Through adversity, we find strength….Don’t we???

That depends on how you react when adversity happens.
And a lot of how we react depends on how much momentum we’ve got going behind the thoughts that have created such circumstances, and if we’ve been aware we’re creating our life experience through what we think and how we feel. (Our vibration)
Firstly, the idea that some supreme being is “out there somewhere” throwing curve balls at us for no other reason than, “I think this wonderful person I created seems to be having too good of a time, let’s challenge them, let’s see how much they can learn from this not nice experience!” I must say is a pretty strange idea.
If you do believe in a loving supreme being, doesn’t it sort of go against the grain to then believe they are sending you unwanted, challenging experiences for the fun of seeing how you cope??
Which is it, a loving supreme being or an angry punishing not nice supreme being? For it is one or the other for both cannot be in the one.

If unwanted circumstances are not sent by a vengeful, punishing supreme being,(and they aren’t) how do they come?
They come through focused thought that has been maintained over time that we sometimes are not aware of, for we have often become use to feeling negative emotion for so long, we’ve numbed ourselves to it because we haven’t known we have the ability to bring ourselves into a better feeling place on every and any subject that is important to us.

Instead we may have felt helpless to do anything about what we have been observing, so may be “fighting a cause,” to try to get others to change their behaviour in order for us to feel better. Anger is definitely a better place to be in, in relation to the emotional scale compared to helplessness, but long-term, anger still creates many unwanted circumstances in our life and also needs to be moved to a more positive, better feeling place.

We may have also resigned ourselves to the idea, “When I’m feeling bad about a circumstance I feel I can’t change, there’s nothing I can do about it, so I must just accept the fact I will always feel bad about this subject.” (Ohh, that’s hard for me to even say!!)
It’s okay if we’re there though, because we can move to a better feeling place if that’s what we are wanting to do, and the more we do it, the easier it gets, that’s for sure!
The only reason someone would try or make the effort to move to a better feeling place, is if, through the living of ones own life experiences, we’re coming to understand how what we’re thinking and feeling is being magnified and reflected back to us in the form of manifestations by the powerful Law of Attraction.

If we are not seeing the link between what we’re thinking and feeling and what’s manifesting in our own life experience, it’s unlikely we will do what is required to move our thoughts and emotions to a better feeling place, for it is not that easy if we have lived for some time on this earth without knowing or exercising our ability to do so.

So, adversity comes from our own focused thoughts that the Law of Attraction is responding to in-kind, with similar feeling manifestations turning up in our life experience. They are an indication of what we’re doing with our thoughts and emotions, what we’re creating. There’s no judgement by the Universe or the Law of Attraction or whatever else you believe in, it’s purely an indication of what you are creating, I like to think of it as the Universe asking me a question, “Is this what you are wanting to experience? If the answer is yes, keep going with this line of thought, if the answer is no, maybe it’s a good idea to move your thought to something that feels better?”

So I would definitely agree that through overcoming adversity, we can find immense strength, but why is this?
If we have managed to bring ourselves from a not good feeling vibrational place,(problem orientated) to a good feeling vibrational place, (solution orientated) and have maintained that focus until improved physical manifestations turn up, how do we feel?

We start to feel the POWER that we truly have, the power of who we really are, the power to take control of our own life experiences, not by trying to control others or gain power over others but by making an effort to improve the way we feel, for this is what is attracting everything into our life experience, whether we are knowing it or not…

It’s good to be a sympathetic friend…. Or is it???

1. A relationship between people in which whatever affects one correspondingly affects the other.
2. Mutual understanding between two or more people.
3. The act of sharing one’s feelings and emotions with another, especially sorrow, anguish, and pity.
4. A feeling or expression of pity or sorrow for the distress of another.
5. Compassion or commiseration.
6. A feeling of loyalty, support, or allegiance.

Many would agree with the general description of sympathy that’s listed above and that this is a good way to react when a friend comes to you with a problem they wish to discuss.
I am not saying anyone is doing anything wrong by being a sympathetic friend or shoulder to cry on, but it’s interesting to understand what is happening when these interactions are taking place from the viewpoint of Universal Law and the Law of Attraction.

The process of bringing one’s vibration (thoughts and emotions) into alignment (the same vibrational place) with another, therefore both focusing on and creating unwanted circumstances, unless the vibration is moved into a positive or solution orientated direction therefore both focusing on and creating more wanted circumstances!

Some people will speak of unwanted circumstances that have happened or are happening in their life, especially to gain sympathy from others. Why is this?
Firstly to be speaking about anything we must have given the subject plenty of thought otherwise we would not be speaking about it, especially if we are the instigator of the conversation.

If we want people to sympathise with us, this usually indicates we’re still standing in a place where we are judging others, the situation, or ourselves as “ wrong or bad” and are looking for agreement with how we are feeling, as it initially feels good and this is why people are doing it.

But what’s really happening during these interactions?
For the person speaking of the problem they are creating more power and momentum behind it, for you cannot speak of such things without adding even more focused thought to the problem, which the Law of Attraction is responding in-kind too, with more evidence in the form of thoughts, people, places, and situations turning up in your experience showing you what you are creating through the power of your own focused thoughts.

Don’t let me give you the impression you should never speak of your problems, for if you have been giving something a lot of thought it’s almost impossible to stop yourself from talking about such things. (Remember, Law of Attraction!)
Acknowledging the problem is an important initial first step, but it’s important to move as quickly as possible into the vibrational vicinity of the solution, and this is achieved by gradually making an effort to improve our thought in relation to whatever the problem is.

It’s better to acknowledge “Oops, I’m talking about something I don’t want to experience again” and take it for what it is, an indication of what you’ve got going on vibrationally rather than being mad or cross at ourselves, and although we may be creating more momentum in a direction we don’t want to go, we do have the ability at any time to start moving our thoughts in a slightly more positive direction as we become more aware of what we’re doing.

The drawback of getting others’ perspectives, opinions, judgments, or sympathy, is now we have included another’s often-negative vibration in our creative process that just increases our own negative vibration on the subject.
Depending on where our normal or general vibration place is will depend on whether we’ll seek people who will sympathise with whatever we’ve got going on. It takes some pretty good self-control even when we know what we’re doing not to speak of things that are happening in our life that we do not want to replicate and continue to experience, but we all have to start somewhere if that’s what we’re wanting.

I would say the only time it is of benefit to speak to someone about a problem we may have, is if the person we’re speaking with is solution orientated in a positive direction, knowing that the best they can hope to do, is to listen and acknowledge how the other is feeling, and hold steady to a positive good feeling vibrational place regarding whatever they are speaking to us about.
To maintain a good feeling place when people bring problems to us may be virtually impossible if we don’t believe that things can work out for them, and any words spoken from this unbelieving place to try to help will be empty and hollow with no substance behind them.

When you know there is a solution to the problem and that all have the ability to make their way, in time to the solution, even if they are not currently there now, the words we speak are more likely to be uplifting or inspiring. What people are really feeling is your knowing. Your knowing that things can work out for them, your belief that they have the ability to find the answers they want, in their own way and in their own time.
And how do we feel when we’re speaking with someone who we feel knows things are going to be all right and work out for us, and believes we will find our own way? It’s hard not to start believing in ourselves just that little bit more from being around such people, isn’t it? (Unless we’re just mad because we didn’t get agreement or sympathy? This means we’re not quite ready for the solution we are wanting yet.)
This is the true process of uplifting and positively influencing another.

So I would have to say, I am a very unsympathetic friend…. Do I love, do I care, do I listen, do I briefly acknowledge the problem, do I selfishly stay in my good feeling place regarding the problem, do I know and believe in people’s ability, and do I try to uplift?
Yes, I do my best to do all of these things, for when we know what we’re doing, why would we want to do anything else???

The art of communication is….???

Communication happens between all living things. The question is not whether this is so, but more are we aware this is so?    Paulette De-Har

 

As we start interacting with others, a group or individual with the strongest dominant vibration dictates how the conversation goes and everyone else usually adjusts their vibration to be part of the conversation. For most, this happens at an unconscious level when we have a desire to participate in a conversation and to listen to what others have to say, even if it’s not where we usually stand on that subject. We may feel we have something valuable to add to the conversation or we may want to persuade others to our way of thinking, sometimes we simply do not want to be rude. Think about some of the interactions you’ve had in the past, there is often one that is more dominant as this is a natural occurrence when communicating.
Are you aware this is happening?
Knowing this helps us to be able to make more informed choices about whether we allow ourselves to be part of a conversation that may not be helping us or others to create what we are wanting in our lives.
Is the dominant person positively or negatively focused?
It never does any good to be part of a conversation that is dominated in a negative direction, and if we cannot maintain a positive vibrational place, this is not a conversation that’s usually worth continuing with.
How are you feeling as this conversation progresses?
As this conversation continues, positive emotion indicates we’re creating wanted circumstances in our life, whereas negative emotion indicates we’re creating unwanted circumstances in our life, every time.
Some may say it’s impossible not to come into contact with negative people while living our lives, and yes, I would definitely agree with that statement, but it’s not about trying to eradicate every negative person or situation, but more about how we react to these encounters that determines what we are pre-paving in our future experiences.
No two people are in exactly the same vibrational place ( because how boring would that be anyway! ) So there will always be differences between us, but it’s interesting to take note of who we do come into contact with, as it is a reflection of what we’ve got going on vibrationally.
Don’t let me give you the impression we never want to come into contact with negative people, for they always give us a wonderful opportunity, a chance to take control of our mind and how we feel, by not letting others negativeness drag us down. It can also help us to focus more intensely and powerfully on what we are wanting.
Or we can choose to observe others with negative judgements, blame or criticism, therefore focusing more strongly on interactions we’re not wanting that the Law of Attraction is responding to in-kind and giving us more of.
If we do surround ourselves or find ourselves with many negative people around us, I think it’s worthwhile asking one’s self why this is? If we’re able to maintain a positive place while in their company, there is usually a backlash afterwards of extreme exhaustion or feeling low for it takes great power to maintain a good feeling place amongst many negative ones for any period of time, but it is preferable to letting our vibration be brought down to their level.
So everyone sits in a general vibrational place which can usually be explained as our common demeanour or mood that we’re often in. We may have ups and downs, but there is always a general mood that we naturally return to over and over and it can be at any emotional place from appreciation and love all the way down to hopelessness and depression or anywhere in between.
Although people can be encouraged out of their general vibrational place by others, if no change of thought takes place, the shift will only be temporary and their vibration will return to their normal place once the influencer leaves. It often takes awareness and the desire to feel good above all other things and apart from what others are doing to make any lasting vibrational movement.
You often hear people say opposites attract and although this is often true, especially in the beginning, if similarities are not found on core beliefs, these relationships do not usually last. There must be some vibrational harmony within any relationship otherwise it is often a very unpleasant relationship to be in.
So it’s interesting to look at the interactions and relationships we’re involved in, both positive and negative for it is an indication of where we are and what we are attracting through our thoughts and emotions. (vibration)
For it’s not until we know where we are and how we got here, that we can see with more clarity where we want to go and how to get there!

How does focusing on the past….Effect my now and my future???

Looking into the past is not necessarily a problem…….Unless it is past negative experiences we are focused upon and not feeling good about. This is how the past can continue to be brought into the future.       Paulette De-Har

That depends entirely on what from the past you are focused on.
If you are remembering something and are feeling positive emotion about it, this is an indication you are creating something now, with positive thoughts and emotions (vibrations) in your future that you are wanting, and as you maintain that positive feeling place, over time you create both power and momentum with your focused thoughts. As you continue to maintain a good feeling, high-flying vibrational place, the physical manifestation of something that matches or is similar to how you are feeling must come. It is Law!!
If we are looking back and remembering positive experiences but comparing them to where we are now and wishing we could go back in time or regretting where we are now, this is not so good. When we focus on anything, we emit a vibration (thoughts and emotions) and if we’re feeling dissatisfaction and regret, the Law of Attraction responds in-kind, (receives your vibration and matches it with similar thoughts and physical manifestations to let you know where you are and what you are creating) so with enough attention to these negative feeling thoughts, we create more momentum, and as the thoughts of dissatisfaction or regret are maintained, you will eventually experience unwanted manifestations that match or feel similar to the thoughts that created it.
It is not possible to believe that life is a struggle and things generally don’t work out how we’re wanting and experience the opposite of that.
I hear you when you say “but this has been my experience, this is the truth, there is evidence everywhere supporting what I think” and I know, we don’t make up unwanted stuff for the fun of it, but if you wish to experience something other than what you are, you must find something right now, from where you are, that you can focus on that feels better than what you are now experiencing.
I know it’s not easy when this has not been taught to us as we were growing up, but what is the alternative?
The saying, “when it rains it hails” didn’t come from nowhere. This is a clever way of saying as you focus on anything whether it be positive or negative (although this saying is definitely orientated towards negative experiences) you will get more of it, if it’s something wonderful that you’re wanting to experience more of, awesome, focus on it more, whereas if it’s unwanted experiences you do not want more of, you must change your focus to something that feels better. (actually, you don’t have to do anything, but you know what I mean!!)
It’s a good idea to start with something that’s easy, a subject that is not the most important thing in the world to you, for as you have success with subjects that are more easily moved to a better feeling vibrational place, over time you will notice the improvement in your life experience, giving you a stronger belief that you can change circumstances in your life for the better if that’s what you’re wanting!
Although we are pre-paving our future experiences with how we’re feeling now, and how we’re feeling now may come from many experiences we’ve had in the past, it’s true to say, it has to be good enough to want to feel good now, not tomorrow, not next week, not next year, now!
Look for the best that is around you from where you are standing right now, if we’re waiting for circumstances to improve before we allow ourselves to feel better, that is a backwards way of going about it, and often cannot be with subjects that have a lot of power and momentum in a negative direction behind them.
So if you can think of things from the past in a positive manner, that’s great and would be time well spent, but if you cannot think about the past in a positive light put your attention on something else that does feel good.
This can be the reason why many are experiencing similar negative circumstances in their life over and over again, for every time we think negative thoughts and feelings about the past, although they are new creations with new thoughts, they have the vibrational emotional content of previous hurts or pain that we then bring into our vibration NOW, which the Law of Attraction responds to with similar circumstances being created again, and unfortunately over time, if our vibration on this subject does not improve, experiences often become worse and worse until we find a way to let go and move to a better vibrational place.
Nothing stays the same but things do not need to get worse and worse, once we take control of our mind, things can only get better and better, and that’s the truth!!

Am I accepting of others???

Often when people talk about accepting something, they are usually referring to having to accept unwanted situations that are happening in their life, and in the lives of others.
It’s true it’s virtually impossible to look in the face of something strongly unwanted and “jump for joy” about it, but we do have the ability to gradually move ourselves into a better feeling place regarding it, although many have never exercised their power to do so, and instead have focused intensely on everything in the world they feel is “bad or wrong,” therefore attracting more evidence through the powerful Law of Attraction, of that which they are not wanting.

There may be circumstances and people we’re involved with that may be doing things we feel are not in our or their best interests. In these instances it’s sometimes difficult to remove ourselves from the situation, so often the best call of action is to make an effort to bring ourselves into a better feeling place regarding whatever they are or are not doing.
Many may say,”I cannot do that because I strongly disagree with the choices they’re making” and although we may feel this way, people will often make their choices, with or without our input and judgements, so what is the alternative?

To try and manipulate them to make the choices we feel they should be making, to stay miserable about the choices they’re making, or to move to a better feeling place about the choices they’re making? For me, there is no choice. Although this is a choice, for me it’s No real choice.
What I mean is apart from just letting people be, and choosing to feel good apart from the choices they’re making, the other two choices never get you anywhere you really want to be!
For example, some people may feel that manipulating or convincing others to take a different action would be a more desired outcome than letting them make their own choice, and if we’re coming from a positive place of putting a different more wanted scenario forward if someone has asked for our advice, of course, this is wonderful and may likely be considered when one was making a choice. Whereas if we’re negatively focused and judging someone as “wrong” and trying to convince them to our way of thinking, this is not that good, and they’d be well advised not to take advice coming from someone in such a resistant place.

If we do manage to persuade someone to make a different choice against their better judgement, there is usually a backlash to this of negative emotions, either expressed outward towards others or inwards at the self.
Now, just being miserable about the choices others are making is not a good option, especially when we have the ability to feel better unless of course, we are enjoying being miserable and attracting similar feeling circumstances into our experience?
The easiest way I know how to move to a better place, is to acknowledge we’re all different, with different desires, and we cannot always know how a choice will unfold, for what unfolds, whether it’s positive or negative, may be exactly what is needed to move us forward in a more positive direction.
Sometimes we need to make choices that send us in a direction we don’t want to be in just to know where we really do want to be! We can always move forward in a positive direction no matter what choices we make, and there’s nothing like experiencing strongly unwanted circumstances that may help us to refocus us more in the direction we’re wanting to go!

Even a so-called “bad choice” can be brought to a better place by working through any resistance that comes up by doing our best to stay positive, it’s not so much about the choices we make, but how we react as unwanted, resistant circumstances turn up that determines the results we achieve.
The last alternative is not to be around people who are choosing things that go against what we believe in, and for others we don’t know very well, this is easy, but with those we are close too, this is not always an option.

As far as I can see, the only option is to wish them the best with whatever they are choosing and to accept that they must do what they feel is best for them, just as we are choosing what we feel is best for us….
For what else have we come into this Physical world for, if not to choose that which we are wanting???

All things are possible…. Or are they???

I love it when people say,”anything is possible” for it indicates somewhere deep inside themselves, they know this, even if they are not yet completely believing it.
It’s a good start to speak in terms of what you’re wanting to believe, even if you aren’t entirely there yet, but words will not make-up for a lack of movement of thought (vibrations) into believing in what you’re wanting.
So how can everything and anything be possible in our lives?
Often when people speak of this, what they mean is, if you work hard enough for long enough with determination and don’t given in, you will always achieve that which you were wanting. And yes, that did and still does work for many, but as you look around at others experiences and your own, it doesn’t take long to figure out some people are doing all of those things and are still not achieving that which they are wanting.
So what’s going on, how can this be, shouldn’t this formula work for everyone?
NO, it doesn’t, because we may not have included some important factors that determine the outcomes or results we’re achieving, which is how we’re thinking and feeling (vibrating) in relation to what we’re wanting.
So let me rephrase “anything is possible” in a way that will move us more in the direction of what we’re wanting.
“If you spend time on something you feel passionate about, and stay positive, continuing to believe in what you’re doing by working through problems in a positive way, as you maintain your belief over time, that which you are wanting will eventually come, it is Law.”
I know, it’s a bit of a mouthful isn’t it, but it is true.
Staying positive does not mean unwanted circumstances or manifestations will not turn up, for this is resistance within you showing up, and depending on how you react and deal with this resistance, will depend on how well your experience unfolds. So everything we are vibrating (thinking and feeling) now, is pre-paving what will unfold in our future experience.
If we are not knowing this, we often focus negatively on the unwanted manifestations that do turn up, eroding our belief in what we’re doing, and although it can be very difficult to stay positive in the face of what you are not wanting, especially when this is what we have done for a large portion of our life, we make it very difficult to move ourselves into a better feeling place by focusing on unwanted.
We’ve all come forward from Non-Physical into this Physical world with constant and consistent guidance in the form of emotions from our Inner Being letting us know where we are in relation to everything we’re wanting. So now is the time to listen to how we’re feeling with a new and deeper understanding we may not have had before.
We may have assumed that negative emotion is an indication that others are doing something “wrong or bad” whereas in truth it’s the Non-Physical, Inner Being part of us communicating with the Physical us, indicating “the negative emotions you’re feeling now, are attracting circumstances that will feel similar to that which you are observing or thinking about now,” or “the positive emotions you’re feeling now are attracting circumstances that will feel similar to that which you are observing or thinking about now.” The stronger an emotion is when you give thought to something, the closer you are to the physical manifestation of it, and it matters not whether you are positively or negatively focused.
So all is possible, but in order for a possibility to become a probability it needs to be given focused thought over time gaining power and momentum. And for a probability to become an actuality the power and momentum you achieve through your focused thought needs to be maintained.
This is the formula of creation and anything we desire is possible. Listening to how we’re feeling and moving ourselves to a better feeling place regarding what we’re giving our attention to, is the piece of the puzzle we may have been missing! We may need to move that puzzle piece around, upside down or sideways before it fits, but eventually it will fit, for as you seek evidence of how the Law of Attraction is helping you to create your life, so it will come!!

One cannot truly live…Until the fear of death has been overcome….

I think it’s interesting that many people fear death so much.
There are many reasons for this fear, but they all come down to the same reason; We have not known or understood how we came into this physical world and what will happen once we leave this physical world, so I suppose it’s probable we would fear that which we don’t know and see as unwanted.
And for those that were brought up religiously and told they would “burn in hell” if they didn’t behave in a way that; The Source of Creation spoke of thousands of years ago, which someone else wrote about, which another group of people censored, which another person interpreted, through another person who told another person, that eventually told you, the rules you should live by?

And I say, “Holy Moses,” that’s a lot of interpretations from many different people, who in truth can only interpret what they’ve experienced or been told through their own personal perspectives, so even if the original Source was real, (and I believe this to be the case) interpretation through many others that have many different motivations that we could say….where not entirely pure, makes for a set of guidelines on how to live that’s more like a map you’ve been reading upside down!! I’ve done that a few times and have ended up in the opposite place to where I really wanted to be, but didn’t realise until I was well and truly lost, how off track I was!

Although I’m not religious, I respect the core of all religions, for at their basis, they all speak of a deeper truth about life and death, with intentions of sharing that knowledge and understanding with others, but as people with different intentions and vibrations added their interpretations to the mix, these messages have become so distorted they often do the opposite of what they were originally intending to do.

If we find something that works in our lives, I don’t care where it comes from, a religious scripture, the Internet, a friend, or your own thoughts, if it feels good for you, it’s good, if it doesn’t feel good for you, it isn’t. Only you can decide what’s best for you in your life, for only you know what you are really wanting and how you’re feeling about any given subject, and substituting anything outside of yourself to tell you what to do from a place of fear or doubt will always be a poor second choice to your own Inner Guidance.

So what is the answer to feeling better regarding death?
Well, that mainly comes down to what you believe will happen when you make your transition back to Non-Physical.
Firstly I think it’s a good idea to do our best to accept in a positive or neutral way that we will eventually make our transition, no matter what we believe in, this is a fact, so feeling bad about it does not improve our life experience, but diminishes it, so we may need to make a conscious choice to let this fear go. Most of us do accept this in a “that’s just the way it is” kind of way, which is preferable to feeling bad.
Some fear may come from not knowing what happens once we leave this physical body, and of course believing that everything ends and “we will be no more,” isn’t a very encouraging good feeling thought, for that gives rise to thoughts of “what has it all been for” especially for those that may have walked a difficult path.

If what we believe and think does not feel good when we think it, the only way to improve how we’re feeling is to improve what we believe by moving our thought to better feeling places. A strongly held belief cannot be changed immediately with one or two thoughts, but over time by gradually improving how we feel whenever the opportunity presents itself, is a pretty good idea. The more we practise moving our thoughts, the easier it gets, for you create power and momentum behind your new thought process.

If you have had the privilege to be in the presence of a person who is making their transition back to Non-Physical, this is a most wonderful and life affirming experience, for it’s almost impossible to witness this without feeling the movement of the Inner Being or Soul out of the body into something that feels more wonderful than anything we may have experienced before!
Some tell me they cannot believe in anything they don’t have physical evidence of, and I say, “Can you see air?” No, but…. Just because we can’t see something, doesn’t mean it isn’t real.
But of course, it’s always our choice, and as long as we feel good and put all our positive thought behind our choices, we cannot go wrong….
So believe what makes you feel good, not what others tell you or think you should believe for they are not you, they may know what feels good for them but they cannot guide you better than you can!!

Special does not mean better… Or does it???

Of course it doesn’t, but unfortunately many have come to the conclusion that to be special means your better or superior than others. As far back as I can remember, I felt there was something special inside of me, even though I wasn’t really sure what that specialness was, but it didn’t take me long to realise that everyone had that same specialness inside of them too, but that it was expressed differently in each person depending on the opportunities that we attracted and our ability to recognise and act on them.
Why do some feel better or superior to others?
This often comes from our upbringing where we may learn, if you’re not a winner you’re a loser, second is unacceptable, or “my way” is the right and only way, and although this idea has changed a lot in recent times, there are still many that are indoctrinated in these ways.
Of course we want our children to do well, that goes without saying, we want them to reach their potential and to do their best, but when we teach them the belief; if they don’t win they have not succeeded, this is not good. Some are coming from a place where they believe instilling a fear of failing is a good motivating tool, this is very outdated thinking that may have vaguely worked in the past, but No, it is not working any longer.
I am not suggesting we over praise or make everything someone does wonderful when it is not, our beautiful children sense this is off when done and usually rebel against this untruth with extreme behaviours, but what I am saying is, look for the specialness that is within us all, believe in it, look for it, and you will find it, not just in others but in yourself, for it’s often not until you find it within yourself that you can recognise it in others. Look for it when you are in a good feeling place, do not try to find it when you are experiencing strong negative emotion, for you cannot see it at that time, for you are focused in the opposite direction to where that specialness is.
You cannot search for anything for very long before the powerful Law of Attraction will bring you some evidence of that which you are focused on, this I know.
When we come to know who we really are, we come into a full and clear understanding of the awesomeness of us and all others, that is my desire for you!!

How have I come to my beliefs???

We were not born with any human beliefs, we were pure beings before we made the choice to come forth from Non-Physical energy into this physical world. If you’ve had your own baby or been around other people’s babies you’ll understand what I mean. When we’re new to this world, we do not hold opinions of how when and why anyone should be doing anything, we simply cried for our personal needs we required for survival; food, warmth, comfort and love.
Of course it doesn’t take long before that little soul starts to acclimatise to the physical world, actually this has started before our physical birth, it began in the womb. This is a natural and normal process as our children grow, as it gives them a platform from which to learn how they’re creating their own lives. As the saying goes, “You have to start somewhere!”
Although there’s nothing wrong with the societies we live in, we do easily pick up the vibration (thoughts and emotions) of those we’re close to as we grow up, and because many weren’t aware of how they were creating their lives, it seems very predictable that we also may not be aware of how we were creating our lives.
In the big picture, this doesn’t matter for we’re all on a journey of self discovery to some extent, depending on where we currently are and what we know, but it’s also true to say we’re wanting the best possible experience in this life, for when we know how we’re creating our life we can reach places that may have only been distant dreams or wishes in the past.
So what do my beliefs have to do with creating my life experience?
Well, we’re creating our life experience through the thoughts we think and the feelings we have, about the thoughts we think. As we think our thoughts we have an emotional response to them, and a specific vibrational frequency matching the emotion we’re feeling is sent out to the Universe, which is responded to by the Law of Attraction.(That which is similar to itself is drawn)
I’m sure you’ve noticed that every time you’ve had a thought the physical manifestation of that thought does not immediately appear, so what’s required for the full physical manifestation of anything?
Power and momentum is required and is achieved through maintaining focus over time until you feel strong emotion, positive or negative, and if that focus is maintained, the physical manifestation must eventually come, it is Universal Law!
So as you think a thought many times, you will attract a physical manifestation that increases your belief, for now you have physical evidence of what you were thinking, that you now observe and think about more, and so it becomes a strongly held belief.
So a belief is simply a thought that has been focused on over and over again that has attracted physical evidence of it, which then becomes a strongly held belief and the more physical evidence you receive the more firmly grounded your belief becomes. So it’s easy to see how our beliefs come about and why they are not easily changed, they came into being with much attention and focus and are supported with an abundance of manifested evidence of the dominant vibrations (thoughts and emotions) within us.
This is the powerful Law of Attraction in action, but what happens when a manifestation turns up and we cannot see what thoughts we’ve had that have created it?
There are a number of reasons why this may be so;
1. When we’ve held a belief for a long time, it becomes part of who we are, and we may not be consciously aware of the thoughts we’re thinking now are coming through a filter of these strongly held beliefs.
2. If we have not been aware we are creating our life experiences through the thoughts and emotions we have been thinking and feeling, we may not have exercised any restraint to what we were giving our attention too.
3. The thoughts we’ve had that have pre-paved the way for the eventual physical manifestation may not exactly match, but the dominant feeling of our thoughts and the feeling of the physical manifestation always matches, you get how you feel. So this can make it a little tricky to see the connection between our thoughts and our manifestations, for we may be receiving something unwanted in our experience we’ve never specifically given conscious thought to, but if we look at the underlined beliefs and how we were generally feeling about this subject the manifestation will always match those dominant beliefs and feelings, and if we feel they don’t, we may not be aware what our beliefs and real feelings are for they may have been held for so long, they have become our normal way of being.
Depending on what you believe, I’m either overjoyed or sorry to tell you,(it’s usually a mixture of both to begin with!) We are the ones responsible for all that is manifesting in our lives, it matters not whether we are not aware we’re creating our life or whether we are doing it deliberately, the truth is the same, you get what you feel, focus and believe in, every time!
So what are you believing in?
Are you believing in all the evidence that surrounds you that this world is not good and getting worse, or are you believing the evidence that is all around you that this world is good and getting better? Because it’s all “out there,” both wanted and unwanted, for you can focus and attract to you the wonderful world you want to see, or you can focus and attract to you the world you detest and do not wish to experience.
Remember as you judge others and focus on what you feel they are doing that is wrong, so you begin the attraction process and the Law of Attraction brings you more evidence of that which you are focused on and believe.
The Law of Attraction is not judging anything that anyone is vibrating as “right or wrong,” but is matching the dominant vibration you have sent out and returning it to you in the form of physical manifestations.
This is a choice but if we have not been aware of the choices we’ve been making, and instead have observed whatever was in front of us or the things in life we’re not wanting, it probably doesn’t feel like a choice. It is a process, and it does take effort to move our beliefs into more of what we are wanting. It doesn’t matter who we are or where we’re sitting in relation to what we are wanting, we are all trying to live the best life we can, it’s just much easier when you understand how you have created your life.
It’s a good idea to pay attention to how you are feeling, for your feelings are communication from the Non-Physical part of you indicating where you are in relation to what you’re wanting, and as you do improve how you feel, this will improve what you are attracting which then increases and strengthens your belief, and so the cycle starts again but in the direction of what you are NOW wanting!

Are you a teacher???

We all teach not through what we say but through the power of our example, every single time.   Paulette De-Har.

Yes, of course, we are all teachers, it‘s not a question of whether we are teachers or not, the real question is… what is it that you’re teaching?

We teach through the power of our example, and although we can teach through our words, if what we’re saying with our words is not consistent with our actions, it will always be our actions that people will believe over our words.

I’m not suggesting that we should change our behaviour because others are observing us, no, for when we start doing this, we’re no longer listening to our Inner Guidance, now we’ve cut ourselves off from the Non-Physical perspective that is knowing everything we’ve ever wanted in this life (and previous lives for that matter too!) sending us direct and constant communication through our emotions of which direction we’re moving in. Positive emotion indicates you’re moving towards something you are wanting, whereas negative emotion means you’re moving towards something that’s unwanted.

Just by being here in this physical body and physical world, we are teaching, it’s not necessary to sit people down and tell them anything, and in fact, unless people are asking for this information, they cannot hear what we have to say, even if it is good and true.
So when you are feeling great and full of life, loving what you’re doing, know that you are shining such a bright light, and you are a joy to behold to anyone that has the good fortune to be in your presence!!
And when you’re not having a good day, know that you are still setting a great example, an example of how to get up and do your best, even when it’s not easy.
Yes, it’s all so good!!
