So wouldn’t it be awesome if we could feel like there’s no other place we’d rather be for most of the time!! Although a difficult task for most to accomplish consistently, it’s a very nice idea and something that’s definitely worth working towards.

To come to the place where we may be close to appreciating where and what we’re doing no matter what’s happening around us, does take a certain perspective and understanding about life, and that perspective depends on what we believe and think about life. This, in turn, determines how we feel and the actions we take, influencing the physical manifestations we attract and experience.

If we are experiencing unwanted circumstances in our lives, although it’s possible, it’s hard at that very moment to say “there’s no place I’d rather be.” But it’s very possible to come to a place where we’re knowing so well how life is working and how we’re receiving whatever it is that’s turning up in our experience, that we can truthfully say, “I don’t like this unwanted situation I’m currently experiencing, but because I know so well how I’m creating my life experiences, and I know that this manifestation is resistance I wasn’t completely aware was within me, I’m going to do my very best to release it by moving to the best feeling vibrational place I can find from where I currently am now,” and that’s the best that anyone can hope to do.

We may not get to a positive vibrational place straight away depending on how strong our negative vibration is in relation to whatever’s happened, but any improvement is very good and will reap improved physical circumstances once it’s the dominant vibration within us on this subject.

The awesome thing about making small vibrational improvements on subjects that are important to us is…..It’s only a matter of time before we become very good at turning strongly negative into strongly positive with very little effort as the Law of Attraction adds power and momentum over time to all that we think and do.

This is when we start to feel the real power of who we are, the power we’ve always had to create the life we’re wanting to live….And now is the time to start accessing that power!!!

Don’t Blame it on me!!!

These are lyrics from the recent awesome song Blame, by Calvin Harris featuring John Newman.

If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard someone utter, “Don’t blame me,” or “It’s not my fault”….I would totally be rich!! Hehehe

Although there are very real consequences that come from the actions we and others take, if we’re starting to understand we are the creators of our own life experiences and that we create those life experiences through our own focused thoughts and attention…..One must come to the realisation that blaming others for circumstances that have manifested in our lives is a futile and counter productive endeavour.

It doesn’t mean that blaming others is wrong. It’s not really a matter of right or wrong but more a matter of, does blaming others move us in a direction we are wanting to go in or is it moving us in a direction of something we are not wanting to experience??? (Law of Attraction)

If blaming others feels good, this is because we are moving into a better feeling vibrational place than we were currently in before we choose to blame. In other words, moving from a less powerful place to a more empowered place which is a natural and good occurrence. This is our natural tendency and desire to feel as good as we possibly can at any given moment in time.

So blame can be a good short-term place for us to be in as long as we don’t get stuck there for too long. It’s quite a strong negative emotional place to be in and does draw unwanted circumstances if we allow ourselves to stay there without making the effort to move vibrationally.

I like to think of it as a bit of a balancing act between taking responsibility in a positive way for what comes into our experience and acknowledging that everyone is in different vibrational places that we don’t have control over. It’s virtually impossible to remember every thought and feeling we’ve had to every circumstance we’ve experienced in the past, so these small unwanted occurrences can be a good opportunity to move into a better vibrational place on something we might not have been previously aware we had a vibration about.

It’s difficult not to blame when we feel someone has done something with the intention to hurt us, and this does take some time and effort to move to a better vibrational place about, but it is important to do if we want to create improved circumstances in our future experiences.
If we do find ourselves in situations where others are intentionally being unkind, it’s a good idea to walk away, but if we feel we must stand up and say something, speak as calmly and emotionally neutral as possible being prepared to walk away if they want to argue.
It’s also good to remember that how others behave is more about who they are currently being, rather than it is about who we are currently being.
I do not say this in a negative or revengeful emotional way but more as a statement of fact and Universal Law…. If those that are intentionally being unkind to others knew that they would eventually receive back that which they have originally given out, they would not be doing such things….

Focusing as much as possible on the aspects in our lives that are good and on what we are wanting in a positive way is a great way to receive more of what we love and are wanting…..And I say, “That is so Awesome!!”

I don’t usually like to talk about famous people, because many of the negative opinions people hold toward others that are well-known are based on gossip that whether it’s true or not, is not very nice. Although we all have our own opinions on what we hear and see, it’s not possible to truly know whats going on within someone else, so it’s a futile exercise to speculate about it, and it just doesn’t feel good to me to do it, so mostly I don’t do it!!
When making judgements about others, especially negative judgements, it can be helpful to consider the following;

~Unfortunately we live in a time where many find it entertaining to portray others in difficult, embarrassing, and compromising circumstances, which strongly indicates where a person generally is and who they’re currently being if they gain enjoyment from other people’s misfortune.
~Strong negative contemplation of those doing well in their chosen field and that have become well-known for it, often comes from being in a very resistant vibrational place of jealousy and judgement, jealousy of those that appear to have gained notoriety and success in some way….Maybe things we wish we had for ourselves???
~Outrageous allegations sell magazines and newspapers, and it would be rather naive to believe everything we hear or read, and in this digital age, pictures or video either. If one has a mind to portray someone in a certain way whether it be positive or negative, they will find a way to do it, whether it’s true or not!! (What’s the truth got to do with it???) Unless we observe something as it happens it’s all here-say, and even then it’s open to interpretation.
~One thing I’ll say about all of this is, if people knew what they were really doing when they’re speaking not nicely about others, they would not be doing it!!(Law of Attraction!!)

Back to the title, Shake it off is a new song by Taylor Swift, and the “You go girl,” you probably already know is not part of the song, that’s just me appreciating everything she’s saying in it!!!

Before this song came out, I wasn’t exactly a Taylor Swift fan because it wasn’t really my type of music with many resistant type lyrics about dating and boyfriend troubles, subjects that aren’t important to me and are far away from my life experience. But I have to say I’m loving this new song and have found a deeper understanding and respect for what must be a difficult road to navigate for someone so young.
Although I do love to see people doing well, I especially notice when young ones do well because it’s a very good indication they’ve managed to stay true to who they really are. Remaining true to oneself isn’t always easy when surrounded by others that are trying to guide us in a direction they feel is best based on their experiences and desires, but can often be in opposition to the internal guidance we are receiving based on our experiences and desires. It’s not that good guidance can’t be received from others apart from ourselves, it can, but it depends largely on the vibrational place the advice giver is coming from.

It feels like this song speaks to the truth that people are going to say and do whatever they like for their own reasons which is far more of an indication about who they are rather than who they’re talking about is, and the best thing we can do is to know that and just “shake it off” so to speak, and not let them bring us down to a resistant vibrational place.

Some may disagree and say just because someone is gossiping and enjoying someone else’s misfortune doesn’t necessarily mean they’re in a not good feeling vibrational place….(I’m not sure, does anyone really think that???)
And I say, if we’re getting enjoyment from doing this to others, it means we’re in a very resistant not good feeling place even if these actions helped us to feel better. If it doesn’t feel good to be doing this or to be part of a group that is doing this, it means we are likely in a better feeling vibrational place and are not needing to pull others down to feel good about ourselves.

Even if what’s been said is true, it isn’t a good idea to gossip and speak not nicely about others, it’s just not worth it!!
If we do find ourselves doing this, it’s good to make an effort to move into a better feeling vibrational place by noticing things around us that are positive and good.
If people around us are gossiping, avoid being dragged into it by not entertaining such conversations and remove yourself from the situation if you need too. If we stay strong in mind and action with our decision to not engage and take part in these types of conversations, it’s not very long before we either don’t come into contact with people who are talking about others negatively, or if we do, they don’t seem to feel “inspired” to talk about such things when we’re around because they don’t get the response they’re wanting…. That’s the beauty of the Law of Attraction don’t you think?

Allowing others to pass resistant vibrations onto us, doesn’t help anyone create what they’re wanting. In truth nothing can be passed to us without our full permission, and that permission comes through giving something our focused attention and thought that causes an emotional response that the Law of Attraction responds in-kind too.

Knowledge is power…. And we can exercise that power in any way we chose by attracting that which we are wanting….Or something else….

It’s not too hard to figure out what these lyrics are saying, and for me it goes something like….

Well, I find myself in this physical world, and although there are many good things here, as I look around I also see many things I don’t like, and I’ve also experienced many circumstances in my life that certainly didn’t make me jump for joy. When I see and experience such things I don’t feel very good, and somewhere deep inside myself I have a feeling I’m supposed to feel good, like it wasn’t supposed to be such hard work, like feeling good and enjoying my life was something I came here to do???
But how can I feel good when others are behaving in a way that I don’t agree with? I’ve learnt that trying to control others just as others have tried to control me to feel good, doesn’t really work so I’ve given up on that.
So then I have these negative emotions within me and I’ve noticed as time goes by, they get stronger and I seem to be faced with even more unwanted circumstances in my life…..So sometimes I reach for something that will give me some temporary relief, something that helps me to feel better and forget or numb the intensity of what I’m feeling.
Alcohol, drugs, food, medication, sex, exercise, work or any other substance or circumstance can be used to prevent us from feeling the full intensity of our negative emotions. Some are more detrimental than others, but all when solely used without making an effort to feel better ourselves, cause negative emotions to grow stronger which in turn usually requires us to use more of whatever we’re using to maintain the same amount of relief.

The good news is……as our negative emotions intensify and our increased use of external substances or circumstances starts not to work, one usually comes to the realisation that a change of strategy is needed, no, required to continue to move forward in a positive manner, and in extreme cases, to remain in this physical body.

We’re all doing whatever we feel is necessary to feel good in our lives as this is one of the strongest desires we have as we came forward from the Non-Physical realm into this Physical world. To create anything, we need to be exposed to many variables which inevitably helps us come to stronger and more specific ideas of what we’re wanting to create in our own lives. If the contrast didn’t exist in this Physical environment we’re currently living in, there would be no real purpose to coming here from the Non-Physical realm in the first place.

It rarely helps to judge ourselves or others negatively and harshly for this type of behaviour, even when we know these choices aren’t ultimately going to produce much good in the longterm. Using external substances to feel better can be a strategy that has the potential to help us in the short-term, until we feel we have the strength to feel better by ourselves, but can become a problem or addiction if we rely solely on whatever we’ve been using without making an effort to move our emotions into a better feeling vibrational place ourselves.

If we’re wanting to overcome any addiction or addictive behaviours we may have, there must be a desire to no longer want to use whatever substances or circumstances we’re using. Even with this desire, it’s difficult to stop, but without it, it’s virtually impossible to stop. This decision can only come from within us, others may put up all sorts of scenarios and reasons why we shouldn’t be doing this or that, but this often causes whoever we’re trying to convince to stop what they’re doing, feel more negative emotions such as shame, guilt, confusion and helplessness which can increase the desire to use something to numb the increased not good feeling emotions experienced.
Making anyone feel even worse about the choices they’re making, no matter how detrimental those choices may be, in the hope they’ll feel so bad they’ll suddenly stop using, is a very risky approach at best and has the potential of making our recipients desire to use something stronger!!

Whether we’re thinking about this subject for ourselves, or for someone who we love and would do anything to help, moving forward in a positive manner requires many different approaches depending on the specific circumstances, but at the top of that list is;

~Promoting the belief that we do have the strength and courage to move forward positively, even if it’s hard to currently see how. This is no easy feat if we’ve tried many times without success, but the stronger our belief is that we’ll succeed, the more likelihood there is that we will!!
~The idea that if we slip up one time we’ve failed miserably, isn’t a thought that helps anyone that’s trying to change negative behaviours. If we’ve been doing anything for an extended period of time, there is much power and momentum behind our actions that the Law of Attraction has been responding too, making it very hard to stop what we’ve been doing all at once.
It’s better to accept that even when we’re trying our best, we may slip up, but that it’s not the end of the world and it doesn’t mean all the progress we’ve already made is lost. It’s often the strong negative emotions of feeling that one has failed, letting themselves and those they love down again, that promotes the feeling that it’s hopeless to even keep trying anymore. When we’re more accepting of our current choices knowing it doesn’t mean we can’t keep moving forward positively, it makes it easier to cope and keep going with renewed resolve and determination without the negative self-reflection that can bring us to our knees.

Although I know dealing with such circumstances can be very difficult, the best thing we can hope to do is to stay as positive as we possibly can, and to make an effort to continue to do this, even when we feel things aren’t working out as well or as quickly as we would like…..
Because when we know the Law of Attraction is bringing us evidence of what we believe and are strongly emitting vibrationally, anything else is unacceptable….

So, the question is….When others believe we should change our behaviour in some way, especially those that we respect and care about, do we stay strong when we feel what we’re doing is right for us???

Well, that depends doesn’t it, on whether it’s more important for us to stay true to what we feel is right for us in any given moment, or whether it’s more important for us to keep someone else happy by doing what they feel we should or shouldn’t be doing.

The question could be….When is someone else other than ourselves, better equipped than we are to know what we’re truly wanting and what the best route to take to get there is??? Well, they are not!!

I can imagine many would strongly disagree, especially if we feel people should be doing what we feel and tell them they should be doing, not what they feel they should be doing!! Now, before anyone gets their knickers all bunched up,(Hehehe, that’s funny don’t you think!!) I know we can get very good advice and inspiration from the others we come into contact with, that’s the Law of Attraction responding to our own positive vibration that has been maintained long enough with emotional intensity until we start attracting and receiving positive manifestations…..And I say that’s totally AWESOME!!

Our emotions are our Inner Guidance letting us know if we’re moving towards something we’re wanting (positive emotions) or something we’re not wanting (negative emotions) so it’s virtually impossible for someone else to have experienced all we’ve experienced in our lives and feel the same as we do in relation to everything that’s important to us and everything we’re wanting, so the truth is, no other is in a better position than ourselves to decide what’s best for us, end of story. (Not really end of story, but you know what I mean don’t you?)

In reality all the answers we’re looking for are around us all the time, no exceptions ever, the question isn’t if they’re there, it’s more whether we’re seeing them or not. The fact is, if we’re not in the same or very similar vibrational place as the answers we’re seeking, we don’t see them even when they’re right under our noses!!
Depending on where we are and how we feel about that, it could be annoying or exciting, probably a bit of both.

No matter where our answers come from, whether from external sources in the form of people and experiences or from internal sources like our own thoughts and feelings, the final decision on which way to go is always ours.
If what we’re receiving feels good, it is good, especially when we make an effort to focus on all the positive aspects of what we’ve decided on doing. If what we’re receiving doesn’t feel that good but we feel that’s what we need to do to get the results we’re wanting, we can make it a better choice by taking the time and making an effort to move into a better feeling vibrational place by again focusing on all the positive aspects of what we’ve decided to do.

The truth is….Action taken from a not good feeling vibrational place is very hard work and doesn’t usually reap very good results, whereas by listening to how we’re feeling and making an effort to move into a positive vibrational place, makes our journey much more enjoyable and reaps much better results, and I think it would be fairly true to say, there’s not many of us here that wouldn’t want that….

So how could one feel right doing the wrong thing, and wrong doing the right thing??? There are an infinite number of answers to that question depending on the specific circumstances we may be talking about, but take the specifics out of the situation and it always comes down to the same reasons which are;

I have been raised with many values, rules, and morals standards that have been taught to me by my family, culture and the society I am apart of, and although mostly I believe these are good and make my physical experience here enjoyable, why do I sometimes feel like I’ve done something wrong when I’ve done the right thing as prescribed by my up-bringing? The short answer is, we’ve gone against the communication or guidance we’ve received from our Non-Physical counterpart that’s communicating with us through our emotions. The stronger our negative feelings are, the more strongly we’re moving in an unwanted direction, but on the flip side of this, the stronger our positive feelings are, the more strongly we’re moving in the direction of something we’re wanting!!

I like to talk in terms of wanted and unwanted rather than right or wrong, for whatever we are doing may be judged as right or wrong by others and ourselves, but this is rarely useful. What’s really important is….Is what I am choosing to think, speak or act on now, moving me closer to that which I am really wanting to experience, or is it moving me further away from what I am really wanting to experience???

If something doesn’t feel good or right to us, it isn’t good for us, end of story. It doesn’t mean that it’s the end of the world of course, it just means when we have a feeling that we shouldn’t be doing this or that, it’s communication from our Non-Physical counterpart that stayed in the Non-Physical realm when we made the decision to come forward into this Physical world, telling us that the thoughts, words or action were currently taking are not moving us in the direction of what we’re really wanting.

This doesn’t mean that things can’t work out well if we have taken action when we’ve felt we shouldn’t have, because we have the ability to constantly change and amend what we’re thinking, saying and doing until we’re in vibrational alignment with what we’re really wanting.

Vibrational alignment is another way of saying we are in harmony.
In harmony, or emitting the same vibrational frequency between the Physical part of us that’s here in this Physical world and the Non-Physical part of us that’s communicating with us through our emotions from the Non-Physical realm..

As many would know, the Non-Physical realm is a place where strongly unwanted circumstances do not exist. Although there are variations in vibrations even there, there’s not the vast variations we can experience in our physical world environment. We came with the freewill to choose from all we observe what it is we wish to experience, and although we do tend to congregate in groups of similar vibration, (Law of Attraction!!) The rules and regulations of how we should live and create what we’re wanting to experience in our lives can never be dictated by another outside of ourselves, no matter how well-meaning they are!!

When one feels their experience is threatened by others behaving in a way they find to be inappropriate, and much negative focused attention is given to such circumstances until strong negative emotion is produced and maintained over time, the Law of Attraction will bring us evidence of that which we are now strongly vibrationally emitting, because it’s all “Out there!!”
It’s our job to focus on what we have decided through the living of our life, what we’re wanting to experience, and allow others to do the same.
Just as we are free to choose, so is everyone……And this isn’t a problem when we know nothing strongly unwanted can enter our world unless we maintain and increase negative focus on it.

At the end of the day, we are all in charge of ourselves and what we do, rules dictated by others can be a helpful guide sometimes, but usually come from a place of trying to control others for fear they will do something “inappropriate” that may threaten our way of life.

When one is often in alignment with what and who they really are, a blending of our Physical and Non-Physical selves, Laws, Rules, and Regulations are never required, and if one is far away from this blending or alignment, Laws don’t work anyway….

You’re giving me such Sweet Nothing…..

When I first heard this song I loved it, and when I figured out what I thought the words were, I loved it even more. What I thought I was listening to was…..”You’re giving me such Sweet Energy,” and every time I heard it I was like “Wahoo,” and I sung my little heart out like there was no tomorrow!!
After a while I thought I’d better download it, and can you imagine my utter shock at learning the words were actually, “You’re giving me such Sweet Nothing,” the exact opposite meaning to what I thought it was saying.
It’s an interesting listen when this song comes on during our drive to school with the correct version singing Sweet Nothing, me singing Sweet Energy, and my young daughter singing something that sounds like Sexy Elephants…..It’s a real hoot!! (I don’t have the heart to tell her she’s got it wrong, cause Ignorance really is bliss sometimes!!)

I’m sure some are probably thinking I’m crazy right now and what does it matter??? And in the big scheme of things, it doesn’t really matter, especially if you’re not into music, but I love music and it’s important to me what the lyrics are saying because I think quite deeply about what they’re trying to convey. It’s also good to know that when we tune into anything strongly, the thoughts and feelings that went into it during its creation are passed onto the listener, even if it is only temporarily.

I’m not saying everything we listen to has to be about rose petals and sunshine because we often need to acknowledge a problem or unwanted circumstances before we can move into the solution, giving us the opportunity of bringing more of what we’re wanting forward, and into our experience. All I’m saying is it’s good to be aware of what we’re listening too, and that what we’re listening too is often a reflection of where we are, and how we’re currently feeling.

Back to giving me such Sweet Nothing…..This isn’t really possible and if you listen to the lyrics in this song, you’ll hear that the recipient is getting plenty, just nothing that they’re wanting. And that’s exactly how it is when we communicate with anyone, we’re always sending out vibrational signals back and forth that lets us know how our interactions are progressing.
Even if there isn’t much verbal communication, everything we’re thinking and feeling is being communicated vibrationally, it’s not a question of whether this happens or not, but more a question of how sensitive we are to how we’re feeling and the vibrations that others are sending out.

So I suppose the question could be……Do we want to be sensitive to how we’re feeling and the vibrations others are sending out???
Absolutely yes, this is a very good idea. Remember, our emotions are communication from our Non-Physical counterpart (do you like that, our Non-Physical counterpart…..Hehehe!!) letting us know if we’re creating and moving in the direction of what we’re wanting to experience (positive emotions) or if we’re focused in a way that’s attracting what we aren’t wanting to experience. (negative emotions)
The more sensitive we are to how we’re feeling, the sooner we can make an effort to move ourselves into a better feeling vibrational place therefore reducing momentum in a direction we’re not wanting to go and increasing momentum in the direction we are wanting to go in!!! (Again I say, “Wahoo!!”)

Being sensitive to the vibrations of others can help us to know where they currently are, and whether it’s a good idea to interact with them right now, because what is good for one is good for the other, whereas what’s not so good for one is not so good for the other either.
In other words, protecting ones self from not nice interactions with others not only prevents us from creating more unwanted circumstances in our life, but also prevents the other from creating more unwanted things in their life, but probably won’t prevent them from having a not nice interaction with the next person they encounter if they’re really in the place for it….If you know what I mean!! (Momentum and the Law of Attraction!!)

But that’s their choice though, not ours!!

Now, if I could swing from the chandelier….I totally would, it sounds like fun!! But the fact that one, I don’t have a chandelier, and two if I did have one, I probably couldn’t reach it, rules that out….But I can definitely make an effort to live like there’s no tomorrow!!!

On first thinking about there being no tomorrow, one often thinks of everything they wished they’d done in this life, that they haven’t had the opportunity to do, with a multitude of different scenarios of cool adventures to go on. (OK, maybe not everyone would think like this…..But lets pretend for arguments sake!!!) On deeper reflection, one realises there wouldn’t really be enough time to organise any great adventures before tomorrow arrives, so what would we do once we’d got over the shock of it???

Thinking about this in a positive light often helps to bring our attention to all the things that really matter to us, the things we value in our lives the most, the people we love. Many use this as an example of how the material possessions we have or strive for in our lives mean nothing compared to the people we love.

I agree in as far as focusing on the positive aspects in our lives like the people we love and the good relationships we’re having, is a very good idea and creates even better circumstances in our future experience as the Law of Attraction responds to our positive vibration by sending us more of what we are giving out through our focused thoughts and feelings.

But to then say all material possessions mean nothing……I’d like to see how happy we would be without clothing, shelter, transport, and all the other possessions that make our life Oh so much more enjoyable???

I think many have forgotten that we were Non-Physical beings before we made the choice to come into this Physical world we’re currently living in. We came to experience what this world has to offer, and to choose from all that we see, what it is that we are wishing to bring forward and experience, and that obviously includes material possessions.

Nothing went wrong, and nothing is currently wrong, but it’s true to say that man has come to learn there are limited resources that need to be fought over, that one must fiercely compete and push another down to gain some of these limited resources of money, love, possessions, friendships and whatever else one feels there’s a limited supply of…..and of course, if this is our belief, this will be our experience, we will see evidence everywhere that supports the dominant beliefs we hold.

Whereas the truth is….There is no limitation on the resources one can call on and bring forward through our focused positive attention and belief, our vibration. All that we’re wanting to have and experience is possible, but this I know, is far from the experience of many.

It’s not easy to stand apart from what the majority of society believes when you are apart of that society, but it is possible and the rewards great if one has remained strong in the face of opposition on a grand scale.

As usual, I look at the title of this post and think……Uhmmmmm, I think I may have got a bit sidetracked, Oh well, that’s the way the cookie crumbles sometimes, don’t you think???

For me, living like there’s no tomorrow means doing my best to focus on all the things in my life that are good and bringing who I really am, my best positive self, into the present moment I’m living, especially when interacting with others.
This I believe, eventually brings everything we’re wanting into our life experience!!

I was actually searching for a different song on YouTube and happened across this old favourite and immediately knew this is what I was looking for!!

I never watch or listen to news, but it’s amazing how things that are important for me to know or things I’m possibly interested in still make their way into my experience between turning the key, the radio coming on, and putting my iPod on!! Yesterday, the first time I got in the car I heard something about a tribute to Robbie Williams before my iPod came on. I thought, hang on…..Aren’t tributes often done when someone dies……Surely something hasn’t happened to Robbie Williams? Then I thought, nah I would know if that had happened.
I happily did my shopping then got back in the car to drive home. I was about to put my iPod on but an awesome song was playing on the radio, and since it’s only a five-minute drive home, I decided to keep the radio on.

After my song finished, I heard a somber announcer say, here’s our tribute to Robbie Williams, and I thought, Oh No, it is him…..Then a voice quite unlike Robbie Williams came on as they played someone doing many funny voice overs, and I was like, what the??? By the time I got home I realised it wasn’t Robbie Williams, but Robin Williams they were talking about……And I felt sadness…..

For those that have read some of what I write, you will know I mostly speak of moving to better feeling vibrational places, and I stand by that 100%, no matter what’s happening.

But that doesn’t mean we don’t feel sadness or any other negative emotions. Moving into a better feeling place isn’t about denying how one is truly feeling in any given moment, but is more about feeling whatever it is we’re feeling, acknowledging that’s where we currently are, and then making a conscious decision to do our best to move forward and feel better, even if it is only slightly.

Many would say, no I cannot do that, you don’t understand how I’m feeling, I cannot feel better right now. And I say, that is true, no one else knows exactly how we’re feeling about anything, even if they’ve had similar experiences. When our grief is deep and strong it can feel like we don’t have the ability to feel better, and sometimes it may take all our energy just to keep going.
In these circumstances time can be our friend, as we move through time the intensity of our sadness and grief usually lessens and this can be a good opportunity to start consciously trying to move our thoughts and feelings.

I know many struggle with thoughts about death, and it’s only reasonable we would feel strongly about losing someone we dearly love. If we believe they are now at peace and in a better place, that can help to alleviate some of the anguish we may be feeling, but how their transition back to Non-Physical energy came about, and the fact that they will no longer be around us, are realities that cannot be denied for long, and do need to be dealt with for us to truly move forward and be happy once again.

My thoughts go out to those that have lost a loved one in this way….
It’s true, we all came here to love and live this life to it’s fullest, and sometimes we can get a little off track….But when everything is said and done, we also came with the ability to feel the whole spectrum of emotions and with the freewill to choose what we feel is best for us, and although it’s a choice no one would want anyone they love to make, it is a choice we are free to make….

And so it is….

Am I wrong….For thinking outside the box of where I stay???

Am I wrong, for thinking outside the box of where I stay….The easy answer to that is no!! Whatever we think and then consequently feel is neither right or wrong, it just is, but I think most of us would understand what this is really getting at, and it goes something like this;

I’ve noticed what everyone around me seems to be doing, and it often tends to be of a very similar nature. I do not wish to follow the same path others are on just so I fit in to what is expected of me, but I’ve also noticed that when I speak of my different choices, most try to convince me it’s not a good idea to go against the norm. I know they’re trying to help and give me advice on what they believe is in my best interests and although I still hold true to what I believe is best for me, all that external disapproval no matter how well-meaning it is, does shake my confidence a little and make me wonder if I’m doing the right thing???

Yes, it doesn’t make for the easiest journey in the world when we go against the norms of our family, culture or the society we were bought up in.
But the question has to be asked, what is the alternative??? If what we’re wanting to do does fit in with our up-bringing, that’s great, but if what we’re really wanting to do doesn’t fit in but we still attempt to disregard our true desires and do what others expect of us, that’s not ideal.

It’s not that things can’t work out if we go against what we’re really wanting to do, they can, but that all depends on how we feel about making whatever choice we’ve made and if we’ve put all our positive thoughts and feelings behind those choices. The ability to put our positive thought behind the decisions we make depends largely on how strong our feelings are that we should be doing something else. The stronger our feelings are that we should be doing something other than what we are, the harder it is to get our thought in a positive vibrational place.

Going against something we’re feeling strongly about can have unwanted consequences, especially if our thought is not improved.
Our feelings are communication from our Inner Being, the Non-Physical part of ourselves that’s remained in the Non-Physical realm letting us know we’re going against something we’re really wanting, often intentions we’ve put forward before coming forward into this Physical world, something that if we don’t pursue, we may find it difficult to find true happiness.

Each of us are the only ones that can be the true judge of what we should or shouldn’t be doing based on what we’re wanting and what we feel are the best choices that will get us the closest to what we’re really wanting.
Avoid allowing others that aren’t following what’s in their heart, but what others have told them they should be doing to steer you in a direction that’s not in your best interests.

One thing is for sure, in order to follow through with what ones wanting to do when we’ve received plenty of external disapproval and counteracting advice, we’ve had to be strong in mind and have often improved our thought to an even better vibrational place……which means with time and focus, we’re in the perfect position to achieve exactly that which we’re wanting, and that truly is so good!!!

And so it is….
