up. I am not judging anyone for giving up on their goal, if it feels like the best thing to do, it’s not for me to say that you shouldn’t, but I will say, the fact that a goal is set in the first place, means we were wanting to achieve it, and with positive focus there’s no reason why we can’t.

Why do we doubt our ability to achieve our goals?
We may have experienced circumstances in the past that have not worked out how we were wanting despite taking many actions and being very determined which eventually, over time, erodes our belief in ourselves and our ability to achieve what we desire.

In reality, there is always a mixture of positive and negative thoughts regarding any subject or goal that we hold, but there will be a more dominant vibrational feeling about it and that’s always what’s manifesting.
So yes, setting goals can definitely get us where are we wanting to go when we do our best to stay positively focused, working through any resistant, challenging circumstances that arise by;
1. Being aware of how we’re feeling regarding anything we give attention too.
2. Once we know how we’re feeling, doing our best to move to a better feeling place, especially if we’re in a negative vibrational place.
3. Doing our best to enjoy whatever is happening now by relaxing and not being too hard on ourselves.
4. Holding strong to the belief that things really are working out, even if it doesn’t currently look like it, and yes, that’s something that requires practice, but we’ve all come forward with the ability to do this if that’s what we’re wanting.

And so our journey continues….
