Who is my Spiritual Guide???

I’m sure many people have pondered whether they have a Spiritual Guide or not. This probably depends on whether we’re even believing in this concept.
As with all ideas that are new or foreign to us, it often takes some time and thought before we can come up with any opinion of where we sit in relation to this subject, and depending on where our current beliefs are, will depend on whether we will completely discount the possibility of such things.

It is not my intention to convince you into or out of what ever you are believing is right for you at this time, but it is my intention that I may give you “some things” to ponder in relation to Spiritual Guides.

When I speak of Spiritual Guides, I specifically mean the Individual, Non-Physical, Source Energy guidance that is available to each and every one of us in every moment of this physical life we are living.

Our Spiritual Guide is not some Higher Being that is a far more superior being than us, our Spiritual Guide is the Non-Physical part of us that remained in the Non-Physical realm to help guide the Physical part of us through this life journey, so in other words….”Our Spiritual Guide is ourselves!” That’s pretty tricky don’t you think? Hehehe….
The Non-Physical part of us holds all the knowledge and experiences from the previous lives we have lived, knows all the intentions and desires we had when we came forward into the life we are currently living, and knows every amended desire, intention and experience we’ve had since we’ve been in this physical life and is guiding us in a direction that will lead us to all we have decided through the living of, not just this life, but all the lives we have lived, what we are wanting, by the easiest and most enjoyable route available!!

And how does our Spiritual Guide, or Non-Physical counterpart achieve this???
Through our emotions. Whenever we are feeling any emotion, whether it be positive or negative, we are receiving, individual, personal, and awesome Inner Guidance from the Non-Physical part of us indicating in which way we are moving.
Positive emotion indicates we are moving in the direction of wanted circumstances in our life, the stronger the emotional feeling is and the longer we experience it for, the closer we are to the physical manifestation of something that will be very pleasing when it turns up.
Negative emotion indicates we are moving in the direction of unwanted circumstances in our life, the stronger the emotional feeling is and the longer we experience it for, the closer we are to the physical manifestation of something that will not be very pleasing to us if it turns up.

So, who decides what I do at any given time, the Non-Physical part of me, or the physical part of me?
Well, I’m pretty sure that most people know the Physical, here and now part of us is making the decisions in our lives, based on what we feel is best once we’ve considered all the factors that are important to us.
But when we start to understand exactly what our emotions are telling us, and we start to make an effort to move our thoughts and feelings to an improved vibrational place, our life starts to change for the better.

Many have taken negative emotion that they are feeling as an indication that someone else is doing something “wrong,” whereas it more accurately indicates, we are now either thinking, speaking, observing, or doing something that is moving us in a direction we are not wanting to go.
Now feeling negative emotion is not the end of the world and all of us experience it to varying degrees depending on how much we’ve made an effort to focus on the best in life, or on how much we’ve focused on what we are not liking, or what isn’t working in our life.
And I understand it’s not always possible to just stop something we feel we have to do, for there is often much power and momentum behind such things, but it is completely possible to feel slightly better than where we currently are while we’re doing whatever it is we’re doing…..And that does change everything!!

So we can call it whatever we want, Spiritual Guide, Non-Physical part of ourselves, Inner Being, Soul, or Source Energy….The words don’t matter, but what does matter is we know we have access to this energy that is essentially us, or who we truly are, in every moment of this physical life….
To access this power, we must do our best to move into the vibrational place of it by noticing how we are thinking and feeling at any given moment, and making an effort to feel slightly better. The more we do this, the more we will feel the absolute power of “Who we really are!”
This is what happens when the Physical and Non-Physical parts of us align and blend as one, and like anything we do in life, the more often we achieve this “Alignment,” the easier it is to return to the vibrational place of it, for you cannot mistake it when you find yourself here, for you will feel and know, that this is what you came here for!!

And so it is….

Sometimes, “things just happen”…. Or do they?

That’s absolutely not true, things do not “just happen.” This is just another way of saying,”I have no idea how this thing that just happened, happened.”
But one thing is for certain, nothing can come into this physical reality we are living in now from nowhere or nothing, there are always thoughts words and actions that precede all that happens, whether we are aware of it or not.
So it’s true, we can feel like things “just happen” to us, but that feeling comes from a place of not having awareness that our thoughts were focused in a certain direction that created circumstances that we may or may not have been wanting to experience. I suppose its similar to the saying ignorance is bliss, or in other words, we don’t know what we don’t know, and sometimes we’re better off not knowing?
Well, I would have to disagree with the statement “we’re better off not knowing,” because knowledge is power, even though it can sometimes initially be hard to swallow.
For how can it be better to not know something that will help us to make better, more informed choices that produce much better results, and move us in more of the direction we are wanting to go?
Many do not really want to know what the solution may be to something they are living because it often involves changes that we may not yet feel ready or prepared to undertake.
And I would definitely not encourage someone to take action on anything they do not feel ready or prepared for as the outcome achieved from this unsure, unknowing place often produces less than satisfactory results because the vibrations (thoughts and feelings) within us are often split.
Think of it in terms of walking on very hot sand with one bare foot and one foot with a shoe on….Hehehe, that’s just put a really funny picture in my head! As you can imagine, one shoe is better than having no shoes at all, but it would be definitely better to have two shoes on, don’t you think?
Lets go on with this analogy, because it’s fun!
So, we might burn our foot, or maybe we won’t, depending on how far we have to go and how good we are at hopping!! (Yep, I’ve done that more than once!!) And so it’s similar when we don’t take the time to get our thought in a good feeling vibrational place before we take action, or in the case of our analogy, take the time to ensure we had everything we needed with us before venturing out onto the hot sand!!

So nothing just manifests in our life experience from nowhere, but that doesn’t mean everything has a deep vibrational basis that we need to get to the bottom of, and sometimes trying to “get to the bottom of it” just increases our attention upon something unwanted in our experience and ensures it stays around longer!! It’s often enough to acknowledge to ourselves that this or that has just turned up, so even if we weren’t aware of …. before it showed itself to us, now we are aware, and have the ability to move ourselves to a better feeling vibrational place regarding whatever it is we wish to have an improved experience of.

I don’t know about you, but nothings more important to me than that I do my best to feel as good as I can at any given moment in time, for not only is it awesome to feel good, but I know that my awesome good feelings are being responded in-kind to by the powerful Law of Attraction, bringing into my experience evidence of the vibrations that are dominant and pulsing strongly within me.
Now that’s something that really is happening to us all, and I say, “It is so good!!”

And so it is….

PMS….Is it all in our minds???

Well, the answer is yes and no….depending on what your beliefs and experiences are in relation to this subject.
In the past, I was never very impressed when people complained about being “so emotional” because it was “that time of the month.”
I felt strongly that many people used this as an excuse to behave badly, and then relinquished any responsibility they had for their bad behaviour by blaming their “hormones.”
Now before anyone gets their knickers all bunched up, I completely acknowledge that this can be a real occurrence for many women with varying degrees of intensity. It’s not my intention to argue with anyone about whether or not they really experience PMS, if you think you experience it, you probably do experience it, end of story.
As usual, I like to this think about experiences through the viewpoint of Universal Law and the Law of Attraction in order to move forward in a positive direction rather than resigning myself to a position of helplessness or “I can’t do anything about this” mindset.
No, for me it’s unacceptable to resign myself to a period of time every month when I am in a not good feeling place and everyone else better just “look out or else.”

Now many would argue…..I’ve had tests done, I’ve had this and that done and the doctor says I have a hormone imbalance, and I’m not pretending I’m emotional, etc,etc.
And I say, yes of course you are, and yes, most people know and accept this as a normal way of being at that time of the month.
But consider for a moment, “Which came first, the chicken or the egg?”
Did the emotion cause the hormone imbalance, or did the hormone imbalance cause the emotion? Many have assumed the latter, and have therefore thrown their arms up in the air and said “I can’t do anything about it, it’s out of my control,” and which ever way it happened, nothing is out of our control, especially when it comes to our own experiences.
If I was experiencing PMS and it was affecting my life (or others around me) in a negative way, I would ask myself the following question….
How strongly do I believe I’m going to experience an emotionally disturbing time when my period is due???
And, do I enjoy (just a little bit) having an excuse to really “let it all out” without consequences. Actually, that’s not possible, there are always consequences for everything we do, remember, the Law of Attraction is responding in-kind to what ever you put “out there,” whether it is something you are wanting or not.

Although it’s true that we all have control of ourselves and how we feel, if we have been experiencing PMS for some time with intensity, there will be a considerable amount of power and momentum behind the thoughts and beliefs that initially helped to create this situation, and of course, we have our own personal experiences of PMS which really cements our belief even more, for now we have evidence of that which we may have unknowingly attracted to focus even more on! (I say unknowingly, because I find it hard to believe anyone would knowingly create anything they weren’t wanting!)
So we can’t really go from “0 to hero” (from strongly unwanted to wanted) when experiencing any unwanted circumstances’ when there’s power and momentum behind those experiences, and the fact that we are experiencing anything, lets us know there is power and momentum behind it, otherwise we wouldn’t be experiencing it.
The best thing we can do if we’re wanting to improve our experience in relation to PMS or any circumstances in our life, is to start cultivating our belief more in the direction of what we are wanting, rather than focusing on what has already been.
It does take some time and effort, and a focusing of the mind to a level we may not have exercised for a while, but it is so doable.

The power to shape your experience is within you….not your doctor, not your family, not your community…..It’s within you, and although others can be a source of guidance or inspiration that can help us to get where we want to be, it’s you that will ultimately be the creator of your experience.
Take the power you were born with and exercise it, for this is your natural birth right, and you can start right now, from wherever you are, it matters not what has already been…

And so it it….

The harder you try to persuade people to your way of thinking….the less likely they are to agree with you!!

This is mostly true. When we try to persuade others to our way of thinking by making them wrong for their thinking, this almost never produces our desired result of their agreement with “our” point of view.
No one likes to be told what to do or think or that what they’re doing and thinking is wrong, because as I’ve said previously, what we’re doing or thinking is neither right or wrong, “It just is.”

Deep within, we know we’ve come forward into this current life to observe and explore many different circumstances that produce and inspire desires from our experiences that helps us come to strong and powerful decisions of what we would like to experience in our life as we move forward through time.

It’s often true that when communicating with others, if our beliefs and opinions sit in strongly opposing directions, communication can become negative and confrontational as it’s very difficult to find any common ground if we hold vastly differing points of view.
In these circumstance, it’s better to acknowledge we all have different perspectives and beliefs about life based on what we have already experienced and what we are still wanting to experience and let the need to justify or persuade others go.
It’s also very unlikely that we will be able to eradicate all that someone has come to know through the living of their own life experiences that has brought them to what they currently think and believe by telling them what beliefs we have come to through the living of our life experiences.(can you see the futility of even trying?)
Speaking about our differing points of views in a positive and understanding way can definitely give others “food for thought” so to speak, and makes for thought-provoking conversation without the need to argue. Words spoken by others can often spark something within us, that when pondered and given attention over time, will start the attraction of that which we have been focusing on, that the Law of Attraction will eventually bring us evidence of.
This is how we come to truly know what we know, and I say, “It is so awesome,” especially if we are focused in the direction of all we are wanting to experience, for words that are spoken by others will never be taken above our own knowing, and that’s the way it should be!!

If we do feel the need to persuade others to our way of thinking, it often comes from many beliefs that may not be in alignment or consistent with the Universal Laws that govern how life is really working.
Here are some examples of beliefs that may prevent us from moving forward in a positive manner.
~If I cannot persuade others to my way of thinking, they may behave in a way (in my opinion) I feel is not “right or good” and may even do something that threatens my “way of life!” Well,….Uhmmm…if this a belief we hold strongly, we will attract people, places and circumstances that gives us evidence of this, which is not that awesome….If you know what I mean….
~It’s more important for me to be right and make this person I am speaking with understand how “wrong they are” about everything they know in relation to this subject! Uhmmm….Right, I’d like to know if anyone reading this has been talked into the “error of their ways,” by someone who is more interested in feeling right or superior to whom ever they’re talking to….Not likely. This usually just makes us sit more firmly where we are as we justify all the reasons why we believe what we believe.
~It’s important that whomever I’m talking to understands completely where I’m coming from, and agrees with the conclusions I have come to about…. Well, this can definitely happen when we are sitting in close vibrational vicinity with whoever we’re talking with, and is generally enjoyable communication as we will usually find we’ll have similar core beliefs about life.
Whether our beliefs sit far apart from each other or more closely together, we will all have differences of opinion, and this is a good thing, for what would the purpose of life be if we were all the same??
Nothing new would ever need to be created because we would all like the same things! It’s easy to see this is an absolutely ridiculous scenario that could never truly exist. We did not come forward for sameness, or to be told by everyone else, how we should live our life.

We can be true to who we are, while letting others be true to who they are by knowing we have all come forward with different intentions, and that everyone has the right to live their life in the way they choose.
If we are focused on what we are wanting to experience rather than what others are saying or doing that we don’t agree with, we will be attracting an abundance of what we are wanting into our life. We will not be seeing much evidence of people doing things we are not wanting to see and experience, not because it isn’t happening, because it’s all “out there,” we will be seeing what we are predominantly vibrating (that which we’re thinking and feeling strongly about)
Which really is awesome if we’re doing our best to focus and move to a better feeling vibrational place in relation to whatever we’re currently experiencing and wanting!!

And so it is….

What is right….and what is wrong???

Although it is completely appropriate for us to decide for ourselves what we would like to experience in our lives and what we feel is good for us, when we feel a strong sense of right and wrong towards ourselves or others, this rarely moves us in a direction we are wanting to go.
When we are strongly focused on the wrongness of anything, what are we mainly focused on? We are strongly focused on that which we are “not wanting.” So if the Law of Attraction is responding to our focused thoughts and feelings about whatever we are giving our attention to, and is showing us manifestational evidence of that which is pulsing strongly within us, (which it is) if we are focused on many circumstances we believe to be wrong, what are we attracting more of? Yep, you guessed it, we will attract and see more evidence of things we find to be wrong.
In truth, whatever we’re doing or thinking is neither right or wrong, it just is.
Many would strongly disagree and give many examples of behaviour or circumstances that the majority of people may agree is “wrong or right,” in their opinion, but I like to think more in terms of what “I am or am not” wanting to experience rather than what is right or wrong.
Some may think this is just the use of different words that still refer to the rightness or wrongness of something, and although this is possible, it’s not likely.
When speaking more about what we’re wanting to experience, we’re usually more focused on where we are, and what we’re doing in a positive way, whereas when we’re talking about right and wrong, we’re often judging or blaming ourselves or others for whatever situation we’re observing or predicament we find ourselves in.
We all sometimes do this depending on where we are and what our beliefs about life are, but if we find ourselves judging or blaming,(or in any negative, not good feeling vibrational places) it’s important we make an effort to move to a slightly better feeling vibrational place as soon as possible, if we are wanting to feel good.

I can only speak from my own perspective regarding what helps me to move to a better feeling place if I find myself in the lower vibrational feeling places.
These are basic beliefs about life that quickly and generally bring me into a better feeling place that then lets me move to a more specific positive vibrational place regarding the circumstances I’m observing or experiencing.
Beliefs that move us into the higher vibrational feeling places;
~Goodness is at the heart of all human beings, and if people are behaving less than nicely, this often comes from picking up resistance on this physical journey and not understanding how we are creating our life experiences.
~We are all doing the best that we can to feel happy and achieve more of what we are wanting in our life based on what we know at any particular point in time.
~Everyone is attracting what is coming into their life experiences through the power of their focused positive and negative thoughts, whether they are aware of it or not, there are no true victims or villains. (although we can feel this way if we believe strongly in wrongness and rightness)
It is virtually impossible to hold the above beliefs and stay in a strongly negative place towards ourselves or others for any great length of time, but it would be true to say, we must have come to a certain level of awareness and understanding of how life works and how we are creating our own life experiences before these beliefs can feel true for us and can help move us to a better vibrational place.
If we are believing strongly in right and wrong, whose opinion of what’s right or wrong should we ultimately listen too?
People have been hurting each other over trying to impose their opinions of what they feel is right or wrong over others for a long time. This comes from a place of believing something someone else is doing can come into your life and hurt you, and although most of us may have had experiences like this, everything that comes into our experience is called to us, both wanted and unwanted, through our own focused thoughts.
When we come to this realisation, we can let go of judging ourselves or others as wrong, and start turning our attention to everything we feel is great in life, that we are wanting to experience….And that changes everything!!

And so it is….

Why would we ask….For everyone else’s opinion???

I am not necessarily saying asking for others opinions about something is right or wrong, but it is an indication of where we are in relation to what we’re asking about.
The most important factor to consider when we’re asking for an opinion from someone else is, what is our reason for asking, and how are we feeling about the subject we’re asking about.
For example, are we generally exchanging ideas in a progressive conversation without any premeditated ideas or the need of getting others opinions on a specific subject? I would consider this mostly positive, good feeling communication with the exchanging of many ideas and opinions on many different subjects, and although we may be listening to many different opinions, we are not coming from a place of unknowingness, but more from a place of interest.
During these conversations, we may hear many things that inspire us to find out more about what we have talked about.
If we are coming from a not so good vibrational place of unknowingness, or we feel a need to know what others think in order to come to our own decision or opinion, this is often not so positive.
Why?
If our vibrational feelings are strongly directed towards not knowing and unsureness, if we have a decent amount of power and momentum behind these feelings through our focused thoughts, the Law of Attraction responds in-kind to our vibration with manifestational evidence of what is pulsing strongly within us, often increasing our feelings of not knowing where we sit with our own opinion and usually just confuses us more!! A strong negative feeling of not knowing what to think or do brings you more feelings of the same. (although over time, if we do not move to a better feeling place, the strength of the emotions we’re feeling often increase)
Yes, it is true, and all of us feel unsure about things in our lives at one time or another, but for some that feel unsure in many areas of their life, it can become very difficult to make a decision about anything.
Sometimes it’s a specific subject that we may hold some resistance to or about, that we attempt to get many people’s opinion on?
But even if the information we gain is good and positive, we just don’t know it and usually continue to look for more information that will make us feel better. This can become a cycle until we finally realise we could ask a million people their opinion and we still wouldn’t know what to do.
This is when we need to find our inner strength and decide we might as well go with what we think we should do and feel as good as we can about whatever decision we do make, for other people’s opinions are exactly that; a conclusion one has come to based on what they are wanting and what they have experienced so far in their own life. (which often doesn’t have a lot to do with your life, where you are, and what you are wanting)
We may learn from, and ponder information given to us from others, but ultimately only we know how we feel and what we are wanting, so it’s important to come to our own opinions and make our own decisions, for no other is in a better position than us, to make our decisions!

And so it is….

Are we there yet???

Well, there’s an easy answer to that question, and it’s no!
Why? Because as soon as we achieve anything we are wanting to have, be or do, we experience a whole new set of new circumstances where we will decide what we think would slightly improve our experience, from this new vantage point now.
Some may say “no, when I achieve whatever it is I’m wanting, I won’t want anything more I’ll be happy and content.”
And I say “as if!” If that was even possible, life would end….and that truly is impossible.(we will leave this physical body, that’s for sure, but who we really are will never end, but will simply change form)
I am not suggesting we cannot be happy and content once we’ve achieved something we have been wanting, definitely we can, but after spending some time in this happy and content place, we will always see how things could be slightly better or what may improve our life experience. So even if we are currently content, new desires are constantly being born within us, for life will always produce more desire from us, as this is the first step in the process of creating what we are wanting in our life, and is one of the reasons we have come into this physical reality.
So why have I come here??
To decide through the living of my life, what I am wanting to experience which requires exposure and observation of many different circumstances that this life experience provides.
Once I have decided what I’m wanting, doing my best to turn all my attention towards that which I am wanting by;
Generally doing my best to feel better to whatever I am giving my attention to, not just the subjects I want to bring into a better vibrational place.
Looking for general evidence from my environment of what I’m wanting.
Imagining what it will feel like to live my wanted circumstances.
Observing others positively that may be living the circumstances I am wanting for myself.
Looking for signs more specifically related to what I am wanting that lets me know the Law of Attraction is responding to my positive vibration regarding what I desire, bringing me manifestation evidence of it!!
And Oh…..if positive thought is maintained over time with focused attention,(creating power and momentum) it really is thrilling to see things turning up left, right and centre in response to our improved vibration!!
This helps to strengthen our belief in ourselves, our knowing about how life works and our ability to focus, create and attract what we’re wanting in our lives, and helps us to maintain our vibrational good feeling place in the face of opposition.
By opposition I mean, before whatever we’re wanting turns up, we may get to a good vibrational place regarding what we’re wanting, but when manifestation evidence does not immediately follow, we may lose belief, faith and our good feeling place on the subject.
Often, this is because some resistance may need to be worked through, but if we can stay focused during our times of doubt, and work through any resistant circumstances that have turned up, we can return to our good feeling place on the subject, usually feeling even stronger positive emotion than we did before our doubt or resistance turned up!!
That’s what happens when we make the effort to work through negative thoughts and circumstances; we get to a better feeling vibrational place and become a stronger person, or more to the point, we become more of who we really are, better able to deal with whatever comes our way with confidence and grace.
This gives us a sense of empowerment we may not have felt before, the power to create that which we are wanting in our lives.
And I don’t know if there’s a person alive that wouldn’t want that, if they believed they could have it!!

And so it is….

Never say never…..Why not???

Well, we are all free to say whatever we wish to say of course, but what I’m getting at here is the deeper truth this saying “Never say never” reveals.
It would be likely that this saying may have come from people saying “I would never do this or do that,” but then unfortunately found themselves at some point in their future experience doing exactly what they had proclaimed they would never do!
So one could say it’s a slightly superstitious saying, in the sense “be careful, don’t say that” in case later, it “magically” turns up in your life?

So that brings us to an interesting point, can something turn up just because you say you don’t want it to?
Well, that depends entirely on how strong our negative emotion is when we are speaking about something we don’t want. And if we are using the word “never” this is a fairly strong indication of where we’re sitting vibrationally in relation to whatever we’re talking about, for we would not use this word if we did not have resistance towards…..Whatever the subject is.
What do I mean by resistance?
Resistance is the act of resisting, opposing, or pushing against, that hinders or prevents our motion forward, towards what we are wanting.
For example, if I am wanting to experience something I am not yet experiencing…..When I think about this, what are the strongest thoughts within me? In truth, it’s usually a mixture of both resistant negative thoughts and non-resistant positive thoughts that would make up our general vibrational place on any subject, but whatever thoughts are more dominant and receiving more air-time so to speak, through focused attention, will be what is predominantly manifesting and turning up in our experience.
So what is manifesting in our reality is always an indication of what we have been doing with our thoughts, and we always know in which direction our thoughts are creating by noticing how we’re feeling when we think a thought. Negative emotion moves us towards unwanted circumstances and positive emotion moves us towards wanted experiences.
Monitoring every thought one has, can be enough to drive anyone mentally insane, and can make us fearful of our own thoughts, which in and of itself is a not good feeling place, so it’s easier to take a more relaxed attitude and just notice how we’re feeling and do our best to feel a little bit better than where we currently are, especially if our feelings are strongly negative.
Don’t let me give you the impression feeling negative emotion is “bad” it is not, what it is, is very important communication from the Non-Physical, eternal part of us, letting us know exactly where we are in relation to what we’re currently thinking about and what we’re really wanting.
No one likes experiencing unwanted circumstances, and the stronger and more unwanted an experience is, usually the more we don’t like it, and hopefully the more “inspired” we are to move to a better feeling place on the subject.
And why would we bother to move ourselves to a better feeling vibrational place?
Because we’re understanding what we’re thinking now, is pre-paving and creating our future experiences?
So our emotions, both positive and negative, are a precursor to our physical manifestations, an indication of what we’ve got going on vibrationally (that we sometimes may not be aware of) And no matter what the subject we may be giving thought to is, we have the absolute ability, with time and effort to feel better and improve our pattern of thought. Once we’ve improved our vibration, (thoughts and feelings) if we continue to maintain our new improved vibrational place, in time it must become our reality, this is Universal Law!

So “never” indicates strong resistance otherwise we would be using different language such as, maybe, sometimes, I’m not sure, probably not, who knows, nah not really, etc.
I’m not saying people shouldn’t say never, I’m just saying what’s happening as we speak in these terms. And as I’ve mentioned before, it’s not about the actual words we may or may not be saying, it’s about the thoughts and feelings behind our words as we speak them.
I have not heard many people use this word without strong emotion behind it….And that emotion is almost always negative.
So “I never want to experience …” means we have a descent amount of negative emotion or resistance towards whatever it is we’re talking about, and depending on how often we give thought to this resistant subject and how strong our negative emotion is in relation to it, will determine if this unwanted circumstance has enough attraction power to manifest in our life?
Exactly how much attracting power, only we would know, if we’re very sensitive to how we are feeling.
But no matter how much power and momentum we have behind any thoughts we’ve had in the past or are having now, it’s possible to gradually move to a better feeling place, no doubt, 100%….

And so it is….

Fake it….Until you make it….Uhmm???

I’m not a big fan of this saying because, in truth, you cannot truly say, be or do anything at any moment, and “fake it”. You are either doing something, or you are not doing something, there is no in-between about it, but I do understand what people are meaning when they say this.
I like to think people mean they are making an effort to move to a better feeling (vibrational) place that they want to be in, but are not yet in, and that they know they have the ability to feel better, even if it is only slightly.
But when you try to move too far from where you really are feeling…that really is faking it, and I say the same thing I said in my previous post to this one, “We are not really kidding anyone,” least of all ourselves, because we all know how we are really feeling when we’re doing this. Our feelings also let us know what people are coming to us with emotionally, and what their true intentions are, apart from the words they may be speaking, and the more sensitive we are to how we are feeling, the stronger our knowing of who they are currently being will be.

It’s all about the intentions we have when we are trying to feel better.
If we are doing it for ourselves, because we want to be more of the person we want to be, no, more of the person we truly are, we cannot go wrong, even if others do not react to us in a positive way or in a way we had hoped for.
We cannot control how others react because that is far more about them and where they are than about us.
Of course, it’s wonderful when people react positively and reciprocate when we have given pure positive energy with the best of intentions, but I’m sure you’ve noticed, it doesn’t always work this way, well, not immediately anyway. If people do react badly to something given with positive energy and intentions, it must be good enough that we know we’ve done and given our best with a pure heart and not let ourselves be pulled down to a not good feeling place.
I’m not talking about negatively judging others that are not in a good feeling place, I’m saying that when you have given purely and positively and are receiving negative in return, do your best to avoid reciprocating by returning negativity, for if we do return similar negativity to what they have given out, now we have joined their chain of pain so to speak, and made it ours, even if it is only temporarily.
In other words, we have let someone else that is in a less than good feeling place, influence us out of our good feeling place, and we may now have become someone other than who we might usually be, and that’s never a good thing.
I know this is much easier said than done and does require immense strength and belief in who you are and a desire to feel good above all other things.
If we don’t always react in a way we would have wanted, especially when we are directly faced with negativity, but instead react in a way that’s not in our best interests, we can think about what happened after the experience and move to a better feeling vibrational place regarding it, if that’s what we’re wanting to do. But if the emotions we are feeling are strongly negative, it’s sometimes a good idea to leave the subject alone until we can think about it without such a strong emotional response, (this is the benefit that time gives us) because as you can imagine, the stronger the negative emotion is when we think about anything, the more power and momentum these thoughts have behind them and the harder they will be to move into a better feeling place.
Sometimes it’s easier to generally do our best to feel as good as we can to everything that is happening now, because remember, everything that’s coming into our experience is being attracted through our focused thoughts that the Law of Attraction has been responding in-kind too. If there are strong negative or positive emotions pulsing within us, it’s usually turning up in one form or another, but sometimes we may not be making the connections between;
-What we have previously experienced.
-Our emotional responses to those experiences.
-How we continue to feel about similar experiences that are occurring.
-And what’s turning up “now!”
So it’s not always necessary to go back and specifically focus on things that have happened in the past to bring them into a better vibrational place, but that’s a call we all need to make individually, and only you know what is best for you.
And the truth is…you never need to “fake it,” because who you really are is wonderful, and that’s something that’s real and true, and there’s no faking that!!

And so it is….

I think it’s amusing when people tell a big story about how they do all these things for other people, like it’s not also for them as if they can take their own desires out of the equation.
It goes something like this…
I’m here purely for others, I help others with no regard for what I’m wanting and for no personal benefit.
And I say, “who do you think you are kidding?
Now it’s true we can be kind and do wonderful things for others, there’s no doubt about that, especially if this is the person we are wanting to be, but think about it….why would we be doing such things, or anything for that matter, without a reason?
If we are being kind and doing things for others, we are doing this because it feels good. Now some may disagree and say, “No , I’m often doing things because I feel I have to and not because it’s feeling good,” and I say the same thing, even if you are doing things that are not making you feel like you want to “jump for joy,” you are still choosing this action over an even less good feeling action…are we not? Yes, it is true.

For example, let’s say I may not be the greatest morning person in the world but I need to get up at a reasonable time to get ready for my forthcoming day ahead. I could just stay in bed if I really wanted to and say, “bugger it, I’m not getting up now,” but I choose to get up because even though I would like to stay in bed, for me I would feel like I haven’t followed through with something I should have and that would feel worse than not getting up. This example may seem like an unimportant subject, but it matters not how important or unimportant the subject is, although we may put more pressure on ourselves to make the best choice if we feel the subject is more important to us, so whether we are aware of it or not, we are always choosing what we think will feel best.
“Which choice out of the options before me feels best, what choice do I feel will get me the closest to that which I am wanting?” It does not matter whether it’s a choice between two wanted situations, something wanted and unwanted, or two unwanted situations.
There may be many factors we consider depending on the situation, where we are in relation to the situation, and the outcome we are desiring, but it always comes down to the same thing, after considering all the possibilities, which choice do we think will feel best?
So I didn’t say our choices are always easy between a wanted or unwanted choice, more often that not and depending on where many earlier choices have lead us based on where we are and our focused thoughts,(vibration) it can be between two highly unwanted choices, but no matter what our choices are, we have the ability to turn any choice into a positive outcome through the power of our focused thoughts.

The idea that a person is not really doing something good unless they want absolutely nothing out of it, is a false truth that can never truly be.
Why?
Because we have all come forward into this life with powerful Inner Guidance from the Non-Physical part of us that remained in the Non-Physical realm giving us constant and consistent feedback in the form of our emotions, letting us know where we are in relation to all we are wanting. If this is so, (and it is) we are always doing what we believe will benefit us most. This does not mean that our intentions cannot be pure in the sense, it feels good to be kind to others, it feels good to help others, it feels good to love others, this is the ultimate “win/win situation!”
And I don’t know about you, but I have never once met a person that has no emotional feelings, although it is possible to meet one that has not listened to what their emotions have been telling them, or have felt so much negative emotion for so long, they have become numb to it.
They are still receiving emotional feedback about where they are in relation to what they are wanting, but may not have understood what it meant or that they had the absolute power to move to a better feeling place. If we do not exercise our power of moving to a better vibrational place, it’s usually only a matter of time before we start becoming accustomed to our negative feelings, and over time, it starts becoming our normal emotional place to be in, feeling less negative than it once did.
So one could think “awesome” when I’m feeling negative emotion, I don’t need to make an effort to move myself to a better feeling place because after a while I’ll get used to it and I won’t feel it anymore. (because it can be difficult and does take some effort if you have lived in this body for some time without exercising your power to do so)
And I say “Holy Moses,” remember that the powerful Law of Attraction is responding in-kind to how you are really feeling, not to what you have become numb too!
Yes, it’s true you cannot hide how you are really feeling from the Universe and the Law of Attraction, and what you are really feeling will be reflected back to you in all manner of manifestations.
You do not need to go back to work through everything you have felt strong negative emotion about in the past.
If we are paying attention to what’s turning up in our experience right here, right now, and doing our best to move to the best feeling place we can even if it’s only a slightly improved feeling place, (especially with negative feeling manifestations) this starts to clear resistance that may have been preventing us from moving in the direction we are really wanting to go, and as we get power and momentum behind this new and improved vibrational place, there’s only one direction this leads….
And that’s into more of the “awesome” life experience you came here to live….

And so it is….
