Working with the Law of Attraction is easy…..Isn’t it???

ArmsWideFirstly, whether we are aware or not of the powerful Universal Law known to many as the Law of Attraction, this law is responding equally to every living entity on this planet.
The Law of Attraction is responding to the vibration signals we are sending out through our focused thoughts and feelings to whatever we are giving our attention too. Awareness of this law and how it works does not need to be known or understood for it to work…..It simply is.
Just as we don’t need to know what gravity is or how it exactly works for it to effect every aspect of our lives, so it is with the Law of Attraction.

It’s true this Law is simple and means as a vibration is emitted over time with emotional intensity from a living being, that being will receive back in thoughts, feelings and eventually physical manifestations that which they have originally sent out. Our vibration is a constantly moving and changing proposition depending on exactly where we are in relation to all the subjects that are important to us but unless we are consistently making an effort to feel better in our lives, especially when unwanted circumstances turn up, most tend to easily move into their known and comfortable General Vibrational Place.

Our General Vibration Place can be explained as the emotional place we are in most of the time on many subjects and is often described with such words as pessimistic, bubbly, aggressive, assertive, gloomy, happy, calm and so forth. This doesn’t mean there won’t be a vibrational difference between different subjects that are important to us, there definitely will, but these differences won’t be too far apart. This means working on only one subject, especially a subject that is highly important to can be a slightly difficult task to start off with.

Subjects that are very important to us that have gathered resistance through negative thoughts or beliefs that have been given focused attention over time gaining power and momentum in an unwanted direction, can move quickly into a better place when resistance is released. This is a hard ask if our subject has been in a low, unwanted vibrational place for an extended period of time and we have many other subjects that are in the same vibrational vicinity.

Although I would never discourage anyone from trying to move any subject into a better feeling vibrational place, if we are just coming to know and understand the Law of Attraction and how we can start using it deliberately in our lives to produce more of what we are wanting and less of what we are not wanting it is easier to start with less important subjects that we may hold less resistance too. This is a good way to test how improving how we think and feel effects what we are attracting and feels great when we see the results of deliberately directing our thoughts into a better feeling place.

So in theory and at its base the Law of Attraction is simple…..You get back what you give out. But for any human being that’s been in their physical body for any period of time that has not been surrounded and taught by others how life really works and how we are the creators of our own experience, they are slightly empty and hollow words.

When we are not knowing that focused attention of unwanted circumstances brings more unwanted and focused attention of wanted circumstances brings more wanted circumstances, many have gathered much resistant through intent focus on problems in the hope this will elevate what they are not wanting. Although we must acknowledge the problem before we can move into the solution we’re seeking, it’s not until thoughts have moved out of the vibrational vicinity of the problem and into the vibrational vicinity of the solution that the solution will be found.

At the end of the day…..Most have created great things in their lives without a deep understanding of this powerful Law, but as we spend longer in this physical body without this knowledge it’s only natural we gather more resistance as we observe more circumstances and have more experiences we may not be wanting without knowing it’s important to refocus ourselves in the direction of what we are wanting.

I can only speak for myself when I say…..Sometimes it’s easy, and sometimes it isn’t, but I don’t know anything else that’s more important and worth making an effort for than living the life we deserve and the life we came here to live!!!

And so it is….

It’s hard to full a cup…..When that cup is already full!!!

I’m not sure who first coined this saying….But I think it was well said by the psychic mother of the Na’vi people in the movie Avatar!!!

Most people understand what this common saying is getting at, and of course there is a great truth within these words.
It’s especially relevant to those that have been on this planet for some time that are becoming aware they’re holding strong beliefs that may no longer be serving them or what they’re wanting to experience in their lives.

The experiences we’ve had, especially in our earlier years start to shape our beliefs about life and how life works. Once our beliefs are in place, we receive much evidence of those beliefs and the beliefs of the larger culture we’ve been brought up in as the Law of Attraction responds to the vibrations we emit with matching manifestations strengthening our initial beliefs. This is the circle or cycle of creation so to speak.
We experience something, we believe what we see and we receive more evidence of the beliefs we hold….
Belief-Experience-Evidence-Belief….And so it continues….

Once we have strong beliefs in place, most would agree, it’s not an easy thing to automatically change those beliefs as there’s much power and momentum behind them. All our beliefs have come about over time with focused attention, so in order to change beliefs we feel are no longer helping us to achieve what we’re wanting in our lives, it makes sense that it will require some time and focus to move the thoughts that are at the basis of our beliefs,into a better feeling vibrational place.

Rather than changing negative beliefs we have, most will defend their beliefs by stating “It’s true, look at all the evidence of my belief!!”
And I say yes,….Whatever we focus on over time with emotional intensity will eventually draw evidence of our focus, Universal Law says it must.
The question isn’t so much is what we’re experiencing or observing true or not, the question is…..”Is what I’m experiencing or observing something I want to bring into my life in an even stronger way than what I’m experiencing now???”

If it’s a wanted experience, the answer for most would be yes. If it’s an unwanted experience or circumstance, the fact that it’s true or happening is not a criteria I find to be sufficient enough to give anything my focused attention. A better criteria is…..Am I wanting to attract similar circumstances into my life by focusing on this truth….Because enough focused attention given to anything will start to attract circumstances that have the same emotional feeling to them, unless we change our focus.

There are so many truths out in the big wide world, what’s wanted, what’s unwanted, and everything in-between.
We cannot eradicate anything by focusing in a strongly negative way on what we don’t like and find to be wrong within ourselves, others or the greater world, but we can experience all we’re wanting by focusing on all we find to be good in a strongly positive way and by making an effort to feel slightly better about those things we aren’t feeling so good about.
It’s a choice every single person is making every time we give our focused attention to something. Not knowing we’re creating our life experiences in this way means we may be focusing on strongly unwanted circumstances without making an effort to move our thoughts into better feeling vibrational places.

As always there’s a silver lining within every situation we encounter, especially unwanted circumstances, so even if we are living our lives without being aware of exactly how we’re creating it, manifestational evidence does strengthen as we move through time making it more likely we’ll start making the connection between what we continue to focus upon and what’s turning up in our experience.

Like all things in life, it’s a journey where we’re continually on the path to deeper understandings and knowledge. All experiences both wanted and unwanted have within them the opportunity for us to move forward in a more positive direction than we may have before the experience presented itself to us.
And sometimes we need to empty our cup a little….To allow enough space for something new and great to come in!!!

Now that’s something worth making an effort for….

And so it is….

What’s more important than being HAPPY???

That’s a slightly misleading title, because no matter what we’re doing, we are doing what we feel will achieve or at least get us the closest to the results we’re wanting. A more descriptive question would be……What circumstances do I require or need to achieve before I will allow myself to be happy???

There are many conditions we may or may not be aware of that we’ve put in place to be met before allowing ourselves to be happy such as;

~ It’s more important to be right.
~ Those I talk with must understand what I’m saying.
~ Those I talk with must agree with my point of view.
~ Others I observe must behave in an appropriate way.
~ Things must work out how I am wanting them too.

I can imagine what some people may be thinking….Who doesn’t like it when others understand them and behave in ways we find appropriate. And is there a person living that doesn’t love it when circumstances unfold how they’re wanting???
Of course not, we all love it when we have these types of experiences, because lets face it, it feels so good!!! This is also evidence of the positive vibrational place we have maintained overtime with emotional intensity that the Law of Attraction has responded in-kind too, and when we’re knowing this….That is an awesome feeling that is beyond Physical description!!!

So we could say, yes I’m happy once I’ve proved myself as right, (and others as wrong) are understood or agreed with, and when others behave appropriately. But anyone that’s lived here for some time knows that we’ll always come up against the opposite of the things we’re wanting to experience at some point or another in our life. It isn’t whether we’ll observe or experience unwanted situations in our life, that’s the nature of being in this Physical world. What is important is what we do and how we react when we’re faced with unwanted circumstances and challenges.

It’s all about what we focus on at these times, and what we continue to focus on after an experience has happened that determines what we’re attracting into our future experience. If we can focus on the positives in any situation, this ensures we’re creating the best possible future experiences for ourselves and moving through any resistance we may have to what’s currently happening. This is a very good plan of action, but are empty and hollow words to those that have been focused on all they find to be wrong and unwanted in the world and their experience……

If there are circumstances we’ve been strongly negatively focused on for an extended period of time, it’s does take some time and effort to move our thoughts into a better feeling place…..But once we’re noticing the link between what we’re thinking and feeling and what’s turning up in our life experience, I don’t know anything else that’s worth making more of an effort for, do you???

When we’re knowing we create our own life experiences through our focused thoughts and feelings,(our vibration) we start to realise there are very few circumstances that are worth feeling strong negative emotion about for any length of time. I’m not suggesting we should pretend we like things we clearly do not…. No, that falls into the category of denial, and that rarely brings anything we’re wanting into our lives.
If we only allow ourselves happiness when circumstances unfold exactly as were wanting, we set ourselves up in a situation where we may be unhappy for much of the time. This attracts vibrational matches in the form of thoughts, people, places and events depending on the amount of time we’ve spent being unhappy, and the strength of our negative emotion.

It’s an impossible task to try to control or manipulate others into doing what we want them to do so we can be happy and usually ends in all parties involved being miserable. And I’m sure most have realised, everyone else that’s living hasn’t actually come to make sure everything unfolds in our lives the way we want it too, they’ve come here to create what they’re wanting in their lives, just as we have.

So the moral of the story is….

~ Appreciate experiences and interactions we have with others when things are unfolding as we want them too.
~ Try to see the benefit that comes from all experiences, especially unwanted circumstances, this quickly moves us into a better vibration place about it and releases resistance.
~ Acknowledge any negative emotions we have to past or present experiences and make an effort to move our thoughts into a better feeling place, even if it’s only slightly.
~ Avoid relying on others to provide our happiness….It’s not their job, it’s ours.
~ Wherever we are and whatever we’re doing, even if it’s less that what we’re exactly wanting, is moving us ever so much closer to all that we are, and all we are wanting….

And that has to be a good thing….Don’t you think???

Don’t Blame it on me!!!

If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard someone utter, “Don’t blame me,” or “It’s not my fault”….I would totally be rich!! Hehehe

Although there are very real consequences that come from the actions we and others take, if we’re starting to understand we are the creators of our own life experiences and that we create those life experiences through our own focused thoughts and attention…..One must come to the realisation that blaming others for circumstances that have manifested in our lives is a futile and counter productive endeavour.

It doesn’t mean that blaming others is wrong. It’s not really a matter of right or wrong but more a matter of, does blaming others move us in a direction we are wanting to go in or is it moving us in a direction of something we are not wanting to experience??? (Law of Attraction)

If blaming others feels good, this is because we are moving into a better feeling vibrational place than we were currently in before we choose to blame. In other words, moving from a less powerful place to a more empowered place which is a natural and good occurrence. This is our natural tendency and desire to feel as good as we possibly can at any given moment in time.

So blame can be a good short-term place for us to be in as long as we don’t get stuck there for too long. It’s quite a strong negative emotional place to be in and does draw unwanted circumstances if we allow ourselves to stay there without making the effort to move vibrationally.

I like to think of it as a bit of a balancing act between taking responsibility in a positive way for what comes into our experience and acknowledging that everyone is in different vibrational places that we don’t have control over. It’s virtually impossible to remember every thought and feeling we’ve had to every circumstance we’ve experienced in the past, so these small unwanted occurrences can be a good opportunity to move into a better vibrational place on something we might not have been previously aware we had a vibration about.

It’s difficult not to blame when we feel someone has done something with the intention to hurt us, and this does take some time and effort to move to a better vibrational place about, but it is important to do if we want to create improved circumstances in our future experiences.
If we do find ourselves in situations where others are intentionally being unkind, it’s a good idea to walk away, but if we feel we must stand up and say something, speak as calmly and emotionally neutral as possible being prepared to walk away if they want to argue.
It’s also good to remember that how others behave is more about who they are currently being, rather than it is about who we are currently being.
I do not say this in a negative or revengeful emotional way but more as a statement of fact and Universal Law…. If those that are intentionally being unkind to others knew that they would eventually receive back that which they have originally given out, they would not be doing such things….

Focusing as much as possible on the aspects in our lives that are good and on what we are wanting in a positive way is a great way to receive more of what we love and are wanting…..And I say, “That is so Awesome!!”

And so it is….

Our intentions are everything!!!

No action, good or bad, comes from nowhere….All things that happen in this physical world are preceded by thought that’s been given focused attention over time that the Law of Attraction has responded too until we experience the full physical manifestation of our thoughts and emotions, our vibration.

Many people speak about the best intentions meaning nothing if action doesn’t follow those intentions….And I say, nothing could be further from the truth.
Absolutely nothing good could ever happen if it was not first preceded by good intentions and thoughts, end of story, and taking action because others feel we should or before we feel ready makes whatever we’ve decided to do harder with more bumps in the road than if we’d taken action when it felt right. (Remember, if it feels good, it is good…..And if it feels not quite right, it isn’t quite right!!)

When our intentions and thoughts are strong and given continued focused attention, it eventually inspires action, if action does not happen, not enough power and momentum has been achieved to inspire it.
If we do take action before we’re ready it doesn’t matter too much, it just means that some resistant unwanted circumstances may arise giving us the opportunity to release whatever resistance we’ve still got going on. Once we’ve moved ourselves into a better feeling place this helps to propel us into even better, more wanted circumstances and experiences than before!!

If we’re often wanting others to take action on the good intentions we believe they have, this sometimes comes from a need to see people behave in a way we see as “appropriate or nice,” so that we can feel good as we observe them, and of course it’s nice to see others doing nice things, but when our disapproval and focus is strong when we feel people are not being “nice,” we may find ourselves faced with many examples and circumstances where people aren’t being nice, through our own focus and therefore attraction of such things!!!

So our intentions behind what we’re thinking, speaking or doing means everything, whether we’re taking action on those intentions or not….For there’s no hiding from the Law of Attraction and Universal Law, our intentions are continually broadcasted loud and clear and we will eventually reap the rewards of what we’ve originally given out, whether we’re aware of it or not.
How someone takes something given with positive intentions depends greatly on where they generally are in relation to what’s happening, for even the nicest action coming from the best place can be taken in a negative way when one spends most of their time in a not good feeling vibrational place.
When things don’t turn out as we’ve wanted or someone has not taken something we’ve said or done in the positive way we’ve intended, the fact that we were coming from a good place with pure positive intention and that we’ve been true to who we really are, has to be enough….

And so it is….

The “Best Decision”….Is not always the easiest decision that gives us the quickest gratification!!!

Although I have used the description “best decision” in the title, in reality there is no decision that is ultimately the best decision to make. There definitely are choices that will reap better results than others, but any decisions we firmly make that we’ve put all our positive thoughts and feelings behind are good decisions.

It’s true that not many people like not feeling good, actually I don’t think I know anyone who likes not feeling good, that being said, sometimes the need to feel instant gratification or to remove or change circumstances that make us feel uncomfortable immediately, can sometimes cause us to make a choice that short-term may help us to feel better, but long-term does not move anyone in a direction we’re wanting to go in.

This can be especially true when dealing with the little people we may have in our lives, our children. They come forward from Non-Physical with a stronger knowing of who they are than any previous generations, and are not easily guided away from that knowing by others that have been here longer than they have and have mostly forgotten who they really are.

Although coming froward with this strong knowing is very good news….For many it does require some different parenting styles to be learned if we’re wanting to be parents that guide and inspire the best out of our children. From harsh control and discipline, to letting them do whatever they like as long as they’re happy, and we’re happy as we see them happy approach, the middle ground between these two extremes is a good place to aim for.

I know we love our children very much, and it makes us feel very happy to see them happy, and this is a great thing, but when we base our decisions on what will make them the happiest in the short-term so we don’t have to deal with the often unpredictable (or sometimes very predictable!!) extreme behaviours that can follow not getting what they want or from experiencing the natural consequences of their choices, this is not usually in their best interests and does not help them to understand how this Universe is really working, and well, that’s not ideal. (I’ve said that very softly!!)

It’s true, we can do things and make decisions that prevent them from experiencing the full consequences of their actions. The problem with doing this is it makes it hard for them to see the connections between how the choices they make bring semi-predictable consequences which can cause them to start making decisions without the knowledge of what could possibly happen…..Which is ok when we’re always there to make everything alright, (Well, no it isn’t ok, but I think you probably know what I mean) but we must at some level accept that they will eventually be without someone who is prepared to dedicate their life to making sure everything runs smoothly for them. Someone that will run around and try to make their experience better by trying to prevent them experiencing the consequences from the choices they’ve made!! No, they will not find another who will do this for them….

Of course no one wants their children to experience strongly unwanted circumstances, and I think most of us would try to lessen this happening if we knew such circumstances were coming, but that’s exactly why it’s important to let them experience the small unwanted consequences of their actions, because once they’re aware of the link between what they’re choosing and what’s turning up, and it becomes a strong knowing and awareness they have based on their own first hand experiences….Now they are so well prepared with what they need to know to be on their own and create what they’re wanting in their own lives!!

And I believe it would be very hard to find a parent that didn’t want that for their children….But that’s just me….

And so it is….

Who have I surrounded myself with???

The people we have surrounded ourselves with are a very good indication of where we generally are vibrationally, especially if there are many in a similar vibrational place. (similar in thoughts and emotions)

Some may say, I did not consciously choose many of those I have around me, some are family and work colleagues, and I definitely didn’t choose them, it’s only my friends which I have consciously chosen.
And I say, whether we are aware of it or not, we have chosen every person and every circumstance that has happened or will happen in our lives through our focused thoughts and emotions, our vibration, that the Law of Attraction is responding too and serving up to us people, places and events that are matching the dominant vibrational signals we’re sending out, and it’s the choices we’re continuing to make that keeps everything as it is, no exceptions ever…. This is Universal Law!!

For example, if we’re believing people are generally kind and treat us with respect, this will predominantly be the people we will attract with possibly a little bit of variation depending on our experiences and how strong and pure our thought is in relation to this, whereas if we’re believing people are generally unkind and disrespectful, again these are mostly the people we’ll attract.

Nothing is as black and white as the example I have given, as we all have different vibrations on different subjects based on our previous experiences and our vibration changes and moves every time we observe or experience new circumstances or even when we bring a memory into our mind and think about it.
We do not need to have physical manifestations to move our thought on any subject, although experiencing the reality of anything means we cannot ignore it, especially if it’s a manifestation of a vibration we’ve been unaware of and that’s unwanted!!

Bringing thoughts into our mind and making an effort to move into a better feeling place can initially improve our vibration, and if we take the time to bring that improved thought into our mind often enough, it can become the new dominant vibration within us on this subject as our old maybe more resistant thoughts are no longer getting our focused attention. With time and continued focus, power and momentum towards our new improved thoughts is achieved which translates into a generally better feeling experience and improved physical manifestations!!

Back to the people we have surrounded ourselves with, if we’re coming to know who we really are and how we’re creating our lives, we’re usually making an effort to improve our thoughts and feelings….Yes???
As our vibration improves, this can cause a vibrational gap between us and those that are around us that we were previously in harmony with, especially if others are still unaware that they’re the creators of their own experiences and are not moving too much vibrationally.

Although we maybe able to temporarily affect positive change to someone else’s vibration, it’s not possible to raise someone else’s vibration for any great length of time as each of us is in charge of our own thoughts and feelings and it’s always our job to move ourselves, not someone else’s job to do it for us. That’s not to say others can’t jump on the positive bandwagon so to speak, they can, but the process of maintaining ones improved vibrational place around many others that are not moving much vibrationally is exhausting and can suck any joy or enthusiasm we have for life right out of us.

In the end, something has to give, and it’s a powerful choice, but it may be a choice we’re unaware we’re making??? A choice to continue to improve how we’re feeling and let the Law of Attraction bring to us those that are a vibrational match to where we are, and has to be said, to what will help us move ourselves into better and better places, or to hold ourselves back by continuing to maintain relationships that are a reflection of where we’ve been, not where we’re going???

By no means does this mean all our current relationships will fall by the wayside for all are moving vibrationally in relation to all sorts of things, and many that are close to those that are making great positive vibrationally movement in their lives will find themselves also moving if it’s important for them to feel good and maintain that relationship, but if this is not the case and the vibrational gap becomes great, if we want to continue our positive movement, at some point we have to be prepared to let go of what is no longer serving us.

There’s no right or wrong about it, as this is an individual choice we make based on what we feel is in our best interests at the time, but it’s true to say, relationships cannot be maintained when there are large vibrational gaps, so if one is not moving, the other must halt or considerably slow their progression in order to continue the relationship, and that’s not ideal.

In my experience, when we let go of the need to have a relationship with someone we care about, and especially if we let go of how we’re wishing the relationship could or should be…..Things just seem to work out.
Sometimes that means people do slowly make their way out of our experience, but often it doesn’t, mostly it improves our relationships!
It improves our relationships because its like sending a strong signal out to the Universe that says something like…..

I want the best for myself and the others I interact with and I know this is possible. I understand not much good comes from trying to change others to how I would like them to be (and it’s not possible anyway!!) Or to change myself to what others would like me to be. (this isn’t truly possible either, but we can make ourselves miserable trying!!)
I know that whatever’s turning up, especially if it’s unwanted, is an opportunity to release resistance and move into better feeling vibrational places which is improving my experience.

I trust myself and I trust life, and I continue to believe everything is working out for me….

And so it is….

Everything happens for a reason….Does it not???

Yes, there’s no doubt everything that happens and unfolds within our lives happens for a reason, whether we are aware of this truth or not.

If we’re understanding how the Law of Attraction is working in our lives because we’re seeing the connection between what we’re giving our focused thought and emotion too and what’s turning up, it’s not hard to understand the truth this saying holds for us.
If we are still unaware of these powerful Universal Laws, it doesn’t matter too much, the Law of Attraction is responding equally and consistently to what every person is “putting out there” so to speak, but it would be true to say the more we understand how the Law of Attraction is working in our lives, the better able we are to create more of what we are wanting, and less of what we are not wanting.

Before we’re aware we’re creating our own life experiences, one will often attributes circumstances that happen to external forces such as other people, coincidences, chance happenings, God, or some other magical unknown force, especially if they are unwanted occurrences. And although external influences and circumstances do influence our experiences greatly, that influence comes from our own focused observation, thoughts and feelings in relation to those external circumstances.

Crediting what is turning up in our lives to factors outside of ourselves can often help us temporarily feel better in the short-term when moderately unwanted circumstances happen, but in the long-term and for more strongly unwanted circumstances, it can promote a feeling of helplessness and loss of control over ones life, and that’s rarely a good thing.

It’s always about how we feel when we give any circumstance focused thought, whether it’s something we’re observing or thoughts we bring into our conscious mind. What may feel not so good one day, can feel much better the following day, which is a very good indication positive vibrational movement has been made on the subject we’re giving our attention too.
If we’re believing what’s happening in our lives is happening for a reason and that everything usually works out in the end for our benefit, even if we can’t currently see how or why….This is a great belief that ultimately helps us get closer to achieving what we’re wanting in our lives.
Whereas if we don’t believe things usually work out in our benefit and have no idea why or how things are coming to us….This can make it difficult to achieve what we are wanting.

Some may argue, how can I hold this belief of things working out when my experience has shown me otherwise???
And I say, I know, it’s not easy to promote a belief when we’ve had much evidence in our lives to the contrary, but once we start to understand how those experiences have come to us, how we have attracted them, and notice the difference moving our thought to improved, better feeling vibration places reaps, then it becomes easier to maintain our positive focus in the face of opposition.

This life is a journey of discovery for us all, no matter how much we do or don’t know….And everything that’s happening, the wanted and the unwanted, is leading us into deeper and fuller understanding about life and who we really are!!

It’s when we come to know who we really are and how we are creating our life experiences that we can let go of the struggle we may be currently living.

Life was supposed to be good, and it’s only a matter of time before many of us start living more of the life we intended to live when we made our powerful intention to come into this Physical life!!

And so it is….

I’ve sacrificed so much for this…….Uh oh!!

If we feel like we’ve given up a lot for anything, whether it be our career, family, children, or friends, this can set us up for disappointment if the effort we feel we’ve put into such things is not reciprocated.

I often hear people say they do many things for their children and feel like their efforts are not appreciated.
And I say, if course our efforts are not appreciated….Children in these days are coming forward with a much stronger understanding of who they are, and who others are. They’re understanding whatever someone does is their choice and not so much about them, even if we are trying to tell them what we’re doing is only for their benefit. If we are feeling resentful about the things we are choosing to do for our children…..this is not ideal.

I know we all have to do thing’s sometimes that we’d rather not,(like going to children’s birthday parties!!!) And yes, maybe we’re doing it because we feel we should, but it’s important to make an effort to move into a better feeling place regarding whatever we’ve chosen to do otherwise it does leave one feeling quite resentful if appreciation for the unwanted effort we’ve made isn’t reciprocated.

From the viewpoint of Law of Attraction, if we are receiving back that which we are giving out through our vibration, and we are, when we feel annoyed or under appreciated, if we give these thoughts and actions plenty of air time and focus through our thought process the likelihood of receiving back appreciation for our efforts are not great. The more actions we take and feel annoyed, under appreciated, or begrudgingly do without improving our thought, the greater the possibility of attracting more circumstances where we may feel under appreciated!!

I know that may sound a bit, well…..annoying, but the truth is, even if we are doing something for someone else’s benefit, we must admit at some level, we are also doing it for ourselves, because we feel it’s the best choice we can make at that time. (even if it is a choice better two unwanted circumstances) It’s about taking responsibility for the choices we make and feeling as good as we can about them, rather than blaming others for “all that we have to do for them!”

Of course it’s wonderful when others appreciate what we do, it would be pretty unusual if we didn’t like to be appreciated, but it must be enough that it’s what we want to do, that it’s something we believe is good or of benefit to ourselves first, and then others.

Trying to make anyone feel guilty by telling them all the things we are doing “just for them,” is not usually a good idea and often encourages a greater lack of appreciation…..unless of course, we bring very unwanted consequences upon them.
Learning to appreciate that which we currently have rather than focusing on that which we do not yet have is a very important part of the creation process, for it’s our positive focus on all that we already have that is working well and good that is the easiest path to all we’re wanting in our future experience!! (Remember, Law of Attraction)

Appreciation is a difficult concept to teach to our children because they believe it’s their natural birthright to have anything they are wanting, and they aren’t too far off the mark with that knowing. I encourage this belief in my children (yes, I really do!!) and explain to them they also need to foster an attitude of appreciation for all they already have that is good rather than focusing on what they don’t immediately get. We also talk about the Law of Attraction and how we’re pre-paving our future experiences by how we are feeling now, and that making an effort to feel as good as we possibly can, especially in the face of unwanted circumstances, is the best we can currently do!
The best way we can hope to teach our children how to appreciate what they currently have is by being an example of appreciation ourselves. I’m not talking about over praising every tiny thing in an out of proportion general way, but more focusing on the good that we see all around us in very genuine and specific ways.

It’s not possible to fake true appreciation, and when we are looking for things to appreciate, it’s not long before the Universe delivers us circumstances that start matching that dominant vibration within us, and that is what one might say is…. “Choice”!!

And so it is….

Any communication is better than NO communication….Uhhhmmm???

Well,….That depends I suppose, on how the communication we’re having feels in comparison to not communicating.

One thing is for sure though, if we are not communicating within the close and intimate relationships where having with others in a mostly neutral or positive way, especially when challenges present themselves, long-term this is not that good.
Although good communication is the foundation for happy, good feeling, positive relationships, in the short-term it can sometimes be better to say nothing if we feel full of resentment or anger, for communicating with anyone from this place rarely achieves what ones wanting straight away or in the long term either.
By this I mean, when we’re in a strongly negative feeling place and expressing that outwardly towards another, we may feel some temporary relief at letting that emotion out, but there is no thoughts, words or actions that do not have consequences based on the Universal Laws we all live by.

Thoughts that are thought about for long enough produce words that we speak and actions that we take, and as those words and actions are all originally inspired from thought, the Law of Attraction responds to our focused thoughts by sending us people, places and circumstances that are matching the dominant feelings we have going on within us on the subjects that are important to us. (and any subject we’re feeling strong positive or negative emotion too, is a subject that’s important to us) So we always get back what we give out eventually, and it’s easy to see no ones wanting negative and unwanted circumstances in their lives!!

Sometimes we may think that this means we need to be nice to everyone or do nothing when others treat us in a not nice way….And I say “No way,” not retaliating against someone that’s not being very nice, or more to the point, not currently being much of who they really are, is about knowing that by doing such things as returning negative that’s been given out by others just brings that negative vibration into our own lives.

Although 99% of the time it is better to ignore such people or circumstances and move to a better feeling place by ourselves in our own time, sometimes we do need to stand up and say something regarding negativity that someone else is directing towards us, even if they haven’t expressed it in words or actions yet, especially if it’s someone you spend a lot of time with or that’s important to you. If we do feel the need to say something, a good plan is to speak from the best feeling place we can find at that time and to do our conscious best to stay as calm as we can during our interaction. If things get too heated and not good feeling, it takes restraint, but it’s best to leave the conversation.
Resentment and anger about anything within our relationship that is not moved into a better feeling vibrational place either by ourselves or by communicating with the other, eventually kills relationships and is often the beginning of the end if left to grow…..
Even if we do feel a relationship is at its end, it’s still important for us to move into a better feeling place regarding it…..For this ensures the relationships we have in the future will not carry the emotional resistance of our previous relationships.
Letting go of resistance always moves us closer to that which we are really wanting 100%, so let go of any resentment you maybe feeling towards others if you can….
And remember, you are doing it first and foremost for yourself, and if others gain benefit from it, that’s even better….

And so it is….
