So what about previous lives???

AngelLuke
Although most have lived many physical lives….When we re-enter the physical realm as a new physical entity, a baby, we often don’t remember the previous life experiences we’ve had. If we do have memories, it’s very often when we are young and aren’t aware that this isn’t an accepted principle or understanding that the majority of people or societies we’ve being brought-up in have an awareness of.
Children that are very young have been known to give unusual accounts or details claiming they’ve had experiences or been another person in a different time period and often rely very specific knowledge that doesn’t seem possible for them to have gained at their current young age. This happens more frequently than we may think but is often disregarded as imaginative thinking, or worse….Lying.

If we’re coming forward multiple times into different physical lives,(and we are)at different points in time, physical bodies, locations and circumstances without easily accessible memories of any of our previous lives, a reasonable conclusion is that we don’t remember what’s previously happened because we’re wanting differing experiences from different physical perspectives. This wouldn’t be possible if we were to remember the lives and experiences we’ve previously lived. This is no accident, but the way we’ve purposely designed it!!!

It would be very difficult to look through new fresh eyes and make different or improved choices if we had clear memories of past experiences from the previous lives we’ve lived. This would mean our current experiences would go through the filter of our previous memories and perspectives. So what would be the purpose of making our transition back to Non-Physical and coming forward into a new body if our perspectives stayed the same???

That being said, we do carry all the experiences we’ve had through all the previous lifetimes we’ve lived within our physical here and now body, and we do have the ability to tap into those experiences and knowledge if we have the desire.
For me, although I know I’ve lived many lives before and feel strongly when I meet someone I’ve known in a previous life, I don’t feel the need to find out any specific details or go through the process of trying to bring back those memories. I’m aware that all my previous experiences have led me to where I am now, and any resistance or unfinished issues I may have had in those lives will come forward into the current life I’m living giving me the opportunity to move into a better, non-resistant, vibrational place regarding it, if that’s what I’m wanting.

Each life we live gives us a new and different perspective to grow into and experience, and although they are separate journeys, each is closely related to the other. Just as the life we’re currently living is a specific and quantifiable journey, so is the compilation of all the lives we’ve lived a journey with a much broader view and deeper understanding than the individual life we’re living. Our Non-Physical counterpart is communicating that broader understanding to the Physical here and now part of us through our emotions, and depending on how good were feeling, with thoughts too.
So when we’re Non-Physical before we decide to take another Physical body, we set general goals or circumstances we may want to achieve in the next life, but by no means are these goals specific or set in stone. More of a general guide that’s open to moving in multiple different ways depending on the direction of our focus, the experiences we have, and the choices we make.

The idea that there has been something set in stone by someone outside of ourselves, someone who controls us and then judges us when we don’t behave in an appropriate way or don’t achieve what they’ve set out for us to do, is……Well, that’s more of a human construct. A belief humans hold, not a belief held to by Universal Law or the energy that created and sustains this amazing Universe.

So the moral of this rather long story is…..

~There is nothing that has been set down that we have to do in any specific time frame or way.
~We are always on the right path no matter what is happening or manifesting, for all experiences have the ability to move us into more of what we’re wanting.
~No opportunities can be lost because they are continually flowing in our direction, just as one passes, a new one is on it’s way to us.
~There are no wrong choices just challenges to rise too, and better feeling places to reach.

~And, we are all so much greater than most of us have ever imagined…..

And so you are…..

After all they shared…..How could he simply say NO???

After all they shared how could he simply say no….Lyrics to a beautiful song by Delerium featuring Jael.
I was actually searching for a different song on YouTube and happened across this old favourite and immediately knew this is what I was looking for!!

I never watch or listen to news, but it’s amazing how things that are important for me to know or things I’m possibly interested in still make their way into my experience between turning the key, the radio coming on, and putting my iPod on!! Yesterday, the first time I got in the car I heard something about a tribute to Robbie Williams before my iPod came on. I thought, hang on…..Aren’t tributes often done when someone dies……Surely something hasn’t happened to Robbie Williams? Then I thought, nah I would know if that had happened.
I happily did my shopping then got back in the car to drive home. I was about to put my iPod on but an awesome song was playing on the radio, and since it’s only a five-minute drive home, I decided to keep the radio on.

After my song finished, I heard a somber announcer say, here’s our tribute to Robbie Williams, and I thought, Oh No, it is him…..Then a voice quite unlike Robbie Williams came on as they played someone doing many funny voice overs, and I was like, what the??? By the time I got home I realised it wasn’t Robbie Williams, but Robin Williams they were talking about……And I felt sadness…..

For those that have read some of what I write, you will know I mostly speak of moving to better feeling vibrational places, and I stand by that 100%, no matter what’s happening.

But that doesn’t mean we don’t feel sadness or any other negative emotions. Moving into a better feeling place isn’t about denying how one is truly feeling in any given moment, but is more about feeling whatever it is we’re feeling, acknowledging that’s where we currently are, and then making a conscious decision to do our best to move forward and feel better, even if it is only slightly.

Many would say, no I cannot do that, you don’t understand how I’m feeling, I cannot feel better right now. And I say, that is true, no one else knows exactly how we’re feeling about anything, even if they’ve had similar experiences. When our grief is deep and strong it can feel like we don’t have the ability to feel better, and sometimes it may take all our energy just to keep going.
In these circumstances time can be our friend, as we move through time the intensity of our sadness and grief usually lessens and this can be a good opportunity to start consciously trying to move our thoughts and feelings.

I know many struggle with thoughts about death, and it’s only reasonable we would feel strongly about losing someone we dearly love. If we believe they are now at peace and in a better place, that can help to alleviate some of the anguish we may be feeling, but how their transition back to Non-Physical energy came about, and the fact that they will no longer be around us, are realities that cannot be denied for long, and do need to be dealt with for us to truly move forward and be happy once again.

My thoughts go out to those that have lost a loved one in this way….
It’s true, we all came here to love and live this life to it’s fullest, and sometimes we can get a little off track….But when everything is said and done, we also came with the ability to feel the whole spectrum of emotions and with the freewill to choose what we feel is best for us, and although it’s a choice no one would want anyone they love to make, it is a choice we are free to make….

And so it is….

The Right to Life or Death….Whose decision is it???

ChurchArch
Each of us is ultimately in charge of our own mind and physical body, and although we may be influenced by the thoughts and beliefs of our society, culture, and the family we’ve grown up in, in the end it’s our decision whether we want to continue in this physical life or not.

When we enter this time-space reality, we came forward with strong purpose and intentions for this physical life, so our desire to live and experience the life we have chosen, is a very strong and powerful calling that sits at the very core of who we really are.

The ending of life in this physical body is a decision made by either the Physical us, the Non-Physical us or a combination of both the Physical and Non-Physical parts of us. For most, it would be true to say, this decision is usually made from our Non-Physical perspective.

The main reasons for making our transition back to the Non-Physical realm are;
~ The intentions that we put forward when coming into our current Physical life have been achieved and the soul is ready for a fresh and new Physical perspective. (Imagine wearing the same outfit for centuries, even if we really liked it, eventually we’d want to wear something different, so it is with experiencing different lives!!) Hehehe….That’s a very good analogy, I like it!!
~ If much resistant has been gathered over time while in our current Physical life, this takes a toll on the mind and body to a point where both may start to break down and the decision is made to return to the Non-Physical realm once again.

No matter how the circumstances unfold, it’s always us who decides when, where and how we will make our transition back to Non-Physical, even when we are not aware this is the case, which often we are not.
Although there are always exceptions to what most are doing, to make a conscious decision to leave this life experience from our Physical perspective requires us to have either gained insight into how we are creating our life, and how we may wish to end it in a desirable way, or we may have gradually gotten ourselves into a very not good feeling vibrational place we feel we cannot come out of, therefore making the choice to leave this body.
Some may find this hard to believe and I totally understand that point of view, for if we have not known there is another part of us that’s remained in the Non-Physical realm, and that this Non-Physical counterpart has been communicating to the Physical here and now part of us through our thoughts and emotions, our vibration…this would seem, well…weird.
Life truly is never-ending, and although we will all leave the body we’re currently in, who we really are never dies, but simply changes form.
When we are understanding this, we no longer feel the need to make judgements about whether others should continue in a painful manner at the end of their physical life, especially if this is not what they are wanting, and let’s be honest, not many would want to end this physical life in pain, but may feel they don’t have a choice or may be frightened to let go because they are unsure of what, if anything, may follow.

The death experience will come to us all, that we can be sure of, and when we can understand and embrace this truth about life, there is not much left to fear, and now we can live (and make our transition) as we intended too, just as we made our powerful and joyful decision to come forward into this physical life in the first place!!

And so it is….

Why would we measure our Self-worth….On what someone else thinks of us???

whoareyou
Of course, it’s wonderful when people are looking at us favorably, but if we are requiring this from every person we come into contact with, we will have to become very good at working out how others would like us to behave in order to ensure their approval of us.
Some may say, “What’s wrong with that?” And I say, nothing is essentially wrong with wanting positive interactions with others and for them to like us, as long as we are not doing anything that goes against who we really are to achieve it.
That brings up an interesting question, is it more important for me to be true to myself and what I believe in, or is it more important for me to gain the approval of others at the cost of going against my own beliefs? (or do I have a belief that goes something like “if people don’t like me, there must be something wrong with me?”)

Although every situation we encounter is different, and we will make our own assessment of what we feel is best for us at that moment, it would be true to say, if many of our interactions are based on doing whatever it takes to gain another’s approval, we can become “temporarily lost” and forget who we really are. By that I mean, we now may be substituting our own Inner Guidance that is directing us through our emotions to all we are wanting, for someone else’s Inner Guidance that is leading them through their emotions to everything they are wanting! Now, unless we’re wanting exactly the same things, have experienced the same circumstances and have come to the same conclusions and beliefs about life….I think it’s quite clear to see no other is better equipped with better Inner Guidance than ourselves, to know what’s best for us.

I say “temporarily lost,” because it’s not possible to completely disconnect from who we really are for any great length of time, sooner or later we always return to that knowing place.
The question isn’t will we return to the full understanding and knowing of who we really are, the question is….How long will we hold ourselves apart from our blended all-knowing Non-Physical perspective, through our own negative contemplation?
Alignment with our Non-Physical counterpart happens when we make our transition from this Physical life and body, but we do not need to wait for this to happen to achieve the blending or alignment of the Physical and Non-Physical together.
If we become sensitive to how we are feeling and do our best to move into the best feeling place we can, it’s only a matter of time before we find ourselves in alignment with who we really are while we’re still in this physical body, and it is so good!!

To begin with it may only be for short moments that we feel this alignment, but as we continue to feel generally better in our life and make an effort to focus on the best that life has to offer, this starts to become our normal vibrational place to be in, and one can find themselves in a very good feeling place for extended periods of time….For no good reason at all!!

Alignment is achieved when the Physical here and now part of us and the Non-Physical part of us are in complete agreement in relation to whatever we are giving our attention to now.
For example, if I am looking at someone and feeling strong negative emotion, this indicates the Non-Physical part of me is thinking something very different to what I am currently thinking, for if I was in alignment with what the Non-Physical part of me was thinking, I would be feeling positive emotion.
So what should I do? Should I try to conjure some feelings of love for this person I am clearly not loving much? I say, “No way,” it cannot be done in a few moments, for it’s virtually impossible to go from strong dislike to liking or loving instantly….Have you tried?

It’s better, or in our best interests to accept the way we feel rather than deny it, and to put our focus on something else if we feel unable to move to a better feeling place rather than trying to “fake it,” because it’s not possible to truly hide how we really feel anyway.

Another option is to just “turn the other cheek” so to speak, look away from that which makes you feel not good, especially if you don’t feel like you can continue to observe without improving your thought. Not much benefit comes from focusing our attention on unwanted circumstances without making an effort to move to a better feeling vibrational place, especially if it’s for an extended period of time….And by “an extended period of time,” I mean anything over about 20 seconds!!!
I know this may seem like a very short amount of time, but this is all it takes before the Law of Attraction will respond to our thought vibrations and give us access to more thoughts of a similar nature, and as we think and focus longer, another thought, and another and another will become more easily available to us, and with enough time and focus that produces intensity of emotion, we will attract physical manifestations that match the dominant vibrations (thoughts and feelings) within us. Very good when we’re focused in the direction of what we are wanting to experience wouldn’t you say?

All I can say is, you do not need others approval to feel worthy, and when we start to access the Inner Guidance we were born with, we start to feel a worthiness that no external circumstances or person can provide….
It comes from knowing “who we really are,” and feeling the absolute power we have to create what we are wanting in our own lives….

And so it is….

One cannot truly live…Until the fear of death has been overcome….

SaharaBabyDoll
I think it’s interesting that many people fear death so much.
There are many reasons for this fear, but they all come down to the same reason; We have not known or understood how we came into this physical world and what will happen once we leave this physical world, so I suppose it’s probable we would fear that which we don’t know and see as unwanted.
And for those that were brought up religiously and told they would “burn in hell” if they didn’t behave in a way that; The Source of Creation spoke of thousands of years ago, which someone else wrote about, which another group of people censored, which another person interpreted, through another person who told another person, that eventually told you, the rules you should live by?

And I say, “Holy Moses,” that’s a lot of interpretations from many different people, who in truth can only interpret what they’ve experienced or been told through their own personal perspectives, so even if the original Source was real, (and I believe this to be the case) interpretation through many others that have many different motivations that we could say….where not entirely pure, makes for a set of guidelines on how to live that’s more like a map you’ve been reading upside down!! I’ve done that a few times and have ended up in the opposite place to where I really wanted to be, but didn’t realise until I was well and truly lost, how off track I was!

Although I’m not religious, I respect the core of all religions, for at their basis, they all speak of a deeper truth about life and death, with intentions of sharing that knowledge and understanding with others, but as people with different intentions and vibrations added their interpretations to the mix, these messages have become so distorted they often do the opposite of what they were originally intending to do.

If we find something that works in our lives, I don’t care where it comes from, a religious scripture, the Internet, a friend, or your own thoughts, if it feels good for you, it’s good, if it doesn’t feel good for you, it isn’t. Only you can decide what’s best for you in your life, for only you know what you are really wanting and how you’re feeling about any given subject, and substituting anything outside of yourself to tell you what to do from a place of fear or doubt will always be a poor second choice to your own Inner Guidance.

So what is the answer to feeling better regarding death?
Well, that mainly comes down to what you believe will happen when you make your transition back to Non-Physical.
Firstly I think it’s a good idea to do our best to accept in a positive or neutral way that we will eventually make our transition, no matter what we believe in, this is a fact, so feeling bad about it does not improve our life experience, but diminishes it, so we may need to make a conscious choice to let this fear go. Most of us do accept this in a “that’s just the way it is” kind of way, which is preferable to feeling bad.
Some fear may come from not knowing what happens once we leave this physical body, and of course believing that everything ends and “we will be no more,” isn’t a very encouraging good feeling thought, for that gives rise to thoughts of “what has it all been for” especially for those that may have walked a difficult path.

If what we believe and think does not feel good when we think it, the only way to improve how we’re feeling is to improve what we believe by moving our thought to better feeling places. A strongly held belief cannot be changed immediately with one or two thoughts, but over time by gradually improving how we feel whenever the opportunity presents itself, is a pretty good idea. The more we practise moving our thoughts, the easier it gets, for you create power and momentum behind your new thought process.

If you have had the privilege to be in the presence of a person who is making their transition back to Non-Physical, this is a most wonderful and life affirming experience, for it’s almost impossible to witness this without feeling the movement of the Inner Being or Soul out of the body into something that feels more wonderful than anything we may have experienced before!
Some tell me they cannot believe in anything they don’t have physical evidence of, and I say, “Can you see air?” No, but…. Just because we can’t see something, doesn’t mean it isn’t real.
But of course, it’s always our choice, and as long as we feel good and put all our positive thought behind our choices, we cannot go wrong….
So believe what makes you feel good, not what others tell you or think you should believe for they are not you, they may know what feels good for them but they cannot guide you better than you can!!

And so our journey together continues….
