Feeling better….Or in denial???

Am I feeling better or am I in denial?
A question that can only be answered by oneself.
Why, because only you know how you are feeling about whatever you are giving thought to, no one else has the ability to get inside of you and truly know how you are feeling. (although those of us that are sensitive can read your vibration like a book!!)
I find this question to be very interesting but it is complex in the sense that denial often starts out as feeling better but as it progresses, (especially if it’s strongly negatively focused) can have a detrimental effect on our life.
Denial;
1. The refusal to grant the truth of a statement, situation or allegation.
2. The refusal to accept or believe something, such as a doctrine or belief.
3. An unconscious defence mechanism characterised by the refusal to acknowledge painful realities, thoughts, and/or feelings.

Most would agree with the general description above, but to understand how denial starts, let’s go to the beginning.
Many times denial begins from not wanting to accept a reality in our lives, in other words, not wanting to focus strongly and feel negative emotion about something that has manifested or is about to manifest in our life.
Why do we do this?
Because we want to feel good and if we are looking at something and believe we cannot feel good about it, it will often feel better to pretend this “not good feeling thing” is not happening, rather than facing the truth of the situation.This can actually be a good action to take if it’s not a personal circumstance in our lives or a situation that doesn’t really affect us directly.
Denial comes from some misunderstandings about ourselves and life, the main one being, “I cannot control how I feel, I am just a responder to whatever comes within my world.” Now nothing could be further from the truth, but if this has been what we’ve become accustomed to doing, it does take some time and effort to change.
It’s important to note the difference between trying to move a resistant situation to a better feeling place or denying it’s even happening.
When attempting to move our thoughts to feel better, we always acknowledge what has happened and accept whatever feelings have been stirred within us, making an effort to move to a better feeling vibrational place.( because we’re knowing how important our thoughts and emotions are and that we’re creating our life experience with them!!) Whereas if we are in denial the unwanted situation is completely avoided at all costs so we don’t have to confront how we truly feel about it.
By doing this it’s impossible to move our vibration to where we feel better, for we must;
1.Acknowledge something unwanted has happened.
2.Acknowledge we are feeling strong negative emotion about it.
3.Know this is something that’s important for us to move to a better vibrational place about.
4.Know we have the ability to gradually move ourselves to a better vibrational place.
And why would we bother to do this?
Firstly, isn’t it better to feel better, even if it does take a little bit of effort? For you cannot hide the truth from the Law of Attraction, just because we are in denial does not mean that those emotions aren’t pulsing strongly within us. For something strongly unwanted to turn up in our experience means there is something within us (that we may not be aware of) that the Law of Attraction has responded to, and if we allow ourselves to stay in a strongly negative feeling place,(even though we may have done our best to pretend those emotions weren’t there) more unwanted circumstances that have a similar feeling will turn up until we have dealt with our negative emotion and moved it to a better feeling place.
Sorry to be so blunt, but it’s true.
Now, depending on where you are in relation to what you are wanting and how strong the emotions are you are feeling about it, will depend on what action may be the best to take.
The more personal the situation or circumstances are for us, and the stronger the emotion we would feel if we allowed ourselves to feel it, the more important it is to face the situation and emotions that are coming up, (even if they are strongly negative) and deal with them.
If a lot of circumstances that are similar keep showing up with the same emotional feeling to them, this is a sign there are vibrations (thoughts and feelings) within us that the Law of Attraction is responding to and bringing us evidence of, ( adding power and momentum to and reflecting back to us the vibration we have originally sent out ) and it would be a good idea to do our best to move to a slightly better feeling place rather than pretending everything is “as right as rain?”
I am not suggesting we feel negative emotion from whatever is turning up and stay there feeling bad, or even worse, to focus our attention negatively and produce stronger negative emotion towards or about it, but I am saying, it’s important to initially feel where you really are even if it doesn’t feel great, and then gradually move through those emotions to a better vibrational place.
That’s the only thing to do, denial does not release negative emotion that is already within us, it keeps it there, where it usually grows stronger and therefore has stronger attracting power to it that the Law of Attraction is responding in-kind to.
I’m sure deep down, within us all, most of us know this, but I understand it’s hard to hear sometimes.
If it’s a circumstance that’s not very personal to us that isn’t producing strong emotion within us, and doesn’t appear to be a situation that is reoccurring over time, it’s a good cause of action to just let it be.
In this situation I would say, it’s not really denial but just not wanting to bring unwanted circumstances into our general vibrational mix that aren’t so important to us or affecting our life.
Yep, no use giving ourselves more negative things to focus on and feel bad about…unless of course we’ve worked through everything that’s very important to us and moved to an awesome place on every subject, then sure, we can focus our attention on every other problem in the world and try to bring ourselves into a better feeling place regarding them…why not? Hehehe!!
No, but seriously, we would have to be a little bit crazy to do that, because as we start feeling better and start to experience the creative control we’ve achieved through deliberately moving our vibration (thoughts and emotions) into better feeling places, we’re less prepared, (not more prepared) to put our attention on people or circumstances that we do not need to, for we begin to understand we have nothing of benefit to give ourselves or anyone else unless we are standing in the true power of “who we really are.”
The truth is….You cannot deny what is within you, the truth will be constantly shown to you through the physical manifestations you attract, whether you are aware of it or not….

And so it is…..

Letting go is not the same as giving up…. Or is it???

No, letting go is very different to giving up and you know they are different by how they feel.
If we are letting go of something it usually implies moving from a resistant feeling place with negative emotion to a good feeling place with positive emotion.
Whereas giving up on something usually implies moving from a resistant negative feeling place into more of a not good feeling place with stronger negative emotion.
We can call it whatever we want, but it’s all about how it feels when we think about it.
Think about this for a moment, even the words “letting go” feel like a release of something, maybe something we have strived for in a resistant way for some time gaining power and momentum in a not good feeling way. If we maintain that strong negative emotion it often gets to a point where we can stand it no more, something has to give. (or something quite unwanted often turns up)
So truly letting go is the release of some resistant negative emotions or energy and should immediately bring us into a more positive better-feeling place.
But letting go is not a one off occurrence in the sense that once you have released resistance, that’s it, you don’t need to do anything else.
Letting go is like everything else in our life, the positive thoughts we have just allowed ourselves to experience must be maintained by giving them plenty of air time or attention within our thought process.
This is very important, especially when changing negative beliefs or thoughts that have been held over long periods of time for they have become ingrained through receiving plenty of attention and focused thought, so even though we may temporarily let go of something and move to a better place, these thoughts also need to gain power and momentum through increased attention.
If we do not make an effort to give our new positive thoughts attention, we often slip back into the old ways of thinking.
It’s the same as a car that drives over a track many times, it’s often the first route we’re drawn to because we know it so well and it’s much easier than finding another way that requires more time and effort for us to take and may have unknown obstacles.
And so it’s the same with our thoughts, when thinking about any subject we have pondered for some time, the thoughts we have the easiest access to are those that have had the most focused attention on them from us, for they have been responded to by the Law of Attraction in-kind and have far more power and momentum behind them. This is good news if our thoughts are positively focused and maintained until we feel strong positive emotion, as this is creating wanted experiences, but if our thoughts are negative, this is an indication that we are creating less than wanted circumstances so it’s a good idea to make an effort to gradually move ourselves to a better feeling place.
It’s also good that as the old thoughts are thought less and less, just like our track, weeds will grow over them, and although it doesn’t go away, like anything, through lack of use, it becomes non-attracting once the new thoughts or beliefs have become our new dominant vibrational place on this subject. Once this has happened, our new improved thoughts become the new “general or normal” vibrational place, meaning, because we made the effort over time to bring ourselves into a better vibrational place that the Law of Attraction responded to in-kind as it does to all thoughts we have, now when we bring this subject into our mind, we will automatically have access to our improved thoughts. This is now our normal place!
So it would be true to say no matter what we’ve thought in the past, whether it be positive or negative, we don’t need to keep giving our focused thoughts and attention to them, but it does take some time and effort to change them, because remember, the old thoughts may have a bit of momentum behind them, but as we become more aware and sensitive to how we’re feeling and we start seeing the correlation between what we are thinking and feeling (vibrating) and what’s turning up in our lives, we do start making an effort to change and improve our thoughts.
Why is it important to know where we are?
To go anywhere you need to have a starting point, and that starting point needs to be true and accurate, that’s all. Finding out where we really are vibrationally is not about judging one’s self negatively or making ourselves feel bad, it’s purely about finding out where our true starting place is so we can move in the best way possible to where we want to be.
At the deepest level of who we really are, we know it’s possible to move into whatever it is we’re wanting, but we do have to start listening to what our emotions are telling us and to do our best to move into better feeling places.
When we start to believe we can make it where we’re wanting to go, our experience starts reflecting back to us the manifestational evidence of our improved thoughts and feelings (vibration)… And how good is that!!

And so our journey together continues….

The goal is to love everything….Or is it???

Well, if we believe it is our job in this physical life to love everyone and everything, our life experience may be extremely difficult.
As we make an effort to move to better and better feeling (vibrational) places, all will usually come to the place where they may think this is what they are now required to do… And I say “good luck with that one!!”
It’s not possible to look directly in the face of something you find strongly unwanted and “love it,” although you may, and can if you are wanting to, move yourself to a better feeling place regarding it.
But if our goal or intention is to try to love unlovable things and our desire is maintained over time with strong emotion, the Law of Attraction will respond to our dominant vibration and bring many unwanted, unlovable circumstances for us to deal with. But as soon as we have moved one unlovable circumstance to a better vibrational place, along comes another and another and another for there are millions of things out there both wanted and unwanted so there will be a constant flow of not good feeling circumstances coming into our experience for us to move on vibrationally.
There are too many things in this world both wanted and unwanted to bring everything into a good feeling place, for you would need not just this lifetime, but many lifetimes to achieve such a goal.
In truth we have not come here to love everyone and every experience, but we have come to put our focused attention on that which we do love and are wanting to experience that the Law of Attraction will respond to in-kind.
We already have many things within us, especially if we have lived for some time in this physical body without knowing how we were creating our reality, that may need moving to a better feeling place, so I find it quite unnecessary to look out into our world trying to find more unwanted circumstances to focus on, and bring into a better vibrational place?
Of course there is nothing wrong with doing this, and there may be many benefits, but it does make for a difficult life experience in many ways. We usually realise after a short period of time, that this may be a futile endeavour and start putting our attention more on what we are wanting to experience and what we feel good about.
Once we have thought negative thoughts they cannot be taken back, but they do become non-attracting with the lack of our focused attention. It does not matter what stage in the creation process we are at, for we have the ability to gradually change our thoughts at any point, but it would be true to say, it’s much easier before a physical manifestation has come into our reality, for once this has happened, now we have the observation of something in front of us that we have to deal with. It’s much easier before the physical manifestation has happened to change one’s focus in a more positive direction.
So for the full physical manifestation of anything, there needs to be power and momentum that is achieved through focused thought that’s maintained over time producing strong emotions.
The stronger the emotion we’re feeling, the closer we are to a physical manifestation that will feel similar to the thoughts that originally created it.
It matters not whether the emotion is positive or negative, positive emotions are creating and attracting wanted experiences and negative emotions are creating and attracting unwanted experiences.
So our emotions are very important and are communicating valuable information to us about where we are and what we are creating in relation to what we are wanting.
I would never seek unwanted circumstances to love, but I do make an effort to put my attention on things I do love and see the best in them and to move to better vibrational places regarding subjects that are important to me…otherwise I let the world take care of itself.
Remember putting your attention on circumstances you are not ready to move to a better feeling place on only adds power to that which you are not wanting. It’s a good idea to leave these subjects until you are generally in a better feeling place and able to deal with them.
But really it doesn’t matter too much, for once we truly know how we are creating our lives, it’s only a matter of time before we start improving our thoughts and start living the more improved life experience we came here to live!!

It’s good to be a sympathetic friend…. Or is it???

1. A relationship between people in which whatever affects one correspondingly affects the other.
2. Mutual understanding between two or more people.
3. The act of sharing one’s feelings and emotions with another, especially sorrow, anguish, and pity.
4. A feeling or expression of pity or sorrow for the distress of another.
5. Compassion or commiseration.
6. A feeling of loyalty, support, or allegiance.

Many would agree with the general description of sympathy that’s listed above and that this is a good way to react when a friend comes to you with a problem they wish to discuss.
I am not saying anyone is doing anything wrong by being a sympathetic friend or shoulder to cry on, but it’s interesting to understand what is happening when these interactions are taking place from the viewpoint of Universal Law and the Law of Attraction.

The process of bringing one’s vibration (thoughts and emotions) into alignment (the same vibrational place) with another, therefore both focusing on and creating unwanted circumstances, unless the vibration is moved into a positive or solution orientated direction therefore both focusing on and creating more wanted circumstances!

Some people will speak of unwanted circumstances that have happened or are happening in their life, especially to gain sympathy from others. Why is this?
Firstly to be speaking about anything we must have given the subject plenty of thought otherwise we would not be speaking about it, especially if we are the instigator of the conversation.

If we want people to sympathise with us, this usually indicates we’re still standing in a place where we are judging others, the situation, or ourselves as “ wrong or bad” and are looking for agreement with how we are feeling, as it initially feels good and this is why people are doing it.

But what’s really happening during these interactions?
For the person speaking of the problem they are creating more power and momentum behind it, for you cannot speak of such things without adding even more focused thought to the problem, which the Law of Attraction is responding in-kind too, with more evidence in the form of thoughts, people, places, and situations turning up in your experience showing you what you are creating through the power of your own focused thoughts.

Don’t let me give you the impression you should never speak of your problems, for if you have been giving something a lot of thought it’s almost impossible to stop yourself from talking about such things. (Remember, Law of Attraction!)
Acknowledging the problem is an important initial first step, but it’s important to move as quickly as possible into the vibrational vicinity of the solution, and this is achieved by gradually making an effort to improve our thought in relation to whatever the problem is.

It’s better to acknowledge “Oops, I’m talking about something I don’t want to experience again” and take it for what it is, an indication of what you’ve got going on vibrationally rather than being mad or cross at ourselves, and although we may be creating more momentum in a direction we don’t want to go, we do have the ability at any time to start moving our thoughts in a slightly more positive direction as we become more aware of what we’re doing.

The drawback of getting others’ perspectives, opinions, judgments, or sympathy, is now we have included another’s often-negative vibration in our creative process that just increases our own negative vibration on the subject.
Depending on where our normal or general vibration place is will depend on whether we’ll seek people who will sympathise with whatever we’ve got going on. It takes some pretty good self-control even when we know what we’re doing not to speak of things that are happening in our life that we do not want to replicate and continue to experience, but we all have to start somewhere if that’s what we’re wanting.

I would say the only time it is of benefit to speak to someone about a problem we may have, is if the person we’re speaking with is solution orientated in a positive direction, knowing that the best they can hope to do, is to listen and acknowledge how the other is feeling, and hold steady to a positive good feeling vibrational place regarding whatever they are speaking to us about.
To maintain a good feeling place when people bring problems to us may be virtually impossible if we don’t believe that things can work out for them, and any words spoken from this unbelieving place to try to help will be empty and hollow with no substance behind them.

When you know there is a solution to the problem and that all have the ability to make their way, in time to the solution, even if they are not currently there now, the words we speak are more likely to be uplifting or inspiring. What people are really feeling is your knowing. Your knowing that things can work out for them, your belief that they have the ability to find the answers they want, in their own way and in their own time.
And how do we feel when we’re speaking with someone who we feel knows things are going to be all right and work out for us, and believes we will find our own way? It’s hard not to start believing in ourselves just that little bit more from being around such people, isn’t it? (Unless we’re just mad because we didn’t get agreement or sympathy? This means we’re not quite ready for the solution we are wanting yet.)
This is the true process of uplifting and positively influencing another.

So I would have to say, I am a very unsympathetic friend…. Do I love, do I care, do I listen, do I briefly acknowledge the problem, do I selfishly stay in my good feeling place regarding the problem, do I know and believe in people’s ability, and do I try to uplift?
Yes, I do my best to do all of these things, for when we know what we’re doing, why would we want to do anything else???

A question about living in the present moment….

The following post is in answer to a question that was asked in relation to the post “A little word about living in the present moment.” If you would like to view the previous post here is the link,but I like to think that this post stands on its own whether or not you view the previous post. The question was as follows:
For me this is one of the toughest lessons to teach myself. I truly relate to celebrating small improvements, however, this still remains my greatest personal challenge. I would be interested to hear your perspective on how to remain focused in the present moment when there and those around me still wanting to discuss negative experiences from the past?
1. I have trouble recalling what exactly happened.
2. I don’t want to allow myself to return to a place of negative feelings.

My answer is…
I totally hear what you’re saying, and I know it’s not always easy staying focused in the present moment, especially when there are many things going on around you that you may be focusing on and having many different thoughts about.
It’s usually all the thoughts we’re having about whatever it is we’re observing that maybe preventing us from staying present, especially if our thoughts are judgemental or negatively based.
Since others are bringing to you negative experiences from the past, it may be an indication that whatever they are bringing to you is something you also need to move to a better feeling place about?
Only you will know this because only you know how you feel in relation to whatever information they are bringing to you. And even if it is something you feel you need to move vibrationally on, it is for you to choose if that is the time and place you wish to try to do it, because you now have someone else’s input and vibration to deal with.
Sometimes it can be better or easier to move on subjects when you are on your own with your own thoughts, for doing it around others that are negatively focused takes immense power and strength of focus to do, for not only are you trying to move yourself to a better feeling place, now you may have taken on the task or burden of having to move them to a better feeling place also.
The fact that you are not remembering clearly what they are trying to rehash or bring up again is a great sign, it’s a sign you have not held on to negative emotions in relation to this experience, you have moved forward, and thinking about this even if it happened in the not too distant past feels like another life ago.
I would not try to remember negative details about something that you know you have moved forward on. If the person you are communicating with is important to you, you may wish to try and generally steer them in a more positive direction… but remember some people will not be easily moved from where they are, for they believe strongly in their perspective of what has happened and will point out to you, all the evidence that’s around them to support and justify how they feel and where they are! If this happens you are better to either casually redirect the conversation to something completely different, but if that doesn’t work, leave the conversation entirely!
This is not rude and can be done in a pleasant way. ( everyone needs to go to the toilet sooner or later ) Hehehe!!
But seriously, this is the kindest action you can take, for you do not do yourself any favours by focusing on what someone else has to say regarding everything that isn’t working in their life, and it definitely doesn’t do them any good either for they just create more power and momentum behind what they are not wanting by speaking of it to others, for the Law of Attraction is responding to their vibration in-kind just as it is to ours.
If they are trying to bring your attention to everything they perceive is not working in your life, do not take part in any way in these types of conversations. We cannot listen to people saying such things without including this is our vibration, especially if they are someone who is important to us or that we respect. You will know and you will feel if people are giving you advice and it’s coming from a pure non-resistant place, even if it isn’t 100% positive.
For me the easiest way I find to bring myself back into the present moment, is to find something around me, anything, it doesn’t really matter what it is, and focus intently and positively upon it to the exclusion of everything else, for this must bring you into the now, even if it is for a short period of time to begin with, for as you practice it more and more it starts to become more of your normal way of being!!
But be warned, many will see you as strange or weird, for they will say, “look at that happy one over there, why are they so happy? Look at everything that is happening around them!” And you will know what you have done to get there, and through knowing the power of who you are, you will be an example to others of what is possible, for when we get power and momentum behind us, it’s so good!!

How does focusing on the past….Effect my now and my future???

Looking into the past is not necessarily a problem…….Unless it is past negative experiences we are focused upon and not feeling good about. This is how the past can continue to be brought into the future.       Paulette De-Har

That depends entirely on what from the past you are focused on.
If you are remembering something and are feeling positive emotion about it, this is an indication you are creating something now, with positive thoughts and emotions (vibrations) in your future that you are wanting, and as you maintain that positive feeling place, over time you create both power and momentum with your focused thoughts. As you continue to maintain a good feeling, high-flying vibrational place, the physical manifestation of something that matches or is similar to how you are feeling must come. It is Law!!
If we are looking back and remembering positive experiences but comparing them to where we are now and wishing we could go back in time or regretting where we are now, this is not so good. When we focus on anything, we emit a vibration (thoughts and emotions) and if we’re feeling dissatisfaction and regret, the Law of Attraction responds in-kind, (receives your vibration and matches it with similar thoughts and physical manifestations to let you know where you are and what you are creating) so with enough attention to these negative feeling thoughts, we create more momentum, and as the thoughts of dissatisfaction or regret are maintained, you will eventually experience unwanted manifestations that match or feel similar to the thoughts that created it.
It is not possible to believe that life is a struggle and things generally don’t work out how we’re wanting and experience the opposite of that.
I hear you when you say “but this has been my experience, this is the truth, there is evidence everywhere supporting what I think” and I know, we don’t make up unwanted stuff for the fun of it, but if you wish to experience something other than what you are, you must find something right now, from where you are, that you can focus on that feels better than what you are now experiencing.
I know it’s not easy when this has not been taught to us as we were growing up, but what is the alternative?
The saying, “when it rains it hails” didn’t come from nowhere. This is a clever way of saying as you focus on anything whether it be positive or negative (although this saying is definitely orientated towards negative experiences) you will get more of it, if it’s something wonderful that you’re wanting to experience more of, awesome, focus on it more, whereas if it’s unwanted experiences you do not want more of, you must change your focus to something that feels better. (actually, you don’t have to do anything, but you know what I mean!!)
It’s a good idea to start with something that’s easy, a subject that is not the most important thing in the world to you, for as you have success with subjects that are more easily moved to a better feeling vibrational place, over time you will notice the improvement in your life experience, giving you a stronger belief that you can change circumstances in your life for the better if that’s what you’re wanting!
Although we are pre-paving our future experiences with how we’re feeling now, and how we’re feeling now may come from many experiences we’ve had in the past, it’s true to say, it has to be good enough to want to feel good now, not tomorrow, not next week, not next year, now!
Look for the best that is around you from where you are standing right now, if we’re waiting for circumstances to improve before we allow ourselves to feel better, that is a backwards way of going about it, and often cannot be with subjects that have a lot of power and momentum in a negative direction behind them.
So if you can think of things from the past in a positive manner, that’s great and would be time well spent, but if you cannot think about the past in a positive light put your attention on something else that does feel good.
This can be the reason why many are experiencing similar negative circumstances in their life over and over again, for every time we think negative thoughts and feelings about the past, although they are new creations with new thoughts, they have the vibrational emotional content of previous hurts or pain that we then bring into our vibration NOW, which the Law of Attraction responds to with similar circumstances being created again, and unfortunately over time, if our vibration on this subject does not improve, experiences often become worse and worse until we find a way to let go and move to a better vibrational place.
Nothing stays the same but things do not need to get worse and worse, once we take control of our mind, things can only get better and better, and that’s the truth!!

Why do I find it difficult to make decisions???

There are many reasons why we may find it difficult to make decisions in our life, but it always comes down to the same thing in the end. The fear of making a decision that may unfold in an unwanted direction, and of course none of us want to do this.
This is often based on a false belief that all that’s required for something to turn out well is to make the correct decision, and although it’s true to say the better we feel about the decisions we make, the higher the possibility of a positive outcome becomes, decision-making is only a small part of the creative process. Nonetheless, it is important, for if we cannot make decisions effectively, it can be difficult to move forward in any direction, leaving us in a type of limbo of indecision, until we’re forced into making a decision, and that never usually feels good.

 

Once we’ve made a clear decision, we are now often in the place where we are inspired to take action. The outcome will depend greatly on how much positive vibrational momentum we had in the beginning and if we were able to maintain a positive focus as we moved forward with the tasks that need to be undertaken to achieve our goal.

It’s important to know, everything that unfolds is based on our thoughts and feelings in relation to our decision. Continually questioning and second-guessing whether we’ve made the correct decision, splits our vibrational energy rather than putting all our positive thought behind the decisions we’ve made.
Whatever choice we make is not that important, what is important is putting all our positive thought behind the decision we have made, and not looking back with regret. So it doesn’t have to be the “best choice in the world” because we make it the “best choice” by the power of our positive thought!!!
When we do make choices, choosing what we believe is best and running with it is all we can do, and if we find ourselves thinking negatively as we sometimes do, making an effort to feel slightly better at that moment is a great thing to do. If we have a lot of resistance this may not be that easy so we may need to completely change our focus to something different, returning to think about and move our resistant subject when we are in a better feeling better place.
If making decisions has become difficult for us, we may become more and more unsure of ourselves as time goes by. This is because a strong vibration of uncertainty, unsureness and fear creates more of the same feeling within us as the Law of Attraction responds to those dominant thoughts and feelings in-kind. As our vibration is emitted from us, it moves out into the Universe and joins with other vibrations with similar emotional feelings and thoughts, gaining power and momentum to eventually returning to us.
Our vibration can be changed in every moment we are conscious, but as we hold any thought that produces an emotional feeling and focus on it, it becomes easier to feel this way as the powerful Law of Attraction is giving us easier access to more and more thoughts, with the same vibrational content. This is where the saying “from bad to worse” comes from, but I prefer “from good to better” because it works both ways.

The Law of Attraction is giving back that which we’ve originally sent out, and adding power to it so we know where we are. For anything to manifest in our life experience, many thoughts need to be held over time and with emotional intensity, it matters not whether they are negative thoughts and feelings producing unwanted circumstances or positive thoughts and feelings producing wanted experiences.
The Law of Attraction does not judge any thought as good or bad, it’s purely a magnifying mirror if you like. Yes, that’s a good analogy.
So what we’re thinking and feeling in relation to what we’re wanting is incredibly important, for this is creating our future experiences. Everyone is getting immediate feedback from our Inner Being in every moment as to where what we’re thinking now, is taking us. If we’re feeling a positive emotion, we can know for sure, we’re moving towards wanted experiences, whereas if we’re feeling negative emotion we can know for sure we’re moving towards unwanted experiences.

Remember, our vibration can be changed because we have control over what we think and how we feel, and we have the ability to move to a better feeling place on any and all subjects that are important to us.
We’ve all made it this far whether we’ve known this or not and we will continue living many wonderful things, all I am saying is….there may be some amazing Universal Laws that we haven’t been aware of, that the understanding of, will change many things in our lives for the better.
When we begin to experience and know this, it becomes easier to make decisions, but don’t take my word for it, only you have the power to show yourself how you are creating your life.
It does take some time and effort, but I’m not sure if there’s a more worthwhile cause than living the awesome life you came here to live!!

How does our vibration create our life experiences???

If we were to look in a dictionary, vibration is simply described as a rapid movement or quivering of particles. Early in the 19th Century, scientists in the area of Quantum Physics discovered everything that exists in the Universe is energy vibrating at different speeds and frequencies, and by only observing something, you affect how it vibrates with your expectation. So your expectation effects what you’re observing, meaning you aren’t just observing, you are playing a creative role in everything that’s happening.

What does this mean for us?
To understand how life is working and how we are creating our life experience, it’s important to know everything in the Universe is energy in motion which is vibration, even though it appears solid and static. That being true, the thoughts we think produce emotions within us that emanate out of us as a vibration of a specific frequency and is responded to by the Universe.

Who responds to what?
The Universe (Law of Attraction) responds with the same vibrational frequencies that we’ve originally given out, in manifested form. We are asking for what we’re wanting through our focused thoughts, and the Universe is responding equally to everyone with manifested evidence of the dominant vibrations within us.
I’m sure you’ve noticed that matter doesn’t manifest the moment you have a thought about something, as the physical manifestation of it does not immediately spring into your experience.
Why is this? Because one thought, on one subject does not have enough momentum or creative power to come fully into our physical reality. For anything to manifest, there must be thought that has been thought on for long enough, (momentum) that we experience strong emotional feelings (creative power) when we give thought to any subject.
Even the emotions we feel are manifestations, which are the receiving of that which we have originally given out. If emotions are manifestations of thoughts the Universe has responded to, and they are, maybe we should look at them more closely.
What do our emotions mean?
Emotions are communication from what I have been calling our Inner Being, or Non-Physical, Soul part of us. Yes, we came forward into this physical life from Non-Physical, and when we leave this physical life we’ll return to the Non-Physical realm.
When we made the choice to come into this physical world, a part of us, the physical part, was born, the other part of us that you may or may not be entirely aware of, stayed in Non-Physical. It’s impossible to separate the physical and Non-Physical parts of ourselves.
The Non-Physical part of us is letting us know where we are in relation to everything we’re wanting through our emotions. Positive emotion indicates we’re moving towards the manifestation of something wanted, whereas negative emotion indicates we’re moving in the direction of something unwanted. The stronger the emotional feeling we have when we think about anything, the closer we are to the physical manifestation of a circumstance, that will feel very similar to the dominant feeling we’ve had on that subject when it turns up.

As you can imagine, we have thousands of different thoughts on all the subjects we may think about, which will be a mixture of positive and negative thoughts with varying degrees of emotional intensity to them. So what is manifesting regarding any subjects that are important to you, is a blending of all the thoughts and feelings you’ve had, which gives you a sort of vibrational set point on that subject.
When a vibrational set point or emotional attitude has been achieved in relation to any subject, any new thoughts you have regarding that subject, naturally fall easily into the already established emotional place, and the longer the vibrational set point for that subject is maintained, the harder it is to move to a different vibrational place. This is great when we’re sitting in a positive place, but not so good when we’re sitting in a negative place.

How does the Non-Physical part of me know everything I’m wanting?
Any moment the physical us experiences something, desires are stirred within on what would be a better experience; these desires are automatically received and known by the Non-Physical and doesn’t require our conscious awareness to be communicated. Many times we’re very aware of the desires we have, especially when we’ve held them for a long time in a resistant place. Our desires are received by our Inner Being and held at the vibrational frequency required for them to come into our physical reality without any opposing vibration signals. By opposing vibrational signals, I mean negative emotion or resistance, for it is the negative emotion that causes resistance that prevents anything you’re wanting from manifesting.
Why are my desires not manifesting more quickly?
Think about how it feels in the first moment we desire something, this is always a strongly positive feeling about what you are wanting, but depending on whether we believe we will receive what we’re wanting or not, usually determines what thoughts follow.
If we believe what we are wanting will come, it’s easier to maintain a good feeling place until we feel momentum and intensity of positive emotion, and as long as we hold steady in our good feeling place, sometimes in the face of evidence to the contrary, the physical manifestation must eventually come, it is Law!
If we don’t believe what we are wanting will come, and we maintain a not good feeling place until we feel momentum and intensity of negative emotions, and we hold steady to the resistance we’re feeling, the physical manifestation of more of what we are not wanting must eventually come, it is Law!
Remember, nothing is set in stone, and we always have the ability to change our vibration in any moment we choose. Once we know our emotions are communication from our Inner Being, (and not evidence there’s something wrong with who or what you’re giving your attention to) the trick is to become aware of how we feel and move ourselves to the best possible feeling place we can.
As we gradually improve our thought, we improve the manifestation that will unfold and the good news is… no matter where we are, on any subject that is important to us, we have the power to move to a better feeling place about it now.

I am not saying this is always easy, and it does take some time and effort, but I believe in the strength and power that has always been within us to create our own lives, for I have experienced this in my own life.
Look closely at your own life and those that you know well, for it’s through your own observations and life experiences we see evidence of how life really works…

Are you holding a grudge?…Who do you think you’re hurting???

It’s true to say, most of us have held a grudge against someone at some time or another in our lives. It can be a natural reaction when we feel like someone has wronged us in some way, or we have been faced with a situation where we feel there has been an intention to purposely hurt us. It is not possible to look at something that is clearly unwanted and disregard it or be happy about it, but it is possible to move into a better feeling neutral place about it. Through my own experience, and by observing many others, I have come to the following conclusions;
1. Holding a grudge hurts the person holding the grudge the most.
2. Holding a grudge doesn’t change what has already happened.
3. Trying to hurt others only brings more unwanted circumstances into your life.
4. As long as you hold a grudge, you give others power over how you are feeling, the power that you should have, and that never feels good.

Some may say, “why should I forgive them, what they did was wrong”. Forgiveness is not about saying what they did was right or wrong, and it’s never about making the other person feel better, it’s about making ourselves feel better and being able to move on, to bigger and better things, rather than staying stuck in a miserable place that doesn’t feel good.
It’s completely appropriate to decide what it is we’re wanting to experience in our lives, but focusing on what others are doing that we may disapprove of, only attracts more unwanted circumstances with the same emotional feeling into our life experience. This is because, we get what we think about, or more aptly said, we get back how we feel. Whenever we think about something, it always produces a feeling within us, and the feeling we get is always communication from our Inner Being or the Non-Physical part of us, letting us know where we are in relation to what we’re wanting, regarding the subject being currently thought about. If we think about something and don’t have any feelings either positive or negative, we can be sure it’s a subject that currently does not matter to us, for anything that is important, will induce an emotional feeling within.

For example, if I’m annoyed about the way someone has been behaving, the fact that I am annoyed is an indication I am moving away from that which I am really wanting. One of the strongest desires within us is to be happy, and because we grew up with people around us trying to control everything we did so they would be happy, we may have continued on, in the same way. Many have realized it’s not really possible to truly control others, especially in the long-term, as it just makes everyone involved miserable, but we may not be sure how to change, or what to do.
Through our emotions, our Inner Being communicates with the physical here and now us, letting us know where we are in relation to everything we’re wanting. Negative emotion indicates movement in a direction that is taking us further away from what we’re truly wanting, whereas positive emotion indicates movement closer to that which we’re wanting.
Negative emotion is not bad, for its extremely valuable information when we start to understand what it means. We all have the power within us to move to a better feeling place about any and all subjects that are important to us, but many of us have not known this. Instead, we have taken our negative emotion as evidence that others are doing something they shouldn’t be and that it’s our job to control their behavior and keep them in line or we cannot be happy.
Nothing could be further from the truth, for we cannot control what others say or do, for they have the freedom to choose, just as you and I do. But there is something we have absolute control over, and that is how we feel, no one can make you feel a certain way unless you let them.

To begin with, it may seem like an impossible task, for if we were bought up just reacting to everything we were observing, just as many around us were doing, not knowing we had the power to feel better, and that feeling better moved us in the direction of what we were wanting, of course we wouldn’t have exercised a power we didn’t know we had. Nevertheless, that power pulses strongly within us, and like everything else, needs belief and positive focus, to bring it to the forefront of who we are.

The key is to take small steps if we can feel slightly better than we currently are, and we can maintain that better feeling place, that’s wonderful progress!
We didn’t come to how we feel all in one day, it requires focused thought over time and therefore changing our thought into a better feeling place does take some time and effort, but I cannot think of anything more important than feeling happier in our lives.
So let go of your anger and resentment towards others, don’t do it for them, do it for yourself, for you deserve to be happy, it is your natural birthright!!
