It’s hard to full a cup…..When that cup is already full!!!

BrickwallM&S2
I’m not sure who first coined this saying….But I think it was well said by the psychic mother of the Na’vi people in the movie Avatar!!!

Most people understand what this common saying is getting at, and of course there is a great truth within these words.
It’s especially relevant to those that have been on this planet for some time that are becoming aware they’re holding strong beliefs that may no longer be serving them or what they’re wanting to experience in their lives.

The experiences we’ve had, especially in our earlier years start to shape our beliefs about life and how life works. Once our beliefs are in place, we receive much evidence of those beliefs and the beliefs of the larger culture we’ve been brought up in as the Law of Attraction responds to the vibrations we emit with matching manifestations strengthening our initial beliefs. This is the circle or cycle of creation so to speak.
We experience something, we believe what we see and we receive more evidence of the beliefs we hold….
Belief-Experience-Evidence-Belief….And so it continues….

Once we have strong beliefs in place, most would agree, it’s not an easy thing to automatically change those beliefs as there’s much power and momentum behind them. All our beliefs have come about over time with focused attention, so in order to change beliefs we feel are no longer helping us to achieve what we’re wanting in our lives, it makes sense that it will require some time and focus to move the thoughts that are at the basis of our beliefs, into a better feeling vibrational place.

Rather than changing negative beliefs we have, most will defend their beliefs by stating “It’s true, look at all the evidence of my belief!!”
And I say yes,….Whatever we focus on over time with emotional intensity will eventually draw evidence of our focus, Universal Law says it must.
The question isn’t so much is what we’re experiencing or observing true or not, the question is…..”Is what I’m experiencing or observing something I want to bring into my life in an even stronger way than what I’m experiencing now???”

If it’s a wanted experience, the answer for most would be yes. If it’s an unwanted experience or circumstance, the fact that it’s true or happening is not a criteria I find to be sufficient enough to give anything my focused attention. A better criteria is…..Am I wanting to attract similar circumstances into my life by focusing on this truth….Because enough focused attention given to anything will start to attract circumstances that have the same emotional feeling to them, unless we change our focus.

There are so many truths out in the big wide world, what’s wanted, what’s unwanted, and everything in-between.
We cannot eradicate anything by focusing in a strongly negative way on what we don’t like and find to be wrong within ourselves, others or the greater world, but we can experience all we’re wanting by focusing on all we find to be good in a strongly positive way and by making an effort to feel slightly better about those things we aren’t feeling so good about.
It’s a choice every single person is making every time we give our focused attention to something. Not knowing we’re creating our life experiences in this way means we may be focusing on strongly unwanted circumstances without making an effort to move our thoughts into better feeling vibrational places.

As always there’s a silver lining within every situation we encounter, especially unwanted circumstances, so even if we are living our lives without being aware of exactly how we’re creating it, manifestational evidence does strengthen as we move through time making it more likely we’ll start making the connection between what we continue to focus upon and what’s turning up in our experience.

Like all things in life, it’s a journey where we’re continually on the path to deeper understandings and knowledge. All experiences both wanted and unwanted have within them the opportunity for us to move forward in a more positive direction than we may have before the experience presented itself to us.
And sometimes we need to empty our cup a little….To allow enough space for something new and great to come in!!!

Now that’s something worth making an effort for….

And so it is….

What’s more important than being HAPPY???

Reflection
That’s a slightly misleading title, because no matter what we’re doing, we are doing what we feel will achieve or at least get us the closest to the results we’re wanting. A more descriptive question would be……What circumstances do I require or need to achieve before I will allow myself to be happy???

There are many conditions we may or may not be aware of that we’ve put in place to be met before allowing ourselves to be happy such as;

~ It’s more important to be right.
~ Those I talk with must understand what I’m saying.
~ Those I talk with must agree with my point of view.
~ Others I observe must behave in an appropriate way.
~ Things must work out how I am wanting them too.

I can imagine what some people may be thinking….Who doesn’t like it when others understand them and behave in ways we find appropriate. And is there a person living that doesn’t love it when circumstances unfold how they’re wanting???
Of course not, we all love it when we have these types of experiences, because lets face it, it feels so good!!! This is also evidence of the positive vibrational place we have maintained overtime with emotional intensity that the Law of Attraction has responded in-kind too, and when we’re knowing this….That is an awesome feeling that is beyond Physical description!!!

So we could say, yes I’m happy once I’ve proved myself as right, (and others as wrong) are understood or agreed with, and when others behave appropriately. But anyone that’s lived here for some time knows that we’ll always come up against the opposite of the things we’re wanting to experience at some point or another in our life. It isn’t whether we’ll observe or experience unwanted situations in our life, that’s the nature of being in this Physical world. What is important is what we do and how we react when we’re faced with unwanted circumstances and challenges.

It’s all about what we focus on at these times, and what we continue to focus on after an experience has happened that determines what we’re attracting into our future experience. If we can focus on the positives in any situation, this ensures we’re creating the best possible future experiences for ourselves and moving through any resistance we may have to what’s currently happening. This is a very good plan of action, but are empty and hollow words to those that have been focused on all they find to be wrong and unwanted in the world and their experience……

If there are circumstances we’ve been strongly negatively focused on for an extended period of time, it’s does take some time and effort to move our thoughts into a better feeling place…..But once we’re noticing the link between what we’re thinking and feeling and what’s turning up in our life experience, I don’t know anything else that’s worth making more of an effort for, do you???

When we’re knowing we create our own life experiences through our focused thoughts and feelings,(our vibration) we start to realise there are very few circumstances that are worth feeling strong negative emotion about for any length of time. I’m not suggesting we should pretend we like things we clearly do not…. No, that falls into the category of denial, and that rarely brings anything we’re wanting into our lives.
If we only allow ourselves happiness when circumstances unfold exactly as were wanting, we set ourselves up in a situation where we may be unhappy for much of the time. This attracts vibrational matches in the form of thoughts, people, places and events depending on the amount of time we’ve spent being unhappy, and the strength of our negative emotion.

It’s an impossible task to try to control or manipulate others into doing what we want them to do so we can be happy and usually ends in all parties involved being miserable. And I’m sure most have realised, everyone else that’s living hasn’t actually come to make sure everything unfolds in our lives the way we want it too, they’ve come here to create what they’re wanting in their lives, just as we have.

So the moral of the story is….

~ Appreciate experiences and interactions we have with others when things are unfolding as we want them too.
~ Try to see the benefit that comes from all experiences, especially unwanted circumstances, this quickly moves us into a better vibration place about it and releases resistance.
~ Acknowledge any negative emotions we have to past or present experiences and make an effort to move our thoughts into a better feeling place, even if it’s only slightly.
~ Avoid relying on others to provide our happiness….It’s not their job, it’s ours.
~ Wherever we are and whatever we’re doing, even if it’s less that what we’re exactly wanting, is moving us ever so much closer to all that we are, and all we are wanting….

And that has to be a good thing….Don’t you think???

And so our journey continues…..

I do not play happy families…..Do you???

HayField
This is by no means a statement suggesting I don’t like or don’t want to have happy family interactions in my life…..I definitely do.
It’s more a statement that I will not “play or pretend” that everything is rainbows and lollipops, when it is not!!!

Whether or not we’re prepared to play the game of “happy families” when we are not will depend on the choices we believe we have before us, and which choices we believe will give us the best feeling or most wanted outcome.

Some may argue and say, “No, I don’t want to do it, but I’m doing it for the children, or my parents, or my partner, or whomever else’s expectations or influence I’ve put as more important than mine.”
And I say yes, nothing is purely black and white when we’re dealing with many different people in different vibrational places bringing varied beliefs and life experiences to the table. It can make for some very challenging situations and difficult choices to be made.
But when all the complexities of any decision we’re making are taken into consideration, we must acknowledge that it’s always our final decision on what we do. No other has the power to make us do what we are not wanting to do, even if we think they do….They do not, it’s our choice.

I know it’s not always easy if we’ve made it our job to try to keep others happy by doing what they think we should do. Putting someone else’s happiness above what we’re wanting to do or what we believe is best for us is rarely a good idea unless we are able to put all our positive feelings and thoughts behind the choices that we’ve made, even if it is primarily for someone else’s benefit. It’s when we go against what we really want to do for someone else and feel resentful about it when things can go off in the ditch in an unpleasant way…..Hehehe (Opps….Just laughing about the “off in the ditch” bit!!!)
But seriously, I know it’s not nice when things don’t work out how we wanted them too, like who does???
If we make a decision to be true to ourselves and do what we are wanting even though others may not like it, it’s important to focus on all the positives of making our decision and to stand firm in our own thoughts.
If we make a decision to do something we aren’t wanting to really do but feel others will benefit and that’s very important to us, we need to do the same by focusing on all the positives of making our decision and try not to entertain resentful or negative thoughts.

We may not be able to control what others are doing and saying…..Let me rephrase that, we definitely aren’t able to control what others do and say, but one thing is for sure, we can control what we do and say. By taking the time to move to a better feeling vibrational place before we find ourselves in a less than wanted situation, greatly increases the possibility of circumstances unfolding in a more wanted direction as the Law of Attraction responds to our improved feeling place on the subject.

When all is said and done, no matter what we do, some things will always play themselves out. This is because when we’re interacting with others there is a mixture of vibrations that the Law of Attraction will be responding too. What manifests in these situations will be a blending of those vibrations, with the person that has focused for the longest time with the strongest emotional intensity usually dominating the vibrational space and effecting what is currently manifesting the most.

The person with the thoughts that have gained the most power and momentum through a lot of focused attention over time, whether they are positive and wanted or negative and unwanted will often influence the others vibrations they’re interacting with into their vibrational place, unless one is very strong and not easily moved from their vibrational place by others.

So the moral of the story is…..

~We are all free to choose what we are wanting to do.
~Once we’ve made a decision, focus on all the good that will come from your decision and feel good about it.
~Be easily influenced into a positive good feeling vibrational place by the happy ones around you!!!
~Stand firm in your positive good feeling vibrational place when around unhappy ones…..And for gods sake, don’t stay around them for too long unless you feel like you need to be miserable for a while to appreciate how good it is to feel awesome again!!!

Hehehe…..How true is that!!!

And so it is….

Consistency….Is the name of the game!!!

MoonSwing
It doesn’t matter what subject we talk about, the formula doesn’t change…. Doing anything once is great, especially if it’s something that we feel inspired or good about doing, but I don’t think too many people would disagree with the fact that if we’re wanting to see any real longterm change in our lives, consistency of thought and action is usually required!!!

Even though many of us know this, why do we often find it difficult to keep our consistency of action up???
The answer always comes down to similar reasons. If we haven’t taken the time to move our thought into a positive good feeling vibrational place before we take any physical action, we often don’t have the inspiration required to continue on with what we’re wanting to do. And sometimes even when we have taken some time to improve and work on our vibration before taking action, we may still find our enthusiasm wavering, especially if it’s become hard work and we’re not achieving the results we’re wanting.
In the beginning, being strongly focused on the end result we’re wanting in a positive way can help us, but as we keep going, if we start making negative judgements because we haven’t achieved exactly what we were wanting in our desired time limit, this starts to make what we’re doing difficult and can send us in an unwanted direction again. I don’t believe many people have a lack of wanting, everyone wants what they want, but sometimes when we’ve tried many times without success, it becomes painful to keep trying and continue to not achieve what we’re wanting, so it feels better not to try, sometimes it feels better to give-up.
But this too is a bitter pill to take because deep down we know there’s no reason why we shouldn’t be able to achieve what it is we’re wanting….So even though, at the time giving-up may be a better feeling place than failure, we will rarely find any lasting happiness in this emotional place, and fortunately most that find themselves here, will eventually gain the strength to raise their vibration into a better place where they can again start receiving positive ideas.

If we’re receiving good ideas, especially if they’re coming from within us through our own though process, this is a good indication we’ve been somewhat in a good general vibrational place otherwise we wouldn’t be receiving them. The better feeling place we’ve generally been in, the more inspired our thoughts are, and the more likely we are to take action on them, especially if we’ve fostered an attitude of belief in ourselves and our ability.

When an idea comes we may want to act on, the best possible thing we can do is to give it as much positive thought as we can. This is very different from looking at the “pros and cons” of a situation as many people often do at this time. If we do put a lot of focus and attention on all the things that could possibly go wrong and what may not work, this usually has the effect of instantly killing our ideas, for now we are emitting a vibration that may be primarily made up of thoughts and feelings on everything unwanted that could happen, and not many people will take any action from this not good feeling, non-believeing, vibrational place because it’s too hard and doesn’t usually produce good results unless we make an effort to greatly improve our thought as we go, which is possible, but it’s much easier if we start in a good vibrational place to begin with.

As we focus over time on all the positives in relation to our ideas, power and momentum of positive thought is maintained and improved, and as the Law of Attraction responds to the dominant vibrational signal we’re emitting, any action taken from this place is truly inspired and reaps much better results. This is exactly whats going on when we talk to one who explains their “work” not as work, but mostly as a joyful endeavour they get paid to do!!!

Of course resistant circumstances will still turn up, even when we’ve taken action from an inspired good feeling place that has positive power and momentum behind it, but from this strong vibrational place, obstacles are easily overcome and are more of a propeller into even better, fuller, more wanted circumstances!!!

And so it is….

You’re giving me such Sweet Nothing…..

FlyingFeathersThese are the lyrics of a song by Calvin Harris featuring Florence Welch called Sweet Nothing.

When I first heard this song I loved it, and when I figured out what I thought the words were, I loved it even more. What I thought I was listening to was…..”You’re giving me such Sweet Energy,” and every time I heard it I was like “Wahoo,” and I sung my little heart out like there was no tomorrow!!
After a while I thought I’d better download it, and can you imagine my utter shock at learning the words were actually, “You’re giving me such Sweet Nothing,” the exact opposite meaning to what I thought it was saying.
It’s an interesting listen when this song comes on during our drive to school with the correct version singing Sweet Nothing, me singing Sweet Energy, and my young daughter singing something that sounds like Sexy Elephants…..It’s a real hoot!! (I don’t have the heart to tell her she’s got it wrong, cause Ignorance really is bliss sometimes!!)

I’m sure some are probably thinking I’m crazy right now and what does it matter??? And in the big scheme of things, it doesn’t really matter, especially if you’re not into music, but I love music and it’s important to me what the lyrics are saying because I think quite deeply about what they’re trying to convey. It’s also good to know that when we tune into anything strongly, the thoughts and feelings that went into it during its creation are passed onto the listener, even if it is only temporarily.

I’m not saying everything we listen to has to be about rose petals and sunshine because we often need to acknowledge a problem or unwanted circumstances before we can move into the solution, giving us the opportunity of bringing more of what we’re wanting forward, and into our experience. All I’m saying is it’s good to be aware of what we’re listening too, and that what we’re listening too is often a reflection of where we are, and how we’re currently feeling.

Back to giving me such Sweet Nothing…..This isn’t really possible and if you listen to the lyrics in this song, you’ll hear that the recipient is getting plenty, just nothing that they’re wanting. And that’s exactly how it is when we communicate with anyone, we’re always sending out vibrational signals back and forth that lets us know how our interactions are progressing.
Even if there isn’t much verbal communication, everything we’re thinking and feeling is being communicated vibrationally, it’s not a question of whether this happens or not, but more a question of how sensitive we are to how we’re feeling and the vibrations that others are sending out.

So I suppose the question could be……Do we want to be sensitive to how we’re feeling and the vibrations others are sending out???
Absolutely yes, this is a very good idea. Remember, our emotions are communication from our Non-Physical counterpart (do you like that, our Non-Physical counterpart…..Hehehe!!) letting us know if we’re creating and moving in the direction of what we’re wanting to experience (positive emotions) or if we’re focused in a way that’s attracting what we aren’t wanting to experience. (negative emotions)
The more sensitive we are to how we’re feeling, the sooner we can make an effort to move ourselves into a better feeling vibrational place therefore reducing momentum in a direction we’re not wanting to go and increasing momentum in the direction we are wanting to go in!!! (Again I say, “Wahoo!!”)

Being sensitive to the vibrations of others can help us to know where they currently are, and whether it’s a good idea to interact with them right now, because what is good for one is good for the other, whereas what’s not so good for one is not so good for the other either.
In other words, protecting ones self from not nice interactions with others not only prevents us from creating more unwanted circumstances in our life, but also prevents the other from creating more unwanted things in their life, but probably won’t prevent them from having a not nice interaction with the next person they encounter if they’re really in the place for it….If you know what I mean!! (Momentum and the Law of Attraction!!)

But that’s their choice though, not ours!!

And so it is….

The Awesomeness of Music!!!

Lampost
I love music…..And there’s not much in this physical world that will raise ones vibration as easily as music does!!

Although this is true, like all things, the production of music is a reflection of where the creators of it are vibrationally with their thoughts and emotions, which is another way of saying music can be made from any emotional position, rage, hate, anger, freedom, love, joy, fun, etc…..
In a similar way to this, what we’re choosing to listen to can also be a reflection of where we generally are vibrationally.

In the past, a lot of music spoke to the struggles of the times, world problems, (U2, Sinead O’Connor, Midnight Oil) relationship woes, (Madonna, Dido, Adele) and other subjects that many struggled with, (Eminem, Creed, Tonic).
Much of it made awesome music that was deeply heartfelt and emotional, taking the listener on a journey so to speak, into emotional places the creator had been and often to emotional places we’d experienced in our own lives.

So let me ask you, do you put sad music on when you’re down and make yourself sadder??? Hehehe…..Opps sorry, that might not be funny to some people!!
I use to do this when I was a teenager, and I have to say it would make me feel very sad, but afterwards I’d feel better. I think it helped me to release my negative emotions to some extent so then I could move myself to an even better feeling place more easily. That was some time ago, so maybe it had something to do with not having the skills or not knowing how to feel better on my own???

Anyway, for me it seemed to work back then, whereas now I only use music to raise my vibration and how I’m feeling to very high-flying places, not lower it.
For those that really love listening to music and feel moved at a very deep level by it, this is an awesome tool to use. Whereas if you’re not that into it, you’ll wonder what the heck I’m going on about!! Hehehe….

That’s ok, different strokes for different folks, isn’t that how the saying goes???
So if you do love music, use it to your advantage, when you’re feeling good and even when you’re not feeling so good, put your favourites on and see how it changes how you feel. If it helps you to feel better, even if it’s only temporarily, use it!! This is an easy way to divert our focus helping us to stop or slow the progression of negative emotions from gaining power and momentum, which ultimately means we’re now in a much better place to cope with whatever it is that’s upset us!!

I always say to my husband, “If I had music continuously streaming into my ears, I’d never have any problems!!” (And I do my best to have my headphones in as much as I can!!) He just rolls his eyes and laughs….Cause he’s just not that into it!!

And so it is….

I’ve got one less problem without you…..OK???

CrackedCity
These are the lyrics to a popular song right now, and as I listened to it, it made me think about what they were saying.

I’ve got one less problem without you, well maybe yes, and maybe no…. That depends entirely on our focus, don’t you think???
And as the title suggests, the answer or solution is to simply remove that unwanted person from our experience and all our problems (related to them) will be gone!! Whether this is a solution that’s likely to work in the long-term, depends entirely on where we are vibrationally when we take whatever action we’ve decided to take.

So let’s put a hypothetical situation forward as I seem to be liking doing that at the moment.
Say there’s someone in our recent experience we have a reasonable amount of contact with that’s behaving in a way that we’ve decided through the living of our life, is no longer in alignment with who we are, what we’re about and what we’re wanting to experience.

When taking action in relation to removing someone from our experience, if we’re feeling any negative emotion that’s strong in intensity that we’ve been feeling for some time, (achieving power and momentum of thought) this is a good indication we haven’t completely released resistance we’ve had from whatever has happened during this relationship which means we have a very good chance of attracting similar people or relationships in our future experience that have many similar characteristics to the relationship we’ve just left behind!!
That reminds me of a saying that speaks exactly to this truth, different places, different faces, same results.

On the opposite end of the scale, if we’ve made an effort to move ourselves into a better feeling place by working through our negative emotions and making peace with whatever has happened, we can move forward in a more positive way which means we don’t usually repeat the same experiences over and over because we’re gradually clearing the resistance we’ve got going on which is sometimes what attracted such a relationship in the first place. Action from more of a positive feeling place allows more of what we’re really wanting to experience in a relationship to flow into our experience!!

Many may say, I cannot make peace with what’s happened because what they did was wrong, and I will not pretend it was anything else.
And I say, moving to a better feeling place does not mean that what someone did was something we agree with, it’s about knowing that by holding onto resentment towards others, the Law of Attraction responds to the strong vibration we’re emitting, and if our vibration is not improved, we will be the receiver of similar circumstances again.
It’s only for our own benefit that one would make the effort to feel better, and any benefit that others may experience from our improved vibrational place is just an added bonus.

I know the relationships we have with others are complex and continually changing from day to day, one day things can be great, whereas the next day maybe not so great, but no matter how things are unfolding, we are the ones that hold the power in relation to our own experience and the relationships we’re having. We do not have the power to control what others say or do, but we have complete control over our thoughts and how we feel, and when we start to exercise control over what we’re vibrationally sending out, that changes everything!

Whether we’re continuing with the relationships we currently have or moving into new relationships, as long as we’re doing our best to move into a better feeling place at any given moment……That has to be good enough…..

And so it is…..

Who have I surrounded myself with???

Brickwall
The people we have surrounded ourselves with are a very good indication of where we generally are vibrationally, especially if there are many in a similar vibrational place. (similar in thoughts and emotions)

Some may say, I did not consciously choose many of those I have around me, some are family and work colleagues, and I definitely didn’t choose them, it’s only my friends which I have consciously chosen.
And I say, whether we are aware of it or not, we have chosen every person and every circumstance that has happened or will happen in our lives through our focused thoughts and emotions, our vibration, that the Law of Attraction is responding too and serving up to us people, places and events that are matching the dominant vibrational signals we’re sending out, and it’s the choices we’re continuing to make that keeps everything as it is, no exceptions ever…. This is Universal Law!!

For example, if we’re believing people are generally kind and treat us with respect, this will predominantly be the people we will attract with possibly a little bit of variation depending on our experiences and how strong and pure our thought is in relation to this, whereas if we’re believing people are generally unkind and disrespectful, again these are mostly the people we’ll attract.

Nothing is as black and white as the example I have given, as we all have different vibrations on different subjects based on our previous experiences and our vibration changes and moves every time we observe or experience new circumstances or even when we bring a memory into our mind and think about it.
We do not need to have physical manifestations to move our thought on any subject, although experiencing the reality of anything means we cannot ignore it, especially if it’s a manifestation of a vibration we’ve been unaware of and that’s unwanted!!

Bringing thoughts into our mind and making an effort to move into a better feeling place can initially improve our vibration, and if we take the time to bring that improved thought into our mind often enough, it can become the new dominant vibration within us on this subject as our old maybe more resistant thoughts are no longer getting our focused attention. With time and continued focus, power and momentum towards our new improved thoughts is achieved which translates into a generally better feeling experience and improved physical manifestations!!

Back to the people we have surrounded ourselves with, if we’re coming to know who we really are and how we’re creating our lives, we’re usually making an effort to improve our thoughts and feelings….Yes???
As our vibration improves, this can cause a vibrational gap between us and those that are around us that we were previously in harmony with, especially if others are still unaware that they’re the creators of their own experiences and are not moving too much vibrationally.

Although we maybe able to temporarily affect positive change to someone else’s vibration, it’s not possible to raise someone else’s vibration for any great length of time as each of us is in charge of our own thoughts and feelings and it’s always our job to move ourselves, not someone else’s job to do it for us. That’s not to say others can’t jump on the positive bandwagon so to speak, they can, but the process of maintaining ones improved vibrational place around many others that are not moving much vibrationally is exhausting and can suck any joy or enthusiasm we have for life right out of us.

In the end, something has to give, and it’s a powerful choice, but it may be a choice we’re unaware we’re making??? A choice to continue to improve how we’re feeling and let the Law of Attraction bring to us those that are a vibrational match to where we are, and has to be said, to what will help us move ourselves into better and better places, or to hold ourselves back by continuing to maintain relationships that are a reflection of where we’ve been, not where we’re going???

By no means does this mean all our current relationships will fall by the wayside for all are moving vibrationally in relation to all sorts of things, and many that are close to those that are making great positive vibrationally movement in their lives will find themselves also moving if it’s important for them to feel good and maintain that relationship, but if this is not the case and the vibrational gap becomes great, if we want to continue our positive movement, at some point we have to be prepared to let go of what is no longer serving us.

There’s no right or wrong about it, as this is an individual choice we make based on what we feel is in our best interests at the time, but it’s true to say, relationships cannot be maintained when there are large vibrational gaps, so if one is not moving, the other must halt or considerably slow their progression in order to continue the relationship, and that’s not ideal.

In my experience, when we let go of the need to have a relationship with someone we care about, and especially if we let go of how we’re wishing the relationship could or should be…..Things just seem to work out.
Sometimes that means people do slowly make their way out of our experience, but often it doesn’t, mostly it improves our relationships!
It improves our relationships because its like sending a strong signal out to the Universe that says something like…..

I want the best for myself and the others I interact with and I know this is possible. I understand not much good comes from trying to change others to how I would like them to be (and it’s not possible anyway!!) Or to change myself to what others would like me to be. (this isn’t truly possible either, but we can make ourselves miserable trying!!)
I know that whatever’s turning up, especially if it’s unwanted, is an opportunity to release resistance and move into better feeling vibrational places which is improving my experience.

I trust myself and I trust life, and I continue to believe everything is working out for me….

And so it is….

Revenge is sweet…….Uhhhmmm, I think not……

LongGrass
Well….If we’re in a place where revenge feels better than where we currently are, the answer would have to be, temporarily, yes…..

But one thing is for sure, no matter where we’re sitting emotionally at the time of carrying out such actions, in the long-term, revenge never ever, ever achieves anything we are really wanting to experience in our lives. This is because the Law of Attraction is adding power too and returning too us what we are giving out, whether we are aware of this or not.

Don’t worry if you’ve had such thoughts in the past, I don’t think there’s probably many people that have lived that haven’t felt these types of emotions at one point or another. The question isn’t whether we’ve had revengeful thoughts or not, but whether we’ve moved ourselves into a better feeling place before we’ve taken any action against someone therefore creating even more power and momentum behind such thoughts, words and actions that will play out in full physical manifestational form if they are not moved into a better feeling vibrational place.

Seeking revenge for something when you feel someone has wronged you is very different to standing up for ones self, and that difference is all about the vibrational place we’re coming from when we carry out whatever actions we feel are necessary for us to come into a better feeling vibrational place.

If we want revenge, this always comes from a negative, not good feeling vibrational place. Even if the thought of it does feel good, it’s because the feeling of revenge is sitting in a better feeling place than where we currently are, whereas if we are standing up for ourselves from a positive feeling place, we have usually already found a better feeling place in relation to what has taken place but may still feel like some benefit may come by further discussion.
If this is what we are wanting to do, one needs to be very strong and focused about keeping a neutral or positive emotional place and be prepared to leave the situation or conversation if things get heated from the other side otherwise there’s a chance of getting pulled down to someone else’s not good feeling vibrational place and that’s not really ideal.

Even if this does happen, it’s not the end of the world because no matter what happens, we have the ability to bring ourselves into a better feeling vibrational place on every and any subject that’s important to us…..But it would also be true to say, it’s easier to bring our thoughts around to a better feeling place before something has physically manifested, because now we have to deal with that manifestation and all the momentum it’s created. Even once something has manifested, we can still improve our thought, it’s just easier to do before it’s a solid reality that’s staring us in the face.

Thoughts of revenge are often fuelled by a desire not to let someone get away with intentionally treating us badly or not nicely, and if actions are taken, it’s often the returning of what has originally been given out, an intention to hurt.
The problem with this is, we may be returning what was given out, but in like fashion, we will also be the receivers of what we have given out. None of us can get around the powerful Laws that govern this Universe, and for me it’s enough to know if people are doing such things, even if it’s personally directed towards me, they will be the receivers of their own creations through their thoughts, words and actions…..unless of course, they make an effort to move to a better feeling place, and I hope they do.

I know it’s not always easy, but by focusing on not nice things others may be doing and retaliating against them in a negative way means they have succeeded in bringing us to a place where through our own focus on what they have done, we are now in a similar not good feeling vibrational place as them, and for me, that is absolutely unacceptable…..
I use all my power and focus to not allow others to have control over how I am feeling. I know I cannot control what others are doing, or who they are currently choosing to be, but there is something I have 100% control over, and that’s myself and how I’m feeling, and I do my best to exercise that power always, but especially when unwanted circumstances arise I feel negative emotion about.

So by paying attention to how we are feeling and generally making a relaxed effort to feel better than how we currently are, especially if we’re experiencing negative emotion, as time goes we find ourselves in better and better feeling places with less time spent in the not so good feeling places…..

And that really is something worth feeling great about….Wouldn’t you say!!

And so it is….

Facing your fears….Do you think that’s a good idea???

WaterBabe
I’m quite unsure why we live in a time where many people encourage others to take action and do something they are extremely scared and fearful of doing….We would only do this if we were unaware of what we are really doing.

I’m not speaking about offering some positive encouragement when someone may be requiring a little boost of confidence in themselves to do what they are really wanting to do. I’m talking about trying to persuade someone to do something they are obviously and clearly not wanting to do because of an extreme fear they have.

To understand this, we need to know what the emotion of fear really is.
Fear, no matter what our fear is about or what it’s in relation too, is always communication from the Non-Physical part of us that has remained in the Non-Physical realm, letting us know….
What we are currently giving our attention too, or contemplating doing is a highly unwanted circumstance or situation that we have given focused thought to over time, that the Law of Attraction has responded too, offering up similar feeling circumstances giving us the opportunity to move into a better feeling vibrational place regarding it. (or to continue to feel fear and receive other circumstances that sit in this fearful vibrational place?)

Encouraging anyone to go against what they are strongly feeling, their own Inner Guidance based on all that they know and have experienced in this Physical life, is very poor advice at best, and I would say it’s a good idea to question ones motivations for doing such things. Just because we see something as an irrational or unwarranted fear based on our life experiences, does not make it so for others.
The most important thing to know is….the stronger our own or someone else’s reaction is to anything we are currently giving thought too, the closer we are to a full blown, here and now, physical manifestation that will match what we are feeling!!
Of course it feels good to give another some positive reinforcement, but to try very hard to get anyone to do something that goes against what they strongly feel….I don’t know? It’s better to gently encourage if we feel someone is close to being able to do what they are wanting, but to know ultimately, only they know how they are truly feeling and what’s best for them.

It’s better to tackle strong fear in small steps if we are wanting to help ourselves or anyone else move to a better feeling vibrational place regarding it.
If it’s a fear we don’t think about very often, we probably won’t be experiencing many physical manifestations regarding it, but if it’s something we think about often with increasingly strong emotions, we will probably be experiencing some physical manifestations that may not match what we are fearing exactly, but they will definitely have the same emotional feel about them.

I definitely wouldn’t suggest it’s a good idea to drag up everything we may be fearing and try to move it to a better feeling vibrational place, but if we are experiencing some fearful situations, this is a very strong indication that our fearful thoughts have gained enough power and momentum behind them through receiving plenty of air time through our own thought process that the Law of Attraction has responded to with similar feeling physical circumstances….This is the perfect opportunity to move our thought into a slightly better feeling place.

As with all things, it’s not usually possible to go from zero to hero (from strongly fearful to no fear) all at one time, and trying usually causes us to give up and resign ourselves to feeling bad if we don’t achieve the better feeling place we were reaching for.
It’s not that we can’t do it, it’s more that by the time we get to any place where we feel strong emotion, positive or negative for that matter, there is much power and momentum behind those thoughts that does take some time and effort to redirect into a different place.

No matter where any of us are….we are all doing our best based on what we know, and when we know better, we can do better….

And so it is….
